本发明涉及一种提高LED光电转换效率的方法,采用的技术方案是,将鳍片、管型等散热器件的表面作粗糙的表面处理,使带热量的器件表面与空气流动具有比较大的黏着性,让外界的气体进行充分的热交换和位置交换,以达到提高光电转换效率的目的。有益效果是,实施容易,散热效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及光电转换的方法,尤其是一种提高散热表面关洁度从而改善LED光电转换效率的方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,目前较多的厂家为了追求美感或者便于表面处理,选择了平滑的表面,这是不利于LED光电转换效率的。气体和液体一样,在固体表面具有黏着性,光滑的表面使得气体流动时贴近固体的部分难以与外界的气体进行热交换和位置交换,这是不利于散热的。当表面粗糙度达到一定值时散热器的散热效率会有显著地提升。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种提高LED光电转换效率的方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,将鳍片、管型等散热器件的表面作粗糙的表面处理,使带热量的器件表面与空气流动具有比较大的黏着性,让外界的气体进行充分的热交换和位置交换,以达到提高光电转换效率的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,实施容易,散热效果好。
