技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域，涉及一种防辐射玻纤隔音板。
背景技术
目前随着电子产品的增加，生活中得电磁辐射越来越强，对人体产生的损害越来越大，特别是孕妇和小孩，因此怎么在生活中减少电磁辐射的伤害是亟待解决的问题；且对于噪音比较大的 KTV或机房或客厅，怎样在防辐射的同时减少噪音污染也是亟待解决的问题。所以，对于本领域内的技术人员，还有待研发出一种能够具有防辐射玻纤隔音板。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题，提出了一种防辐射隔音玻纤板，本发明具有防辐射的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种防辐射玻纤隔音板，包括基板，其特征在于，所述的基板由下往上依次设置有第一玻纤层、隔音层、防辐射层、面板和第二玻纤层。
所述的第一玻纤层通过热熔胶与基板相固定。
所述的第一玻纤层采用玻璃纤维交织而成
所述的第一玻纤层的厚度为5-7mm。
所述的隔音层的厚度为1-2mm，隔音层包括无纺布，无法布上还粘贴有隔音棉。
所述的防辐射层采用防辐射丝纵横交织而成，防辐射层通过环氧树脂粘接剂固定在面板上。
所述的面板表面开设有若干凹槽，所述的凹槽成长条状，所述的凹槽中开设有吸音孔。
所述的第二玻纤层的厚度为0.4-1mm。
所述的第二玻纤层通过阻燃胶黏剂与面板相固定。
本一种防辐射玻纤隔音板大致结构是这样的：第二玻纤层在最外面且使用阻燃胶黏剂与面板固定，玻纤具有耐磨性，所以第二玻纤层具有很强的耐磨阻燃性，面板起到抗压作用，防辐射层具有防辐射作用，隔音层中有隔音棉，隔音棉具有隔音效果，第一玻纤层起到防腐蚀作用，基板与墙面相固定，本发明具有隔音、耐磨、抗压、防辐射等功能，是做电视壁很好的材料，减少电视对隔壁房间产生噪音、辐射等危害。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
1、本发明通过在面板上通过阻燃胶黏剂固定第二玻纤层，使本发明具有耐磨阻燃的优点。
2、本发明通过设置防辐射层，使本发明具有防辐射的优点。
3、本发明通过设置隔音层，使本发明具有隔音的优点

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2所示，一种防辐射玻纤隔音板，包括基板1，基本PVC材料制成，基板1由下往上依次设置有第一玻纤层2、隔音层3、防辐射层4、面板5和第二玻纤层6。
第一玻纤层2通过热熔胶与基板1相固定。
第一玻纤层2采用玻璃纤维交织而成
第一玻纤层2的厚度为5-7mm。本实施例中，第一玻纤层2 的厚度为6mm.
隔音层3的厚度为1-2mm，隔音层3包括无纺布，无法布上还粘贴有隔音棉。本实施例中，隔音层3的厚度为1.5mm。
防辐射层4采用防辐射丝纵横交织而成，防辐射层4通过环氧树脂粘接剂固定在面板5上。
面板5表面开设有若干凹槽5a，凹槽5a成长条状，凹槽5a 中开设有吸音孔5b。
第二玻纤层6的厚度为0.4-1mm。本实施例中，第二玻纤层6 的厚度为0.7mm。
第二玻纤层6通过阻燃胶黏剂与面板5相固定。
本一种防辐射玻纤隔音板大致结构是这样的：第二玻纤层6 在最外面且使用阻燃胶黏剂与面板5固定，玻纤具有耐磨性，所以第二玻纤层6具有很强的耐磨阻燃性，面板5起到抗压作用，防辐射层4具有防辐射作用，隔音层3中有隔音棉，隔音棉具有隔音效果，第一玻纤层2起到防腐蚀作用，基板1与墙面相固定，本发明具有隔音、耐磨、抗压、防辐射等功能，是做电视壁很好的材料，减少电视对隔壁房间产生噪音、辐射等危害。

1.一种防辐射隔音玻纤板，包括基板，其特征在于，所述的基板由下往上依次设置有第一玻纤层、无纺布层、防辐射层、面板和第二玻纤层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射隔音玻纤板，其特征在于，所述的第一玻纤层通过热熔胶与基布相固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防辐射隔音玻纤板，其特征在于，所述的第一玻纤层采用隔音棉与玻璃纤维交织而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防辐射隔音玻纤板，其特征在于，所述的第一玻纤层的厚度为5-7mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防辐射隔音玻纤板，其特征在于，所述的无纺布层的厚度为0.6-1mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防辐射隔音玻纤板，其特征在于，所述的防辐射层采用防辐射丝纵横交织而成，防辐射层通过环氧树脂粘接剂固定在面板上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防辐射隔音玻纤板，其特征在于，所述的面板表面开设有若干凹槽，所述的凹槽成长条状，所述的凹槽中开设有吸音孔。
