The stability of the overlapped samples is poor, and when the side surfaces are milled, the cutter and the compacting system vibrate greatly and are easy to move. The dimensional accuracy of the sample is out of tolerance, waste products appear, and the process is labor-consuming and time-consuming.
How to design a proper fixture, which can not only prevent the overlapping samples from moving without influencing the feeding path of the milling cutter in the processing process, but also meet the requirements of economy and economy, is a problem to be solved urgently.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide the fixture for milling the galvanized sheet special-shaped sample, which economically and economically solves the problem that the overlapped samples are shifted in the milling process, thereby meeting the precision requirement of a tensile test.

Further, slot holes for enlarging the space of the inner angle are arranged at the inner angles of the limiting clamping grooves, and the slot holes are communicated with the limiting clamping grooves. The internal angle of the original limiting clamping groove is used for interfering the overlapped placement of the special-shaped sample, the placement is not smooth, by adopting the structure, the space of the slotted hole is enlarged, interference is prevented, and meanwhile, the slotted hole can be used as a processing technology hole for processing the right angle of the special-shaped sample.
