In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an automatic weighing and box separating transportation auxiliary device which comprises a transportation belt for transporting packing boxes, wherein the tail end of the transportation belt is provided with an intermediate belt, the intermediate belt is provided with a rotating shaft, the starting end of the intermediate belt is connected with the tail end of the transportation belt in a 90-degree manner, the tail end of the transportation belt is provided with a weighing device, a plurality of same push rods are sequentially arranged on the right side of the intermediate belt from left to right, an inductor is arranged on each push rod and connected with the weighing device, the left side of the intermediate belt is provided with a transfer trolley, and the packing boxes on the intermediate belt are pushed into the transfer trolley through the push rods.
The further improvement lies in that: a sliding rail is arranged between the middle belt and the transfer trolley, a moving seat is arranged on the sliding rail, a placing plate is arranged on the moving seat, a lifting cylinder is arranged below the placing plate, and an electric pulley is arranged on the upper surface of the placing plate.
The further improvement lies in that: the weighing device and the sensor are connected with a computer, the computer is internally provided with sequence recording software, the computer records the weighing data of each packing box, and the packing boxes are sequentially pushed into the transfer trolley from heavy to light through the sensor, so that the heavy packing boxes are always at the bottom of the transfer trolley.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has the advantages that the weight of the packing boxes is detected by the weighing device through the middle belt and the weighing device, the weight of each packing box is recorded in the computer, then the computer arranges the weight of each packing box, the heaviest packing box is pushed out firstly by utilizing the sensor to control the push rod, and the like, so that the effect of always placing the heavier packing box at the bottom of the transfer trolley is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment provides an automatic weighing and box separating transportation auxiliary device, which comprises a transportation belt 1 for transporting packing boxes, wherein an intermediate belt 2 is arranged at the tail end of the transportation belt 1, a rotating shaft 3 is arranged on the intermediate belt 2, the starting end of the intermediate belt 2 is connected with the tail end of the transportation belt at an angle of 90 degrees, a weighing device 4 is arranged at the tail end of the transportation belt 1, a plurality of identical push rods 5 are sequentially arranged on the right side of the intermediate belt 2 from left to right, an inductor 6 is arranged on each push rod 5 and connected with each weighing device 4, a transport vehicle 7 is arranged on the left side of the intermediate belt 2, and the packing boxes on the intermediate belt are pushed into the transport vehicle through the push rods. A slide rail 8 is arranged between the middle belt 2 and the transfer trolley 7, a moving seat 9 is arranged on the slide rail 8, a placing plate 10 is arranged on the moving seat 9, a lifting cylinder 11 is arranged below the placing plate 10, and an electric pulley 12 is arranged on the upper surface of the placing plate 10. The weighing device 4 and the inductor 6 are connected with a computer, the computer is internally provided with sequence recording software, the computer records the weighing data of each packing box, and the packing boxes are sequentially pushed into the transfer trolley from heavy to light through the inductor, so that the heavy packing boxes are always at the bottom of the transfer trolley. The push rods 5 and the placing plate 10 are provided with position sensors 13 for defining the position of the packing box.
According to the invention, the intermediate belt 2 and the weighing device 4 are arranged, the weighing device 4 detects the weight of each packaging box and records the weight in the computer, then the computer arranges the weight of each packaging box, and the inductor 6 is used for controlling the push rod 5 to push out the heaviest packaging box first, and so on, so that the effect of always placing the heavier packaging box at the bottom of the transfer trolley is achieved.
