本发明公开了一种水溶性机械加工切削液制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将配比量的磷酸、二乙醇胺、甲基苯骈三氮唑及其衍生物、六次甲基四胺及其衍生物、软水剂依次加入水中,加热至40~50℃,常温搅拌使其完全溶解;(2)在配比量的矿物油中依次加入配比量的聚丙烯酰胺、硫酸酯盐,常温进行搅拌至均匀透明;(3)将步骤(2)中液体倒入步骤(1)的液体中,常温搅拌至溶液变透明,加入高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物,继续搅拌25~35分钟,制成成品。本水溶性机械加工切削液制备方法所制备的水溶性机械加工切削液在具有使用寿命长的前提下避免杀菌剂对皮肤的刺激性伤害,同时实现制造成本的降低。

本发明涉及一种机械加工切削液制备方法,具体是一种水溶性机械加工切削液制备方法,属于机械加工切削液技术领域。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能。
传统的切削液多为皂基乳化液,存在夏季易发臭、冬季难稀释的弊端,现有技术中皂基乳化液逐步被水溶性切削液替代。
水溶性切削液是由极压剂、防锈剂、矿物油及多种表面活性剂,经科学方法调制而成的新一代半合成微乳型水溶性切削液,适用于钢、铸铁、不锈钢、铜铝及其合金等金属的切削加工,广泛应用于大型加工中心和自动车床上。
但现有的微乳型水溶性切削液通常配方中含有较高比例的基础油,油的氧化腐败易影响到整个产品的使用寿命,为此通常需要添加杀菌剂来延长使用寿命,然而绝大多数杀菌剂对皮肤有刺激、对人体有伤害,且杀菌剂大多售价较高,致使水溶性切削液的制造成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种水溶性机械加工切削液制备方法,所制备的水溶性机械加工切削液在具有使用寿命长的前提下避免杀菌剂对皮肤的刺激性伤害,同时实现制造成本的降低。
为实现上述目的,本水溶性机械加工切削液制备方法所制备的水溶性机械加工切削液包括以下质量百分比的成分:

与现有技术相比,本水溶性机械加工切削液制备方法所制备的水溶性机械加工切削液由于含有铜合金缓蚀剂、铝合金缓蚀剂、软水剂、混合醇胺,因此不仅冷却性、防锈性、抗硬水性强,而且不易变质发臭;由于其中未添加任何专用杀菌剂就可对真菌、细菌、霉菌等很强的抑制作用,因此不仅具有较长的使用寿命、避免杀菌剂对皮肤的刺激性伤害,而且降低产品成品使用成本。
