Description

Medicine composition for treating carbuncle-abscess scrofula and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition for treating carbuncle scrofula and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Carbuncle and deep carbuncle are diseases in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, are sores, are often called carbuncles widely and deep carbuncles, are explained as suppurative inflammation caused by bacterial infection of hair follicles and sebaceous glands of skin by modern medicine, and are common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, wherein pathogenic bacteria are staphylococcus. Carbuncle is a local suppurative disease caused by infection of toxin and obstruction of qi and blood. Rapid onset of disease, easy pus discharge, easy ulceration and easy astringency. At the beginning, the local part is soft and headless, the skin is quickly caked, the skin is red-burning, swollen, painful, gradually enlarged, swollen and hard, and the skin feels scorching. Deep-rooted carbuncle is a suppurative disease caused by pathogenic factors, and is characterized in that the deep-rooted carbuncle is like chestnut in the beginning, does not generate heat and swell pain and is easy to expand to the periphery. After ulceration, it appears as a honeycomb and develops between muscles, where the skin is thick and tough, but often in the back of the neck and back. Scrofula is also called as sore, an infectious surgical disease of neck. The neck skin and flesh are connected in series with other masses of different sizes, with the smaller being called scrofula and the larger being called scrofula, collectively called scrofula and commonly called joke neck. It is commonly seen in teenagers and original tuberculosis patients, and it is usually seen in the neck, behind the ears, and also around the neck, in the supraclavicular fossa, chest and under the armpit. The tuberculosis is equivalent to the lymphoid tuberculosis in modern medicine, is mostly caused by specific infection caused by invasion of tubercle bacillus into the neck, and can break pus discharge in severe cases. The disease has no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and can have general symptoms such as fatigue, inappetence, emaciation, low fever and the like after the disease develops, and also has local symptoms of pathological organs.
At present, western medicines, ointments and other methods are mainly adopted for treating the carbuncle-abscess scrofula, and the treatment method has the advantages that although certain treatment is performed on the carbuncle-abscess scrofula, the scrofula cannot be eradicated, the scrofula is easy to relapse and is not beneficial to body health, and the western medicines, the ointments and the ointments contain more hormones, are easy to cause medicine dependence, have large side effects and are expensive; although there are also traditional Chinese medicines for treating superficial infection scrofula, the treatment is single, only superficial infection or scrofula can be treated, but two symptoms cannot be treated simultaneously, and the existing traditional Chinese medicines for treating superficial infection scrofula have long treatment period, low cure rate and poor curative effect.
