As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the support body moving mechanism comprises an inner sleeve 23 which can be embedded in the stool examination catheter 1 and is connected with the stool observation support body 4 in an adapting way, a positioning push rod hole 30 is arranged in the inner sleeve 23, and the positioning push rod holes 30 are distributed along the length direction of the inner sleeve 23; the catheter sealing body comprises a positioning push rod 26 which can be embedded in a positioning push rod hole 30, a positioning push rod connecting body 27 which is connected with the positioning push rod 26, a push rod connecting limiting body 31 which is positioned on the positioning push rod connecting body 27, and a safety bolt 24 which is matched with the positioning push rod connecting body 27 and the push rod connecting limiting body 31;
the safety bolt 24 can be assembled on the positioning push rod connector 27, and when the safety bolt 24 is connected and matched with the positioning push rod connector 27, the positioning push rod 26 can be blocked from descending in the positioning push rod hole 30 through the matching with the push rod connecting limiting body 31;
when the safety pin 24 is separated from the positioning push rod connector 27, the positioning push rod 26 can descend in the positioning push rod hole 30 and push the separation of the stool observing support body 4 and the inner sleeve 23, so that the stool placed on the stool observing support body 4 can fall into the lower part of the stool inspecting catheter 1 following the stool observing support body 4.
In the embodiment of the invention, the outer wall of the inner sleeve 23 can be tightly connected with the inner wall of the stool examination catheter 1, the inner sleeve 23 is hollow, and the inner sleeve 23 can be positioned at the upper part, the middle part or other needed micro-parts of the stool examination catheter 1. Generally, the stool observing support body 4 is connected with the bottom end of the inner sleeve 23, or the stool observing support body 4 is positioned in the inner sleeve 23, and after the stool observing support body 4 is connected with the inner sleeve 23, the separation between the stool observing support body 4 and the inner sleeve 23 is currently caused only under the action of external force. The positioning push rod hole 30 is positioned in the pipe wall of the inner sleeve 23, and the positioning push rod hole 30 penetrates through the inner sleeve 23.
The positioning push rod 26 is located at the lower part of the positioning push rod connector 27, the push rod connection limiting body 31 is located at the top end of the positioning push rod connector 27, the positioning push rod connector 27 is columnar or block-shaped, and the through hole in the middle of the positioning push rod connector 27 and the inner sleeve 23 is matched. The number of the positioning push rods 26 on the positioning push rod connector 27 is consistent with the number of the positioning push rod holes 30, when the positioning push rods 26 are embedded in the positioning push rod holes 30, the positioning push rod connector 27 is located above the inner sleeve 23, the lower part of the positioning push rod connector 27 can be embedded in the upper part of the inner sleeve 23, and the positioning push rods 26 can move in the positioning push rod holes 30 along the length direction of the positioning push rod holes 30. The positioning push rod 26 is matched with the positioning push rod hole 30, and the sealing of the stool inspection catheter 1 can be realized through the matching of the positioning push rod connector 27 and the inner sleeve 23, so that the odor of the stool can escape from the upper end of the stool inspection catheter 1 when the stool is placed on the stool observation support body 4.
When the safety bolt 24 is assembled on the positioning push rod connector 27, the movement of the positioning push rod 26 in the positioning push rod hole 30 can be limited through the contact limit between the safety bolt 24 and the push rod connection limiting body 31. After the positioning push rod 26 is limited, the positioning push rod 26 cannot move continuously, i.e. cannot contact with the stool observation support body 4, and cannot push the stool observation support body 4 to be separated from the inner sleeve 23. When the safety pin 24 is separated from the positioning push rod connector 27, the positioning push rod 26 moves in the positioning push rod hole 30 until the separation between the stool observation support body 4 and the inner sleeve 23 can be pushed. After the stool observation support body 4 is separated from the inner sleeve 23, the stool on the stool observation support body 4 and the stool on the stool observation support body 4 enter the lower part in the stool inspection conduit 1, so that the test operation can be performed by using the test liquid at the lower part in the stool inspection conduit 1, and after the test operation, the tested liquid can be released from the test liquid release hole 9 by pressing the stool inspection conduit 1.
In a specific implementation, the inner sleeve 23 may be supported by a transparent material, and the central area of the stool observation support body 4 is exposed through the central through hole of the inner sleeve 23, so that after the stool is placed on the stool observation support body 4, the characteristics of the color of the stool on the stool observation support body 4, such as the color of the stool, can be observed through the inner sleeve 23. In the embodiment of the invention, the safety bolt 24 is matched with the positioning push rod connector 27, so that the excrement observing support body 4 and the position state of the excrement on the excrement observing support body 4 can be controlled, and the required observing or testing operation can be realized.
The safety bolt 24 comprises a bolt main body 28 and a safety bolt handle 29 positioned on the bolt main body 28, wherein the bolt main body 28 is in a fork shape, and the safety bolt 28 can be directly assembled on the positioning push rod connector 27 by utilizing the bolt main body 28, so that the quick assembly and disassembly with the positioning push rod connector 27 are realized.
Further, a sampling port is arranged on the push rod connection limiting body 31, and the sampling port is communicated with the inner sleeve 23 through the positioning push rod connecting body 27, so that the excrement can be placed on the excrement observation support body 4 through the sampling port, the positioning push rod connecting body 27 and the inner sleeve 23; the push rod connection limiting body 31 is also provided with a sampling port sealing cover for sealing the sampling port.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the sampling port is arranged on the push rod connection limiting body 31, the positioning push rod connecting body 27 can be of a hollow tubular structure, when the sampling port is opened, the stool can be placed on the stool observation support body 4 through the sampling port, the positioning push rod connecting body 27 and the inner sleeve 23, and the sampling port can be sealed through the sealing cover of the sampling port, so that the escape of stool smell can be avoided. The sealing cover of the sampling port and the sampling port can adopt a detachable connection mode.
The invention arranges the stool observation support body 4 in the stool examination conduit 1, arranges the sealed conduit sealing body on the stool examination conduit 1, arranges the testing liquid release hole 9 at the bottom end in the stool examination conduit 1, can realize the naked eye observation of the stool to be examined through the stool observation support body 4, can avoid the pollution to the environment and medical staff during the stool observation and testing through the conduit sealing body, can avoid the stool to be examined from being polluted by the environment, improves the reliability of the stool detection, has simple operation and wide application range, and is safe and reliable.

Claims (7)

1. A stool sampling and testing device, which is characterized in that: comprises a stool examination catheter (1), a stool observation support body (4) used for placing the stool is arranged in the stool examination catheter (1), a separable catheter sealing body is arranged at the upper end part of the stool examination catheter (1), and the stool examination catheter (1) can be sealed by the catheter sealing body;
the excrement detection catheter (1) is in a transparent tubular shape, an upper layer structure and a lower layer structure are formed in the excrement detection catheter (1) through an excrement observation support body (4), and the lower part in the excrement detection catheter (1) is filled with an assay solution;
the device also comprises a support body moving mechanism for moving the stool observation support body (4), wherein after the stool observation support body (4) moves in the stool inspection catheter (1) through the support body moving mechanism, the stool placed on the stool observation support body (4) can be separated from the stool observation support body (4), or the stool placed on the stool observation support body (4) can fall into the lower part in the stool inspection catheter (1) along with the stool observation support body (4);
the excrement taking device is characterized by further comprising an excrement taking device for acquiring excrement to be tested, wherein the excrement taking device comprises an excrement taking head (15) and an excrement taking head connecting rod (16) connected with the excrement taking head (15), and an inclined notch is formed in the head end of the excrement taking head (15);
the excrement taking head (15) is internally provided with an excrement taking piston (18), the excrement taking piston (18) is connected with one end of a piston connecting rod (19), the other end of the piston connecting rod (19) penetrates out of the excrement taking head connecting rod (16), the piston connecting rod (19) can move in the excrement taking head connecting rod (16), and the piston connecting rod (19) can drive the excrement taking piston (18) to stretch in the excrement taking head (15) when moving in the excrement taking head connecting rod (16);
the bottom end part of the stool examination catheter (1) is provided with an assay solution release hole (9), and the bottom end of the stool examination catheter (1) is provided with a release hole sealing cap (2) capable of sealing the assay solution release hole (9); when the release hole sealing cap (2) is separated from the stool examination catheter (1) and the stool examination catheter (1) is pressed, the assay liquid in the stool examination catheter (1) can be released from the assay liquid release hole (9).

The stool sampling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the support body moving mechanism comprises a support body pulling wire (5) connected with the stool observation support body (4), one end of the support body pulling wire (5) is connected with the stool observation support body (4), the other end of the support body pulling wire (5) is provided with a pulling wire ring (6), and the pulling wire ring (6) is positioned outside the stool inspection catheter (1).

The stool sampling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the support body moving mechanism comprises a turning guide rod (10), the guide pipe sealing body comprises a guide pipe sealing cover (3), one end of the turning guide rod (10) penetrates through the guide pipe sealing cover (3) and then stretches into the stool inspection guide pipe (1), one end of the turning guide rod (10) stretching into the stool inspection guide pipe (1) can be in contact with the stool observation support body (4), and when the turning guide rod (10) presses the stool observation support body (4), the stool observation support body (4) can be turned in the stool inspection guide pipe (1).

the safety bolt (24) can be assembled on the positioning push rod connector (27), and when the safety bolt (24) is connected and matched with the positioning push rod connector (27), the positioning push rod (26) can be blocked from descending in the positioning push rod hole (30) through the matching with the push rod connection limiting body (31);
after the safety bolt (24) is separated from the positioning push rod connector (27), the positioning push rod (26) can descend in the positioning push rod hole (30) and push the separation of the stool observation support body (4) and the inner sleeve (23), so that the stool placed on the stool observation support body (4) can fall into the lower part of the stool inspection catheter (1) along with the stool observation support body (4).

The stool sampling apparatus according to claim 6, wherein: a sampling port is arranged on the push rod connection limiting body (31), and the sampling port is communicated with the inner sleeve (23) through the positioning push rod connecting body (27), so that the excrement can be placed on the excrement observation supporting body (4) through the sampling port, the positioning push rod connecting body (27) and the inner sleeve (23); the push rod is connected with the limiting body (31) and is also provided with a sampling port sealing cover for sealing the sampling port.
