本发明公开了一种具有自锁功能的卡箍,包括固定套、蜗杆和卡箍带,蜗杆杆部设置有梯形螺旋凸台,蜗杆杆部伸入固定套内,卡箍带上设置有与蜗杆杆部梯形螺旋槽对应的梯形孔,卡箍带两头穿入固定套内。该具有自锁功能的卡箍结构简单,操作使用方便,较好的实现了快速收紧或放松导管,提高了工作效率。并且,其固定牢靠,不易松动满足了将液压、气体、燃油等导管固定在航空发动机上,保障了航空发动机的可靠性。也适合在其他领域推广运用。

技术领域
本发明涉及导管卡箍制造技术领域,特别涉及一种具有自锁功能的卡箍。
背景技术
在航空航天领域经常需要使用卡箍,尤其是航空发动机对卡箍需求量更多,航空发动机上的液压、气体、燃油等导管都需要卡箍进行固定。目前将液压、气体、燃油等导管固定在航空发动机上的卡箍为普通卡箍,没有自锁功能,使用极为不便,不利于航空发动机的安全使用,且对导管进行收紧和放松非常麻烦。另外,其固定不牢靠,经常出现松动现象,影响了液压、气体、燃油等导管在航空发动机上固定的安装固定,进而使用了航空发动机的使用性能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种便于收紧和放松导管卡箍,固定使用牢靠的具有自锁功能的卡箍。
一种具有自锁功能的卡箍,包括固定套、蜗杆和卡箍带,蜗杆杆部设置有梯形螺旋凸台,蜗杆杆部伸入固定套内,卡箍带上设置有与蜗杆杆部梯形螺旋槽对应的梯形孔,卡箍带两头穿入固定套内。
进一步,该具有自锁功能的卡箍的具有自锁功能的卡箍还包括胶套,胶套套在卡箍带的下半部。
进一步,该具有自锁功能的卡箍的卡箍带梯形孔为6度梯形孔。
通过采用上述技术手段,本发明取得的有益技术效果为:该具有自锁功能的卡箍结构简单,操作使用方便,具有自锁功能,较好的实现了快速收紧或放松导管,提高了工作效率。并且,其固定牢靠,不易松动满足了将液压、气体、燃油等导管固定在航空发动机上,保障了航空发动机的可靠性。也适合在其他领域推广运用。

以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种具有自锁功能的卡箍,包括固定套1、蜗杆2和卡箍带3,蜗杆2杆部设置有梯形螺旋凸台,蜗杆2杆部伸入固定套1内,卡箍带3上设置有与蜗杆2杆部梯形螺旋槽对应的梯形孔,卡箍带3两头穿入固定套1内。
为防止卡紧的导管或零部件表面产生划伤。该具有自锁功能的卡箍还包括胶套4,胶套4套在卡箍带3的下半部。
为使固定更为牢靠。该具有自锁功能的卡箍的卡箍带3梯形孔为6度梯形孔。
通过转动蜗杆2上的梯形螺旋凸台带动卡箍带3上的梯形孔作圆周方向的收紧或放松,从而实现将导管或连接件固定在一起。由传动蜗杆2具有很好的防松功能,实现自锁,满足了航空发动机使用的需求。

1.一种具有自锁功能的卡箍,其特征在于:所述具有自锁功能的卡箍包括固定套(1)、蜗杆(2)和卡箍带(3),所述蜗杆(2)杆部设置有梯形螺旋凸台,所述蜗杆(2)杆部伸入固定套(1)内,所述卡箍带(3)上设置有与蜗杆(2)杆部梯形螺旋槽对应的梯形孔,所述卡箍带(3)两头穿入固定套(1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有自锁功能的卡箍,其特征在于:所述具有自锁功能的卡箍还包括胶套(4),所述胶套(4)套在卡箍带(3)的下半部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有自锁功能的卡箍,其特征在于:所述卡箍带(3)梯形孔为6度梯形孔。
