本发明涉及一种连续搅拌机，设有机架，所述机架在正中央纵向设置有一螺旋搅拌筒，所述螺旋搅拌筒内装有一螺杆式搅拌轴，所述螺旋搅拌筒在一端装有减速器，所述减速器装有一螺杆驱动电机，所述螺旋搅拌筒在另一端设有出料口，所述出料口处设置有砂浆粒度过滤调节装置，所述螺旋推进筒上设置有一梯形的加料斗，所述加料斗在顶部装有过滤筛网，所述机架上还设置有控制开关柜，所述机架下装设有移动车轮，所述螺旋搅拌筒上在中部还设有注水管。本发明适用于5mm以下各类特种干粉砂浆、石膏砂浆、腻子粉、保温砂浆、防水、防火涂料、水泥基预拌干混砂浆的现场搅拌，广泛应用于各类砂浆的持续混合搅拌。

技术领域
本发明属于一种建筑机械，具体的是一种搅拌腻子的搅拌机。
背景技术
粉墙腻子在使用前，通常都需要进行搅拌，使水份与腻子充分混合，达到施工要求，如何让它们混合的均匀，现有施工中通常将腻子倒在一个桶中，用装在电钻上的搅动杆搅动，搅动杆上通常装有一搅动叶片，旋转的搅动叶片将腻子与水高速带动起来，让它们充分混合，从而达到施工的需要。但这种方法对小批量的施工还可以。针对大规模的施工，就不能满足需要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题，提出一种连续搅拌机，该连续搅拌机具有设计科学、结构合理、搅拌均匀、生产批量大、混合效率高的特点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：连续搅拌机，其特征在于：设有机架，所述机架在正中央纵向设置有一螺旋搅拌筒，所述螺旋搅拌筒内装有一螺杆式搅拌轴，所述螺旋搅拌筒在一端装有减速器，所述减速器装有一螺杆驱动电机，所述螺旋搅拌筒在另一端设有出料口，所述出料口处设置有砂浆粒度过滤调节装置，所述螺旋推进筒上设置有一梯形的加料斗，所述加料斗在顶部装有过滤筛网，所述机架上还设置有控制开关柜，所述机架下装设有移动车轮，所述螺旋搅拌筒上在中部还设有注水管。
所述砂浆粒度过滤调节装置由固定研磨片、滑动研磨片、压力弹簧、加压螺母组成，所述固定研磨片、滑动研磨片上均设有相对应的研磨条纹，所述固定研磨片上设有物料通过的透孔，所述滑动研磨片靠压力弹簧、加压螺母与固定研磨片压在一起。
所述螺杆式搅拌轴上设有若干组螺旋搅拌片，所述螺旋搅拌片高为3～4CM，所述螺旋搅拌片之间的垂直距离为1.5～2.5CM，所述螺旋搅拌片采用高锰钢材料制成。
所述螺旋搅拌筒的长度为120CM，所述螺旋搅拌筒的直径为18CM，所述螺旋搅拌筒采用碳钢制作而成。
本发明采用螺旋搅拌筒内装有一螺杆式搅拌轴，螺旋搅拌筒在一端装有减速器，减速器装有一螺杆驱动电机，直接开袋搅拌，按供料量进行调节加水，搅拌出料无环境污染，可为砂浆喷涂机组合使用，具有稳压功能、计量供水、定量供料、混合区叶片分散，不形成空道、搅拌材料不附着，混合质量优良，清洁方便，易损件低廉、损耗低；适用于5mm以下各类特种干粉砂浆、石膏砂浆、腻子粉、保温砂浆、防水、防火涂料、水泥基预拌干混砂浆的现场搅拌，广泛应用于各类砂浆的持续混合搅拌。

实施例：参见附图1、2，连续搅拌机，设有机架1，所述机架在正中央纵向设置有一螺旋搅拌筒2，所述螺旋搅拌筒内装有一螺杆式搅拌轴，所述螺旋搅拌筒在一端装有减速器，所述减速器装有一螺杆驱动电机3，所述螺旋搅拌筒在另一端设有出料口，所述出料口处设置有砂浆粒度过滤调节装置4，所述螺旋推进筒上设置有一梯形的加料斗5，所述加料斗在顶部装有过滤筛网6，所述机架上还设置有控制开关柜7，所述机架下装设有移动车轮8，所述螺旋搅拌筒上在中部还设有注水管9；所述砂浆粒度过滤调节装置由固定研磨片、滑动研磨片、压力弹簧、加压螺母组成，所述固定研磨片、滑动研磨片上均设有相对应的研磨条纹，所述固定研磨片上设有物料通过的透孔，所述滑动研磨片靠压力弹簧、加压螺母与固定研磨片压在一起；所述螺杆式搅拌轴上设有若干组螺旋搅拌片，所述螺旋搅拌片高为3～4CM，所述螺旋搅拌片之间的垂直距离为1.5～2.5CM，所述螺旋搅拌片采用高锰钢材料制成；所述螺旋搅拌筒的长度为120CM，所述螺旋搅拌筒的直径为18CM，所述螺旋搅拌筒采用碳钢制作而成。

1.一种连续搅拌机，其特征在于：设有机架(1)，所述机架在正中央纵向设置有一螺旋搅拌筒(2)，所述螺旋搅拌筒内装有一螺杆式搅拌轴，所述螺旋搅拌筒在一端装有减速器，所述减速器装有一螺杆驱动电机(3)，所述螺旋搅拌筒在另一端设有出料口，所述出料口处设置有砂浆粒度过滤调节装置(4)，所述螺旋推进筒上设置有一梯形的加料斗(5)，所述加料斗在顶部装有过滤筛网(6)，所述机架上还设置有控制开关柜(7)，所述机架下装设有移动车轮(8)，所述螺旋搅拌筒上在中部还设有注水管(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续搅拌机，其特征在于：所述砂浆粒度过滤调节装置由固定研磨片、滑动研磨片、压力弹簧、加压螺母组成，所述固定研磨片、滑动研磨片上均设有相对应的研磨条纹，所述固定研磨片上设有物料通过的透孔，所述滑动研磨片靠压力弹簧、加压螺母与固定研磨片压在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续搅拌机，其特征在于：所述螺杆式搅拌轴上设有若干组螺旋搅拌片，所述螺旋搅拌片高为3～4CM，所述螺旋搅拌片之间的垂直距离为1.5～2.5CM，所述螺旋搅拌片采用高锰钢材料制成。
