Working principle: as shown in fig. 5: when the lock core is locked, the marble in the outer lock tube is inserted into the thimble groove on the inner lock tube under the action of the marble spring, the flat marble spring 72 pushes the long flat marble 7 to be inserted into the marble groove 81 on the inner lock tube, and the marble and the long flat marble are utilized to lock the relative position between the inner lock tube and the outer lock tube, so that the lock core is in a locking state.
When unlocking is required, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the user inserts the key into the lock hole, and as shown in fig. 8, the functional piece at the tail end of the key is folded into the starting groove on the key in a normal state. After the key is inserted, a starting pin 9 is obliquely arranged in the tail end of the inner lock tube 2, the starting pin 9 enters a guide groove on the key, the starting pin upwards turns up the functional sheet 63 by utilizing the guide effect of the inclined surface of the starting pin, so that the functional sheet enters the marble groove 81, the functional sheet pushes the marble 8 upwards, and in the movement process of the marble 8, the long flat beads 7 are pushed upwards, so that the long flat beads are separated from the inner lock tube. Meanwhile, the ejector pin 5 is matched with the tooth 61 on the key 6, and the ejector pin is used for separating the marble 4 from the inner lock tube, so that the unlocking purpose is realized.
Compared with the traditional single cylinder lock, the special function piece structure is additionally arranged in the scheme, the working positions of the function piece and the long flat beads are located at the innermost end of the lock cylinder, and the current unlocking tool cannot extend into and act upwards on the long flat beads, so that the lock cylinder cannot be unlocked by adopting a technical unlocking mode, and the safety of the lock is improved.
Further: in order to enable the key 6 of the lock to be used positively and negatively, the functional pieces in the scheme are arranged on the front side and the back side of the key, so that the functional pieces on the front side and the back side are arranged in a left-right staggered mode, and correspondingly, the arrangement of the starting nail and the long flat bead is required to deviate from the central line of the lock cylinder. Therefore, no matter the key is inserted from the front side to the back side, the functional sheet can be matched with the starting pin to unlock, so that the unlocking mode of the lockset is consistent with that of the traditional lock cylinder, the operation of a user is convenient, the property safety of the user of the consumer is ensured, and the lockset can be widely popularized and used in various anti-theft locksets.
