本发明涉及一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,具体地讲,它通过连续产生具有等离子消毒杀菌降解作用、羟基自由基的强氧化作用的生活用消毒保健水,将其用作清洗用水从而使使用者在清洗蔬菜、水果、餐具的同时对蔬菜、水果、餐具进行消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的目的。
背景技术
随着国家食品安全战略和健康战略的逐步全面实施,人们对健康意识要求的逐步提高,对蔬菜、水果、餐具消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的危害越来越受到重视,为方便人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具的消毒、杀菌、农残降解;为此,本申请发明了一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其主要功能和作用就是方便人们在清洗果蔬、餐具的同时对果蔬、餐具进行消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的目的;该装置是一个完全全新的产品方案,且方案结构简单、使用方便、控制有效、安全可靠;其社会效应、民生效应、经济效应及其前景非常广阔。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其产生的具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水,解决了人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具健康安全保障的迫切需求;本申请装置安装方便、使用便捷、资源利用率高、不占用厨房空间、消毒杀菌降解农药残留、保健等效果等显著效益,同时具备了更高的安全性和可靠性。
本申请的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,它包含有制备器22、供水本体28、导线23、联接器29、驱动器26等组成。其中制备器22是个具有制备电极组的电极机构。
其中驱动器26是一个能提供制备器正常工作所需电能的供电组合装置;通过输出特定参数的交、直流驱动电源用以驱动制备器22工作。如附图1所示,该驱动器既可内置在供水本体28上,也可整体外置以电源导线通过联接器29的方式接入的制备器22而提供驱动电源。既本申请的装置需要在有驱动电源的输入情况下才能产生具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水,不论该驱动电源是内置、外置、或使用者自行选配驱动器,归根结底其均需配备合适的驱动器26;其均属本申请的技术方案。本申请的联接器29既为将外置的驱动电源转接至本申请制备装置内部,并通过内部导线23输出至制备器22而驱动制备器22开启工作。
供水本体28是一个包含有供水及控制***的部件总成,供水本体通常包含进水通道、出水通道、控水阀、出水管、安装固定等等结构,它主要为制备器22提供水源。通常制备器22设置在供水本体内或作为一个独立部件通过连接器的方式与供水本体相联通。
制备器22是一个包含制备电极组、制备外壳227、接入导线23的电极机构。接入导线23的一端与联接器29联通。该制备器一般采用以钛合金为基材且表面涂覆有铂、铈、钆、铕、钕、钛、钌、铱等材料在经90℃-150℃烘干、350℃~700℃下烧结后制备的具有一定厚度的复合涂层的钛合金复合型材料为电极。该电极一般成组设置,每组含在正电极223、负电极226各一个电极;通常该制备器两电极之间需要有一定的间隙,常见以1mm左右为主。本申请的制备器22设置在供水本体28的内部或通过联接结构与供水本体28相联通;流经制备器22的水由供水本体28提供或引入。因而本制备器22是直接对水本身进行电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中;因其独特的技术方式,通过该装置所产生的生活用消毒保健水通常在完成制备后30秒至3分钟后便开始还原成原水;整个过程不添加物质,不产生副产物;绿色环保纯天然,该技术即是与该整体解决方案的技术与产品完美结合的表现。
如附图2、附图3、附图4所示,本申请的制备器22的制备电极组通常由板状型材、网状型材制成。在制备电极组的设置上结构实际使用情况,通常存在三种情况;第一种情况是制备电极组的设置方向与水流方向相同,即相当于制备电极组与水流方向平行;第二种情况是制备电极组的设置方向与水流方向之间存在有一个夹角α;第三种情况是制备电极组的设置方向与水流方向之间存在的夹角α刚好为90度,即制备电极组的设置方向与水流方向垂直。为使本申请的制备装置的制备器22的制备电极组更讯速和更高效的对水进行制备;其制备电极组通常设置成能切割水流的形式,因只要制备电极组的设置方向与水流方向之间都存在有夹角α则能形成本申请所示的制备电极组切割水流的形式。
如附图5、所示,本申请的制备器22的制备电极组以切割水流的形式沿水流方向呈S状连续布置在制备器22的制备外壳227中,该制备外壳227为制备电极组提供了制备空间,同时通过联接结构229实现与供水本体28的联通;当水源从供水本体28流入制备器22后,在制备电极的作用下完成制备,然后完成制备的水从制备器22的制备外壳227的另一端排出供使用所需。如附图6、附图7、附图8、附图9所示,在具体应用中S状制备电极组根据具体需要可布置成不同种类的S状结构;制备电极组以切割水流的形式沿水流方向呈S状连续布置在制备器中,主要是为了实现在持续水流的制备条件下能更高效的制备出足够数量和足够离子含量的水供生活消毒、杀菌、降解等之用。
本申请的制备器22采用钛合金基材复合型电极在驱动器26提供的驱动电源的驱动下,通过电离电解正在通过其中的自来水或其它合适水源;从而使通过制备器22的水获得大量的正离子及负离子,由于电离电解水过程中产生的正离子主要有H+等,产生的负离子主要有OH-、O-、CI-等,负氧离子能够有效抑制细菌(结合细菌降低其活性与细菌细胞膜误解氧化结合杀死细菌的),导致细菌死亡;其正负离子的中和生成物(如HOCL、O3、H2O2等)也具有很强的氧化还原能力,正离子与负离子在水中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,从而使其周围的细菌结构的改变或能量的转换而致使细菌快速死亡,他们均能存在水中有效地杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解农药残留和重金属,将其用作清洗用水对果菜、餐具等便可实现的消毒和杀菌目的的生活保健水。有效为餐桌安全提供最后的保障,为大健康保驾护航。因而本制备器22是直接对水进行电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中;由于其技术特征因素,通过该该装置所产生的生活用消毒保健水通常在30秒至3分钟后便开始还原成原水;而在此时间内该生活用消毒保健水足以通过其氧化还原能力所杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解瓜果蔬菜中的农药残留和重金属残留,附着在人体上的病毒细菌等;而多余出的生活用消毒保健水又能在短时间内还原成原水,故整个过程不留副产物;绿色环保纯天然。
