The invention relates to a seal assembly housing and a filter comprising the same, the seal assembly housing comprising: the sealing device comprises a cylinder body (1), a sealing head (2) and a sealing head limiting module (3), wherein the inner walls of the end parts at two ends of the cylinder body (1) are open straight sections, and the sealing device is characterized in that one part of the sealing head (2) is arranged in the end part of the cylinder body (1) in a clearance assembly manner, and the other part of the sealing head (2) is positioned outside the cylinder body (1); the end surface of the cylinder (1) limits the displacement of the seal head (2) along the cylinder (1) in the inward direction; and the seal head limiting module (3) is positioned in the cylinder body (1) and limits the displacement of the seal head (2) along the cylinder body (1) in an outward direction.

Background
Along with the higher and higher requirements of people on the quality of life, attention on the safety problem of drinking water is also paid to. Nowadays, in order to purify water quality, various kinds of filters are widely installed and used by many households to filter impurities, organic pollutants, and the like in water. In domestic water, the common water purifying filter shell is mainly a cylindrical shell made of metal material. The end part of the filter is matched with a seal head to form a sealing structure, and filter elements of different forms of filter materials are arranged in the sealing structure to form various filters.
For example, see chinese patent application nos. CN 200720199368.0 and CN 201020146758.3, which disclose water purification filters employing metal shell sealing structures, the inner wall of the cylindrical shell end of such filters has an annular groove for mounting a head restraint. Generally, in order to manufacture such a water purification filter, the annular groove is first manufactured as a separate part and then integrally connected to the end of the cylindrical housing by a welding process. Therefore, the adverse effects of processing errors, welding deformation, uneven welding seams and the like in the processing equipment process are caused, and the sealing failure and water leakage accidents are easily caused during the assembly of the end socket.
For another example, see chinese patent application No. CN200820179448.4, which also discloses a water purification filter using a metal shell sealing structure, in which an annular groove structure of an inner wall of an end portion of a cylindrical case is made of a metal material of the case itself by deformation. The shape and size of the section of the groove processed by the metal deformation process are limited by the characteristics of the material, and the hidden danger of groove cracking is easily formed by stress generated in the processing process, so that the sealing head is limited to lose efficacy and water leakage accidents are caused. More importantly, the processing technology of the groove at the end part of the cylindrical shell is only suitable for metal materials such as stainless steel and the like, but not for plastic materials such as PVC and the like, and can not meet the diversified demands of the water purification product market.
Therefore, the defects that the processing technology of the groove structure at the end part of the cylinder body of the cylindrical sealing shell in the existing filter product is complicated, the sealing structure is easy to lose efficacy, water leakage accidents occur and the like are urgently needed to be overcome in the field. In addition, the design limitation that the cylinder structure is only limited to metal materials and cannot be used for non-metal materials such as plastic and the like is urgently needed to be overcome in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a seal-fitted housing and a filter including the same.
According to a first aspect, the present invention provides a seal-fitting housing comprising: the end socket structure comprises a cylinder body, end sockets and end socket limiting modules, wherein the inner walls of the end parts at two ends of the cylinder body are open straight sections; the end surface of the cylinder limits the displacement of the seal head along the cylinder in the inward direction; and the seal head limiting module is positioned in the cylinder and limits the displacement of the seal head along the cylinder in an outward direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the first aspect, the seal head limiting module includes a limiting main body, an orifice plate, and a fastener, and a distal end of the limiting main body extends into the central interface of the end face of the seal head through the orifice plate and is fixed by the fastener.
According to a second aspect, the present invention provides a further seal-fitting housing, comprising: the end socket comprises a cylinder body, an end socket and an end socket limiting module, wherein the inner wall of the end part of one end of the cylinder body is an open straight section, and the end part of the other end of the cylinder body is a closed blind end; an end face of an end of one end of the cylinder defines that the end socket is displaced in an inward direction along the cylinder; and the seal head limiting module is positioned in the cylinder and limits the displacement of the seal head along the cylinder in an outward direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the second aspect, the seal head limiting module includes a limiting main body, an orifice plate and a fastener, one end of the limiting main body extends into the central interface of the end face of the seal head through the orifice plate and is fixed by the fastener, and the other end of the limiting main body is fixed to the closed blind end of the end part of the other end of the cylinder.
In another preferred embodiment of the first or second aspect, a gap between the head and the inner wall of the cylinder is sealed by a head seal ring.
In another preferred embodiment of the first or second aspect, the spacing body is a rigid rod-like body structure or a flexible wire-like body structure.
In another preferred embodiment of the first or second aspect, the barrel is a metal material comprising stainless steel, a plastic material comprising PVC, or a composite material comprising glass reinforced plastic.
The above preferred embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention may be used alone or in combination. Likewise, the above preferred embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention may also be used alone or in combination.
According to a third aspect, the invention provides a filter, which comprises the seal assembly housing and a filter element, wherein the filter element is located in the seal assembly housing, the end part of the filter element is connected with the end socket in a sealing manner by using a sealing ring, and the end socket limiting module penetrates through the filter element.
In a preferred embodiment of the third aspect, the end face center connection and the end face side connection of the closure each optionally serve as a water inlet or outlet of the filter.
In another preferred embodiment of the third aspect, the filter further comprises a side wall interface, and the end surface center interface of the head and the side wall interface respectively optionally serve as a water inlet or a water outlet of the filter.
The above preferred embodiments of the third aspect of the present invention may be used alone or in combination.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that they are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The present invention will be better understood from the following embodiments. However, one skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the specific material proportions, process conditions, and results thereof described in the embodiments are merely illustrative of the invention and should not, nor should they, limit the invention as detailed in the claims.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of a filter incorporating a seal-fitted housing according to the present invention.
In fig. 1, the seal-fitted housing includes: the sealing device comprises a cylinder body 1, a sealing head 2 and a sealing head limiting module 3, wherein the inner walls of the end parts of two ends of the cylinder body 1 are open straight sections, one part of the sealing head 2 is arranged in the end part of the cylinder body 1 in a clearance assembly mode, and the other part of the sealing head 2 is positioned outside the cylinder body 1; the end surface of the cylinder 1 defines that the closure 2 is displaced in an inward direction along the cylinder 1. The seal head limiting module 3 is positioned in the cylinder body 1 and limits the displacement of the seal head 2 along the cylinder body 1 in an outward direction.
In addition, the end socket limiting module 3 further comprises a limiting main body 3.1, a pore plate 3.2 and a fastener 3.3, wherein the tail end of the limiting main body 3.1 extends into the end surface center interface 2.1 of the end socket 2 through the pore plate 3.2 and is fixed by the fastener 3.3. In fig. 3, the seal-fitted housing includes: the sealing device comprises a cylinder body (1), a sealing head (2) and a sealing head limiting module (3), wherein the inner wall of the end part of one end of the cylinder body (1) is an open straight section, the end part of the other end of the cylinder body (1) is a closed blind end, one part of the sealing head (2) is arranged in the end part of one end of the cylinder body (1) in a clearance assembly mode, and the other part of the sealing head (2) is positioned outside the cylinder body (1); the end face of the end part of one end of the cylinder (1) limits the displacement of the seal head (2) along the cylinder (1) in the inward direction; and the seal head limiting module (3) is positioned in the cylinder body (1) and limits the displacement of the seal head (2) along the cylinder body (1) in an outward direction.

Fourth embodiment
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of yet another embodiment of a filter incorporating a seal-fitted housing according to the present invention.
Fig. 5 is substantially identical to the filter shown in fig. 1, and therefore like parts are omitted here for the sake of brevity. Fig. 5 differs from fig. 1 in that in fig. 1 the connection between the end of the filter insert 5 and the closure head 2 is located outside the filter insert 5; in fig. 5, the connection between the end of the filter insert 5 and the end cap 2 is, in contrast, located on the inside of the filter insert 5.
Fifth embodiment
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of yet another embodiment of a filter incorporating a seal-fitted housing according to the present invention.
Fig. 6 is substantially identical to the filter shown in fig. 4, and therefore like parts are omitted here for the sake of brevity. Fig. 6 differs from fig. 4 in that in fig. 4 the connection between the end of the filter insert 5 and the closure head 2 is located outside the filter insert 5; in fig. 6, the connection between the end of the filter insert 5 and the end cap 2 is, in contrast, located on the inside of the filter insert 5.

Claims (7)

1. A seal assembly housing, comprising: the sealing device comprises a cylinder body (1), a sealing head (2) and a sealing head limiting module (3), wherein the inner walls of the end parts at two ends of the cylinder body (1) are open straight sections, and the sealing device is characterized in that one part of the sealing head (2) is arranged in the end part of the cylinder body (1) in a clearance assembly manner, and the other part of the sealing head (2) is positioned outside the cylinder body (1); the end surface of the cylinder (1) limits the displacement of the seal head (2) along the cylinder (1) in the inward direction; and the end socket limiting module (3) is positioned in the cylinder body (1) and limits the displacement of the end socket (2) along the cylinder body (1) in an outward direction, wherein the end socket limiting module (3) comprises a limiting main body (3.1), a pore plate (3.2) and a fastener (3.3), the tail end of the limiting main body (3.1) extends into the end surface center interface (2.1) of the end socket (2) through the pore plate (3.2) and is fixed by the fastener (3.3),
the gap between the seal head (2) and the inner wall of the cylinder body (1) is sealed by a seal head sealing ring (4), and the limiting main body (3.1) is of a rigid rod-shaped body structure or a flexible linear body structure.

the gap between the seal head (2) and the inner wall of the cylinder body (1) is sealed by a seal head sealing ring (4), and the limiting main body (3.1) is of a rigid rod-shaped body structure or a flexible linear body structure.
