本公开涉及一种高压燃料泵,并且更具体地涉及一种用于防止燃料与润滑油在高压燃料泵中混合的装置。
背景技术
印度专利申请3909/CHE/2014公开了一种高压燃料泵。该高压燃料泵包括壳体,该壳体具有多个凹陷,多个凹陷适于容纳多个凹陷中的进口、出口以及柱塞。引导元件位于多个凹陷的一个凹陷中以使得柱塞经过引导元件往复运动。密封件参照引导元件和柱塞定位以使得柱塞经过密封件往复运动。燃料通道从引导元件所在的凹陷延伸到进口,以允许燃料从该凹陷流动到进口。

如图1所示,高压燃料泵10包括壳体12。壳体12包括用于从燃料进口管道38吸取燃料的压缩腔室。柱塞16定位在压缩腔室内以进行往复运动并且对燃料进行加压以便经燃料出口供应路径(未示出)传输燃料。柱塞16联接到滚子挺杆主体40,滚子挺杆主体40定位在柱塞16下方并且使柱塞16往复运动以从高压燃料泵10传输燃料。
高压燃料泵10包括密封件22。密封件22将燃料与润滑油分离开,润滑油存在于密封件22的背向空间18的一侧中。密封件22设置在环形空间18中并且被容纳在第一静态固定件24和第二静态固定件25之间。第一静态固定件24和第二静态固定件25帮助以压配合保持密封件22,由此防止密封件22在壳体12内移动。
如图1所示,密封件22设置在壳体12的内圆周上。密封件22的外表面可滑动地且紧密地与高压燃料泵10的壳体12的内表面接触。第一静态固定件24和第二静态固定件25各自***密封件22中并且压靠壳体12,使得由第一静态固定件24和第二静态固定件25对密封件22施加的力帮助使密封件22和壳体12之间维持紧密的接触。
密封件22具有形状为圆形的截面。作为密封件22的材料,可以使用具有良好耐燃料性和高耐磨性的PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)。替代地,可以使用现有技术中已知的有助于在密封件22和壳体12之间提供密封布置的任何材料对高压燃料泵10进行密封。滚子挺杆主体40与凸轮轴连通并且当需要从高压燃料泵10传送燃料时使柱塞16提升。
弹簧构件20定位在环形空间18内。弹簧构件20帮助当柱塞16在壳体12内往复运动时维持对柱塞16的阻力。气缸盖14定位在壳体12的上方。气缸盖14帮助密封高压燃料泵10。气缸盖14的一部分与被限定在壳体12中的环形空间18流体连通。气缸盖14包括燃料进口管道38,燃料进口管道38联接到气缸盖14。燃料进口管道38从燃料箱将燃料供应到高压燃料泵10的气缸盖14。
气缸盖14包括孔26,该孔的第一端部与环形空间18流体连通并且该孔的第二端部与出口管道34流体连通。替代地,气缸盖14包括多个孔26、28、30,这些孔各自从与环形空间18流体连通的第一端部互连到与出口管道34流体连通的第二端部。球珠32放置在孔28中。球珠32防止燃料从孔28泄漏到高压燃料泵10外。零流量节流阀36联接到出口管道34。零流量节流阀36帮助防止来自出口管道34的燃料与来自燃料进口管道38的燃料混合。
作为示例对高压燃料泵10的工作方式进行描述。燃料经由燃料进口管道38输送到高压燃料泵10的压缩腔室内。由于在柱塞16和气缸盖14之间的渗漏处,燃料流动通过该渗漏处并且流到环形空间18内,由此填充环形空间18。燃料从环形空间18流到孔26内。燃料从孔26经由孔28流动通过孔30并且流到出口管道34内。密封件22帮助防止燃料与润滑油在高压燃料泵10的壳体12内混合。借助于存在于孔28中的球珠32来防止来自孔28的燃料渗漏。

Claims (8)

1.一种高压燃料泵(10),所述高压燃料泵(10)包括:
壳体(12);
气缸盖(14),其位于所述壳体(12)上;
柱塞(16),其位于所述壳体(12)内并且适于在限定于所述气缸盖(14)内的孔内往复运动;
环形空间(18),其限定在所述气缸盖(14)和所述壳体(12)之间,所述环形空间(18)适于在其内接收弹簧(20);
其特征在于
位于所述壳体(12)中的密封件(22),所述密封件(22)被保持在固定到所述气缸盖(14)的第一静态固定件(24)和固定到滚子挺杆主体(40)的第二静态固定件(25)之间并且定位在所述环形空间(18)内,所述密封件(22)防止润滑油与燃料在所述高压燃料泵(10)内混合。
2.如权利要求1所述的高压燃料泵(10),其中,所述第一静态固定件(24)可被焊接到所述气缸盖(14)并且所述第二静态固定件(25)可被焊接到所述滚子挺杆主体(40)。
3.如权利要求1所述的高压燃料泵(10),其中,所述第一静态固定件(24)可被粘合到所述气缸盖(14)并且所述第二静态固定件(25)可被粘合到所述滚子挺杆主体(40)。
4.一种高压燃料泵(10),所述高压燃料泵(10)包括:
壳体(12);
气缸盖(14),其位于所述壳体(12)上;
柱塞(16),其位于所述壳体(12)内并且适于在限定于所述气缸盖(14)内的孔内往复运动;
环形空间(18),其限定在所述气缸盖(14)和所述壳体(12)之间,所述环形空间(18)适于在其内接收弹簧(20);
其特征在于
位于所述壳体(12)中的密封件(22),所述密封件(22)被保持在固定到所述气缸盖(14)的第一静态固定件(24)和固定到滚子挺杆主体(40)的第二静态固定件(25)之间并且定位在所述环形空间(18)内,所述密封件(22)防止润滑油与燃料在所述高压燃料泵(10)内混合;以及
被限定在所述气缸盖(14)中并且与所述环形空间(18)流体连通的至少一个孔(30),所述至少一个孔(30)适于将燃料从所述环形空间(18)输送到所述高压燃料泵(10)之外。
5.如权利要求4所述的高压燃料泵(10),进一步包括与所述至少一个孔(30)流体连通的出口管道(34),所述出口管道(34)适于将燃料输送到所述高压燃料泵(10)之外。
6.如权利要求4所述的高压燃料泵(10),进一步包括联接在所述出口管道(34)和燃料进口管道(38)之间的零流量节流阀(36),所述零流量节流阀(36)帮助防止来自所述出口管道(34)的燃料与来自所述燃料进口管道(38)的燃料混合。
7.如权利要求4所述的高压燃料泵(10),其中,所述第一静态固定件(24)可被焊接到所述气缸盖(14)并且所述第二静态固定件(25)可被焊接到所述滚子挺杆主体(40)。
