Abstract
本发明公开一种加工性能优异的防水胶带,它包括高分子构配层以及形成在所述高分子构配层两表面的低分子构配层;高分子构配层为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、对萘二甲酸乙二醇酯或对萘二甲酸丁二醇酯制得的聚酯薄层,或者为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙610或尼龙12制得的聚酰胺薄层;低分子构配层由第一组分和第二组分预聚合而成,所述第二组分包括多元醇、催化剂和偶联剂,其质量比为100:0.5~5:1~5;所述第一组分中的异氰酸酯基团与所述第二组分中羟基基团的摩尔比为1:1~1.05。不使用发泡材料作为基体而不会渗水且具有一定的硬度以保证优秀的加工性能;不仅对金属而且对诸如聚乙烯等高分子材料具有良好粘性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电子应用胶带领域,具体涉及一种加工性能优异的防水胶带。
背景技术
胶带按其功效分类可以分为:高温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等,不同的功效的胶带适合不同的行业需求。胶带表面上涂有一层粘着剂,才能令胶带能粘住物品,最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物。十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份,而现代则广泛应用各种聚合物。粘着剂可以粘住东西,是由于本身的分子和欲连接物品的分子间形成键结,这种键结可以把分子牢牢地黏合在一起。胶带几乎可以应用于各种行业和场合,而在一些潮湿环境中使用时,由于水分子的侵入作用,会使胶带中粘胶分力的水分过饱和,引起胶带粘结性能的下降。电子设备和防伪标签等器材的需求呈爆发式的增长,能够应用于电子设备、防伪标签、树脂粘结的防水胶带具有较大的利润空间和需求缺口。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种加工性能优异的防水胶带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种加工性能优异的防水胶带,它包括高分子构配层以及形成在所述高分子构配层两表面的低分子构配层;所述高分子构配层为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、对萘二甲酸乙二醇酯或对萘二甲酸丁二醇酯制得的聚酯薄层,或者为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙610或尼龙12制得的聚酰胺薄层;所述低分子构配层由第一组分和第二组分预聚合而成,所述第一组分的结构通式为R2为烷基、芳基或芳烷基;所述第二组分包括多元醇、催化剂和偶联剂,其质量比为100:0.5~5:1~5;所述第一组分中的异氰酸酯基团与所述第二组分中羟基基团的摩尔比为1:1~1.05。
优化地,R2的碳原子数为1~50。
进一步地,所述第一组分为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸、IPDI三聚体、MDI三聚体或TDI三聚体。
进一步地,所述多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、丙二醇或甘油。
优化地,所述催化剂为胺类或锡类催化剂,所述偶联剂为氨基硅烷偶联剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明加工性能优异的防水胶带,通过采用特定的高分子构配层和低分子构配层复合形成,不使用发泡材料作为基体而不会渗水且具有一定的硬度以保证优秀的加工性能;不仅对金属而且对诸如聚乙烯等高分子材料具有良好粘性。
具体实施方式
本发明加工性能优异的防水胶带,它包括高分子构配层以及形成在所述高分子构配层两表面的低分子构配层;所述高分子构配层为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、对萘二甲酸乙二醇酯或对萘二甲酸丁二醇酯制得的聚酯薄层,或者为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙610或尼龙12制得的聚酰胺薄层(它对防水胶带的剥离性基本没有影响);所述低分子构配层由第一组分和第二组分预聚合而成,所述第一组分的结构通式为R2为烷基、芳基或芳烷基;所述第二组分包括多元醇、催化剂和偶联剂,其质量比为100:0.5~5:1~5;所述第一组分中的异氰酸酯基团与所述第二组分中羟基基团的摩尔比为1:1~1.05。R2的碳原子数优选为1~50。所述第一组分优选为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸、IPDI三聚体、MDI三聚体或TDI三聚体。所述多元醇优选为聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、丙二醇或甘油。所述催化剂优选为胺类或锡类催化剂,所述偶联剂为氨基硅烷偶联剂。
下面结合所示的实施例对本发明作以下详细描述:

实施例1-实施例10分别提供一种加工性能优异的防水胶带,其制备方法采用常规的:在高分子构配层薄膜(200μm)的两表面涂覆第一组分和第二组分(形成100μm的低分子构配层)并在40~60℃预聚合而成,其具体组成列于表1中。

Claims (5)
1.一种加工性能优异的防水胶带,它包括高分子构配层以及形成在所述高分子构配层两表面的低分子构配层;所述高分子构配层为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、对萘二甲酸乙二醇酯或对萘二甲酸丁二醇酯制得的聚酯薄层,或者为尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙610或尼龙12制得的聚酰胺薄层;所述低分子构配层由第一组分和第二组分预聚合而成,其特征在于:所述第一组分的结构通式为,R2为烷基、芳基或芳烷基;所述第二组分包括多元醇、催化剂和偶联剂,其质量比为100:0.5~5:1~5;所述第一组分中的异氰酸酯基团与所述第二组分中羟基基团的摩尔比为1:1~1.05。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工性能优异的防水胶带,其特征在于:R2的碳原子数为1~50。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加工性能优异的防水胶带,其特征在于:所述第一组分为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸、IPDI三聚体、MDI三聚体或TDI三聚体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加工性能优异的防水胶带,其特征在于:所述多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、丙二醇或甘油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加工性能优异的防水胶带,其特征在于:所述催化剂为胺类或锡类催化剂,所述偶联剂为氨基硅烷偶联剂。
