Abstract

本发明提供了一种LCM液晶显示模组,包括FOG液晶显示屏以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,所述背光模组包括导光板,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的入光口设有LB,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板,金属背板的边缘位置设有弯折形成的U型灯罩,反射片、导光板和LB卡接在U型灯罩内,FOG液晶显示屏与U型灯罩的外表面之间还设有一层PET垫片。与现有技术相比,该LCM液晶显示模组将金属背板折弯形成U型灯罩,提高的光的利用率,产品的亮度提升了8%,降低产品的功耗,节约成本,同时提升整个产品的机械强度,同步解决了破屏、IC断裂、背光LB和FOG驱动IC的散热问题。

Description

一种LCM液晶显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是一种LCM液晶显示模组。
背景技术
LCM液晶显示器以其图像清晰细腻,不闪烁,不伤眼,无辐射,低功耗,更轻薄等众多优点而取代了传统的CRT阴极射线管显示器,备受广大消费者青睐。目前较多应用于电子表、手机、PDA、掌上游戏机、学习机、GPS导航仪、数码照相机、数码摄影机、电脑显示器以及电视机等。在汽车,医疗,军事等高可靠性要求领域也均有应用。其中较好的结构设计和构装技术可以在日常应用中可以更节能,更好的保护液晶显示器免受外界环境的影响和破坏,为产品的寿命延长起到非常积极地作用,为产品积累更多的信誉和口碑。
目前,传统的液晶显示模组LCM(Liquid Crystal Module)一般包括FOG液晶显示屏1、导光板2、反射片3、LB(发光条)4、、胶框5以及背板6,导光板2、反射片3、LB4和胶框5组成背光模组,整体结构的组装方式如图1所示,但这种结构的产品强度比较弱,LCM受外力容易破屏或IC断列等问题,因液晶显示屏1中的驱动IC和背光LB4是紧靠背光模组的胶框5的正反面组装在一起的,当LCM持续点亮液晶显示屏的驱动IC和背光的LB4都会同时发热,因为背光胶框5是PC材质,导热系数比较差,很难把热量传导出去,长时间工作对产品的稳定性和寿命有非常大的影响。背光LB组装在背光的胶框5上,因胶框5是PC材质,产品持续点亮或在高温环境下工作,胶框5很容易变形,经常出现爆灯漏光等不良现象对LCM液晶显示模组视觉效果有影响;影响产品的可靠性。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种LCM液晶显示模组,在液晶显示屏以及LB发热时,可及时将热量散出去,并解决破屏的问题,提高产品亮度,提高产品的可靠性。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种LCM液晶显示模组,包括FOG液晶显示屏以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,所述背光模组包括导光板,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的入光口设有LB,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板,金属背板的边缘位置设有弯折形成的U型灯罩,反射片、导光板和LB卡接在U型灯罩内,FOG液晶显示屏与U型灯罩的外表面之间还设有一层PET垫片。
优选地,FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell、pol、IC以及线路板。
更优选地,所述线路板为FPC或PCBA。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种LCM液晶显示模组,将金属背板折弯形成U型灯罩,提高的光的利用率,在相同配置的背光模组上,产品的亮度提升了8%,降低了产品的功耗,节约了成本,同时提升了整个产品的机械强度,同步解决了破屏、IC断裂、背光LB和FOG驱动IC的散热问题。

具体实施方式
根据附图对本发明提供的优选实施方式做具体说明。
图2,为本发明提供的一种LCM液晶显示模组的优选实施方式。如图2所示,该LCM液晶显示模组包括FOG液晶显示屏10以及设于FOG液晶显示屏10背面的背光模组20,所述背光模组20包括导光板21,导光板21的背面设有反射片22,导光板21的入光口设有LB(发光条)23,背光模组20的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板30,金属背板30的边缘位置设有弯折形成的U型灯罩31,反射片22、导光板21和LB23卡接在U型灯罩31内,这样LB23的三面都被金属背板30包围着,可以很好的将LB23的热量传导出去,当产品在高温下工作时,LB23与导光板21不会因为温度过高而出现变形,造成爆灯漏光等不良现象;U型灯罩31结构有很好的反光效果,LB23处于U型灯罩31形成的容腔内,经过U型灯罩31的内侧面反射,整体的亮度提高8%左右,降低了产品的功耗,节约了成本;同时金属背板30形成的U型灯罩31,具有很好的机械强度,提升了整个产品的机械强度。LB23是通过LB胶粘接在导光板21上。LB胶即为双面胶。
FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell(液晶面板)、pol(偏光片)、IC(芯片)以及线路板。该线路板为FPC(柔性线路板)或PCBA(印刷电路板)。
FOG液晶显示屏10与U型灯罩31的外表面之间还设有一层PET垫片40,PET垫片40可填充FOG液晶显示屏10与U型灯罩31外表面的间隙,这样一软一硬的搭配可以很好解决LCM模组在跌落或受外力时,对FOG液晶显示屏内的玻璃和IC的冲击,可以很好的解决破屏和IC断裂的问题。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述发明目的,且本发明的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对发明的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本发明申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种LCM液晶显示模组,包括FOG液晶显示屏以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,所述背光模组包括导光板,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的入光口设有LB,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板,其特征在于,金属背板的边缘位置设有弯折形成的U型灯罩,反射片、导光板和LB卡接在U型灯罩内,FOG液晶显示屏与U型灯罩的外表面之间还设有一层PET垫片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell、pol、IC以及线路板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述线路板为FPC或PCBA。
