Abstract
本发明公开一种带传动胶带及其制备方法,涉及机械零件制备技术领域。它采用以下重量份数的原料:丁腈橡胶100份、棉麻纤维10份~15份、桑树韧皮纤维5份~10份、纳米炭黑1份~5份、松香季戊四醇酯1份~5份、单甘酯1份~5份以及增粘树脂20份~35份;将上述原料混合,并采用不同的转速、频率和温度进行分段混炼方式。本发明主要通过将棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维组合使用,不仅使二者的性能得到互补,还可以由于二者的存在,从而提高了本发明产物的耐高温性和耐弯曲性,以及通过在制备过程的混炼工序中,从而进一步的提高本发明产物的耐高温性和耐弯曲性。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械零件制备技术领域,尤其是一种带传动胶带。
背景技术
带传动是利用张紧在带轮上的柔性带进行运动或动力传递的一种机械传动。根据传动原理的不同,有靠带与带轮间的摩擦力传动的摩擦型带传动,也有靠带与带轮上的齿相互啮合传动的同步带传动。其中,在进行以上带传动运动的过程中,都需要用到胶带作为辅助工具,而该胶带需要具备较好的耐高温性和耐弯曲性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温性和耐弯曲性都好的带传动胶带及其制备方法,从而提高现有带传动胶带的耐高温性和耐弯曲性性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它采用以下重量份数的原料:
丁腈橡胶100份、棉麻纤维10份~15份、桑树韧皮纤维5份~10份、纳米炭黑1份~5份、松香季戊四醇酯1份~5份、单甘酯1份~5份以及增粘树脂20份~35份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、按配比称取丁腈橡胶、棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维、纳米炭黑、松香季戊四醇酯、单甘酯以及增粘树脂,高速混合搅拌3分钟~5分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物加入到双螺杆挤出机内混炼,先在主机螺杆转速为800 r/min~1000r/min、喂料机频率为15Hz~20Hz以及温度为150℃~180℃下混炼,接着再在主机螺杆转速为550 r/min~600r/min、喂料机频率为20Hz~30Hz以及温度为100℃~120℃下混炼,最后再在主机螺杆转速为800 r/min~1000r/min、喂料机频率为15z~20Hz以及温度为150℃~180℃下混炼,然后经熔融挤出成型。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
(1)本发明主要通过将棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维组合使用,不仅使二者的性能得到互补,还可以由于二者的存在,从而提高了本发明产物的耐高温性和耐弯曲性。
(2)本发明通过在制备过程的混炼工序中,采用不同的转速、频率和温度进行分段混炼方式,从而进一步的提高本发明产物的耐高温性和耐弯曲性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1——带传动胶带的制备方法
它采用以下重量的原料:
丁腈橡胶10000g、棉麻纤维1000g、桑树韧皮纤维500g、纳米炭黑100g、松香季戊四醇酯100g、单甘酯100g以及增粘树脂2000g;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、按配比称取丁腈橡胶、棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维、纳米炭黑、松香季戊四醇酯、单甘酯以及增粘树脂,高速混合搅拌3分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物加入到双螺杆挤出机内混炼,先在主机螺杆转速为800 r/min、喂料机频率为15Hz以及温度为150℃下混炼20分钟,接着再在主机螺杆转速为550 r/min、喂料机频率为20Hz以及温度为100℃下混炼1小时,最后再在主机螺杆转速为800 r/min、喂料机频率为15z以及温度为150℃下混炼20分钟,然后经熔融挤出成型。
实施例2——带传动胶带的制备方法
它采用以下重量的原料:
丁腈橡胶10000g、棉麻纤维1500g、桑树韧皮纤维1000g、纳米炭黑500g、松香季戊四醇酯500g、单甘酯500g以及增粘树脂3500g;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、按配比称取丁腈橡胶、棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维、纳米炭黑、松香季戊四醇酯、单甘酯以及增粘树脂,高速混合搅拌3分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物加入到双螺杆挤出机内混炼,先在主机螺杆转速为1000r/min、喂料机频率为20Hz以及温度为180℃下混炼30分钟,接着再在主机螺杆转速为600r/min、喂料机频率为30Hz以及温度为120℃下混炼30分钟,最后再在主机螺杆转速为1000r/min、喂料机频率为20Hz以及温度为180℃下混炼30分钟,然后经熔融挤出成型。
实施例3——带传动胶带的制备方法
它采用以下重量的原料:
丁腈橡胶10000g、棉麻纤维1400g、桑树韧皮纤维600g、纳米炭黑300g、松香季戊四醇酯200g、单甘酯400g以及增粘树脂3300g;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、按配比称取丁腈橡胶、棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维、纳米炭黑、松香季戊四醇酯、单甘酯以及增粘树脂,高速混合搅拌5分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物加入到双螺杆挤出机内混炼,先在主机螺杆转速为850r/min、喂料机频率为18Hz以及温度为165℃下混炼15分钟,接着再在主机螺杆转速为580r/min、喂料机频率为26Hz以及温度为105℃下混炼40分钟,最后再在主机螺杆转速为850r/min、喂料机频率为18Hz以及温度为165℃下混炼15分钟,然后经熔融挤出成型。
上述实施例1~实施例3所制得产物的力学性能如表1所示。

1.一种带传动胶带,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丁腈橡胶100份、棉麻纤维10份~15份、桑树韧皮纤维5份~10份、纳米炭黑1份~5份、松香季戊四醇酯1份~5份、单甘酯1份~5份以及增粘树脂20份~35份。
2.一种带传动胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:
采用以下重量份数的原料:
丁腈橡胶100份、棉麻纤维10份~15份、桑树韧皮纤维5份~10份、纳米炭黑1份~5份、松香季戊四醇酯1份~5份、单甘酯1份~5份以及增粘树脂20份~35份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、按配比称取丁腈橡胶、棉麻纤维、桑树韧皮纤维、纳米炭黑、松香季戊四醇酯、单甘酯以及增粘树脂,高速混合搅拌3分钟~5分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物加入到双螺杆挤出机内混炼,先在主机螺杆转速为800 r/min~1000r/min、喂料机频率为15Hz~20Hz以及温度为150℃~180℃下混炼,接着再在主机螺杆转速为550 r/min~600r/min、喂料机频率为20Hz~30Hz以及温度为100℃~120℃下混炼,最后再在主机螺杆转速为800 r/min~1000r/min、喂料机频率为15z~20Hz以及温度为150℃~180℃下混炼,然后经熔融挤出成型。
