Abstract
本发明公开了一种单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,包括实芯导体,在实芯导体外绕包陶瓷化硅胶耐火带,在陶瓷化硅胶耐火带外挤包绝缘层;所述的实芯铜导体与陶瓷化硅胶耐火带之间设有伴热带,陶瓷化硅胶耐火带与绝缘层之间设有聚氨酯保温带。本发明耐火性高、结构简单、功能多样、使用方便等优点,有广泛的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种单芯导体无护套耐火电缆。
背景技术
在高层及超高层建筑、大型娱乐场所、大型工矿、企业及地下工程中等众多场所,往往电缆密集敷设,一旦发生火灾,火将顺着电缆处延燃而蔓延到其他部门和楼层。据消防部门统计,城市火灾中,其中2/3 以上是由于电气装备故障或电缆负荷过载引起电缆燃烧蔓延造成的,,同时在过去的许多火灾中,造成人身生命危险以及“二次危害”的往往主要是电缆燃烧后释放的酸气和有毒气体。所以电缆的耐火防火技术越来越引起人们的关注,并成为线缆行业的一个重要发展方向。
随着人类探索的足迹遍及全世界,电力的应用也伸向了世界的每一个角落,自然少不了涉足低温高寒的地带。当前,多数的电缆只适用于一个温度范围比较窄的常温环中,在高寒地区,这些电缆会出现硬化、开裂、脆化等严重安全问题,将不再适用于高寒环境中,这对于高寒地区的电力供应将是一个很大的难题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、具有无毒、无味、耐高低温、耐臭氧老化、耐候老化、优良的电绝缘性能的单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,功能多样、使用方便等优点,有广泛的市场前景。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,包括实芯导体,在实芯导体外绕包陶瓷化硅胶耐火带,在陶瓷化硅胶耐火带外挤包绝缘层;所述的实芯铜导体与陶瓷化硅胶耐火带之间设有伴热带,陶瓷化硅胶耐火带与绝缘层之间设有聚氨酯保温带。
进一步地,所述的伴热带外接电源。
进一步地,所述绝缘层为塑料挤出挤压在聚氨酯保温带上的无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成。
进一步地,所述的实芯导体为实芯铜导体或实芯铜导体铝导体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、采用陶瓷硅橡胶材料制成的耐火层在常温下它具备了硅橡胶弹性好的基本特性,具有无毒、无味、耐高低温、耐臭氧老化、耐候老化、优良的电绝缘性能,也具备了普通高温硅橡胶良好的加工性能,在零下40 度到零上200 度左右能保持软电缆状态。在火焰侵袭,温度达400 度以上时,可由原来的柔软状态转换为硬性的海绵陶瓷体,***后耐火保护层内部产生空穴,有利于保温,这样海绵陶瓷体具有显著的耐火和阻隔高温的作用,从而有效的保护电缆的内部结构不发生机械变化和电性能变化。
2、在电缆内设有伴热带,电缆在寒冷天气使用时,只要将伴热带接入电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命。另外,设有聚氨酯保温带,适应温度为+120℃—-196℃,使得电缆在冰雪天气因结冰致使通信信号传输中断,造成无法挽救的经济损失。
3、聚氨酯保温带的耐寒性好,使得电缆具有强度高、耐冲击、耐环境老化预应力裂开、耐腐蚀、耐低温、易焊接、施工简便,严格密封无渗漏,还具有容重轻、强度高、绝热、隔音、阻燃、耐寒、防腐、不吸水、施工简便快捷等优异特点。

如图1所示,一种单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,包括实芯导体1,在实芯导体外绕包陶瓷化硅胶耐火带2,在陶瓷化硅胶耐火带外挤包绝缘层5;所述的实芯铜导体与陶瓷化硅胶耐火带之间设有伴热带3,陶瓷化硅胶耐火带与绝缘层之间设有聚氨酯保温带4。
所述的伴热带3通过电源插孔外接电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命。
所述绝缘层为塑料挤出挤压在聚氨酯保温带上的无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成,燃烧时,无毒无害,不污染环境。

1.一种单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,包括实芯导体,在实芯导体外绕包陶瓷化硅胶耐火带,在陶瓷化硅胶耐火带外挤包绝缘层;其特征在于:所述的实芯铜导体与陶瓷化硅胶耐火带之间设有伴热带,陶瓷化硅胶耐火带与绝缘层之间设有聚氨酯保温带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述的伴热带外接电源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为塑料挤出挤压在聚氨酯保温带上的无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单芯导体无护套耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述的实芯导体为实芯铜导体或实芯铜导体铝导体。
