本发明公开了一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,按重量百分比计包括40%~46%的R125,3%~5%的R134a及50%~54%的R143a。本发明提供一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,通过将冷媒介质进行特定比例的混合,取消常规的R22,采用R125和R143a混合作为主冷媒介质,使得其不仅制冷效果好,而且节省能源,降低环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却介质,具体涉及一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质。
背景技术
全球暖化及温室效应、臭氧层的破坏等已成为全世界的议题。冷媒除了自身特有的对温度暖化的影响外,对冷冻空调机的性能也大有关联。冷冻空调设备所使用的氟氯碳化物冷媒,大致可分为3类:第一类,CFC冷媒(完全卤化的氟氯碳化合物):(如R11/12/113),该氟氯碳化物中含有氯,对臭氧层破坏指数高;第二类,HCFC冷媒(含氯元素的氟氯碳化合物):(如R22,R134a),虽然也含有氯,但因含有氢离子,ODP(ODP:Ozone DepletionPotential/ 臭氧层破坏指数)值大约是CFC的1/20,臭氧层破坏指数较低,但因为本身具有毒性,会破坏臭氧层及制造温室效应,同时其生产过程中排放大量二氧化碳,已被列为应逐年减量的温室效应气体;第三类,HFC冷媒(含氢元素的氯碳化合物):(如R410A,R407C),因其不含氯,因此作为不会破坏臭氧层而开发的新替代冷媒,此种冷媒称为环保冷媒。
发明内容
发明目的: 本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,通过将冷媒介质进行特定比例的混合,取消常规的R22,采用R125和R143a混合作为主冷媒介质,使得其不仅制冷效果好,而且节省能源,降低环境污染。
技术方案:一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,按重量百分比计包括40%~46%的R125,3%~5%的R134a及50%~54%的R143a。
作为优选,按重量百分比计包括44%的R125,4%的R134a及52%的R143a。
作为优选,还包括润滑剂,且润滑一为矿物油、聚硅氧油、聚烷基苯、多元醇酯、聚伸烷基二醇、聚伸 烷基二醇酯、聚乙烯醚、聚(α-烯烃)中的一种多多种。
利用本发明冷却介质所制备的冷媒电机,其电机容量增加1.5倍,最大转矩增加4~4.5倍,启动转矩增加2.5~3倍,同时电机材料选用无氟材料。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,通过将冷媒介质进行特定比例的混合,取消常规的R22,采用R125和R143a混合作为主冷媒介质,使得其不仅制冷效果好,而且节省能源,降低环境污染。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,按重量百分比计包括42%的R125(五氟乙烷),5%的R134a(三氟乙烷)及53%的R143a(四氟乙烷)。
实施例2:
一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,按重量百分比计包括44%的R125(五氟乙烷),4%的R134a(三氟乙烷)及52%的R143a(四氟乙烷)。
实施例3:
一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,按重量百分比计包括42%的R125(五氟乙烷),3%的R134a(三氟乙烷)及54%的R143a(四氟乙烷)。
实施例4:
一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,按重量百分比计包括46%的R125(五氟乙烷),3%的R134a(三氟乙烷)及51%的R143a(四氟乙烷)。
对各个实施例指标参数进行检测,结果参见下表:

1.一种冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,其特征在于:按重量百分比计包括40%~46%的R125,3%~5%的R134a及50%~54%的R143a。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,其特征在于:按重量百分比计包括44%的R125,4%的R134a及52%的R143a。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的冷媒电机用高效环保冷却介质,其特征在于:还包括润滑剂,且润滑一为矿物油、聚硅氧油、聚烷基苯、多元醇酯、聚伸烷基二醇、聚伸 烷基二醇酯、聚乙烯醚、聚(α-烯烃)中的一种多多种。
