Abstract
一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:制备基层,按水泥:骨料:水:减水剂的质量比为1:(4~5):(0.25~0.45):(0~0.2)均匀搅拌后压制而成;制备面层:按水泥:骨料:水:色粉:减水剂的质量比为1:(3~5):(0.25~0.45):(0~0.03):(0~0.2)均匀搅拌后压制而成;制备发光层:由透明树脂、长余辉光致发光材料、防沉剂、反光粉、光扩散剂、稀释剂、偶联剂配制而成,通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂覆于所述面层之上。本发明对水泥胶凝材料良好的封闭作用能较好解决目前普通水泥透水铺装材料易褪色,易返碱,夜间景观装饰效果不足等问题。

【技术领域】
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体是指一种发光透水铺装材料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着海绵城市建设的不断推进,透水铺装材料的应用越来越广泛。水泥透水铺装材料因其原材料来源广泛,施工简便,性能良好受到业主、施工方和市民的一致好评。水泥透水铺装材料为复合型现场浇筑产品,其基层为大粒径级配骨料和水泥等制备的素色混凝土,面层为小粒径级配骨料、水泥、色粉等制成的彩色混凝土。但是,目前普通水泥透水铺装材料应用过程中会出现如下缺点,急需进一步解决:1、透水铺装材料强度较低;2、表面粗糙,容易沾染灰尘堵塞孔隙;3、易泛碱,易褪色;4、夜间装饰性不足,无法提供夜间指引效果。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种发光透水铺装材料及其制备方法,对胶凝材料良好的封闭作用能较好解决目前普通水泥透水铺装材料易褪色,易返碱,夜间景观装饰效果不足等问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
制备基层:按水泥:骨料:水:-减水剂的质量比为1:(4~5):(0.25~0.45)(0~0.2)均匀搅拌后压制而成;其中所述骨料为4.75~9.5mm级配碎石;所述水泥为P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥;
制备面层:按水泥:骨料:水:色粉:减水剂的质量比为1:(3~5):(0.25~0.45):(0~0.03):(0~0.2)均匀搅拌后压制而成;其中所述骨料2.36~4.75mm级配碎石;所述水泥为P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥;
制备发光层:按透明树脂:长余辉光致发光材料:防沉剂:反光粉:光扩散剂:稀释剂:偶联剂的质量比为1:(10~40):(0~5):(0~20):(0~0.5):(0~8):(0~0.1)配制而成,通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂覆于所述面层之上。
进一步地,所述透明树脂为聚氨酯胶黏剂;所述聚氨酯胶黏剂为单组份潮气固化型聚氨酯、催化固化型聚氨酯、羟基固化型聚氨酯或无溶剂聚氨酯之一或其任意组合。
进一步地,所述长余辉光致发光材料为硅酸盐体系、铝酸盐体系、硫化物体系的一种或其组合。
进一步地,所述防沉剂为气相SiO2、有机膨润土、蓖麻油衍生物的一种或其任意组合。
进一步地,所述反光粉为100目~500目高折射率玻璃微珠。
进一步地,所述光扩散剂为0.002~0.004mm雪白色球型微粉,有机硅型、亚克力型、苯乙烯型、丙烯酸树脂型的一种或其任意组合。
进一步地,所述稀释剂为丙酮、无水乙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、苯甲醇的一种或其组合。
进一步地,所述偶联剂为铬络合物偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种或其组合。
进一步地,所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂、木质素磺酸钠盐减水剂、萘系高效减水剂、脂肪族高效减水剂、氨基高效减水剂中的一种或其组合。
本发明的优点在于:长余辉光致发光材料是一种白天吸收可见光、紫外线等能量并将其储存起来,夜晚再将能量慢慢释放,发光时长可达8小时之久的新型功能材料。本发明采用特殊技术将此类长余辉光致发光材料均匀分散于透明树脂中,再将其刷涂或喷涂在水泥透水铺装材料表面,制备一种不连续的透明发光膜,其对胶凝材料良好的封闭作用能较好解决目前普通水泥透水铺装材料易褪色,易返碱,夜间景观装饰效果不足等问题。
【具体实施方式】
实施例一:
基层:P·O 42.5水泥100份,碎石骨料(4.75mm~9.5mm)450份,水30份,,萘系高效减水剂2份。将水泥混合料搅拌均匀后进行铺筑、插捣和抹平。
面层:P·O 42.5水泥100份,碎石骨料(2.36-4.75mm)360份,水36份,氧化铁红1份,萘系高效减水剂0.2份。将水泥混合料搅拌均匀后在基层上进行铺筑、插捣和抹平,7天标准养护。
发光层:单组份潮气固化聚氨酯100份,300目黄绿色Sr3(BO3)2:Mn2+20份,气相SiO23份,玻璃微珠10份,PC光扩散剂LD-105 0.02份,二甲苯3份,硅烷偶联剂0.02份,经混合搅拌3min至均匀,使用下壶式W77喷枪进行喷涂,喷枪距离工作表面保持约20厘米,气压控制在0.3MPa,雾化开到最大,喷涂一遍。发光透水铺装材料夜间发出明亮的黄绿色荧光,初始亮度为15mcd/m2,8小时后为0.32mcd/m2,且透水效果优良。
测试其性能指标与普通透水铺装材料的对比情况:
实施例二:
基层:P·O 42.5水泥100份,碎石骨料(4.75mm~9.5mm)430份,水25份,聚羧酸减水剂5份。将水泥混合料搅拌均匀后进行铺筑、插捣和抹平。
面层:P·O 42.5水泥100份,碎石骨料(2.36-4.75mm)350份,水36份,氧化铬绿1份,聚羧酸减水剂0.2份。将水泥混合料搅拌均匀后在基层上进行铺筑、插捣和抹平,7天标准养护。
发光层:双组份羟基固化型聚氨酯树脂100份,200目蓝色SrAl6O11:Eu2+,Dy2+25份,有机膨润土2份,玻璃微珠5份,光扩散剂XB-1500.1份,甲苯5份,硅烷偶联剂0.03份,将以上组分混合均匀后,采用小刷子进行刷涂,刷涂厚度为0.2mm。发光透水铺装材料夜间发出明亮的蓝色荧光,初始亮度为13mcd/m2,8小时后为0.31mcd/m2,且透水效果优良。
测试其性能指标与普通透水铺装材料的对比情况:
实施例三:
基层:P·O 42.5水泥100份,碎石骨料(4.75mm~9.5mm)430份,水39份,氨基高效减水剂2份。将水泥混合料搅拌均匀后进行铺筑、插捣和抹平。
面层:白水泥100份,碎石骨料(2.36-4.75mm)350份,水36份,氨基高效减水剂0.3份。将水泥混合料搅拌均匀后在基层上进行铺筑、插捣和抹平,7天标准养护。
发光层:无溶剂聚氨酯100份,200目CaSrS:Eu2+,Dy3+粉红色夜光粉15份,气相SiO22份,玻璃微珠15份,光扩散剂HY-690A0.2份,醋酸丁酯3份,硅烷偶联剂0.05份,经混合搅拌3min至均匀,使用上壶式W77喷枪进行喷涂,喷枪距离工作表面保持约20厘米,气压控制在0.3MPa,雾化开到最大,喷涂两遍。发光透水铺装材料夜间发出明亮的粉红色荧光,初始亮度为10mcd/m2,8小时后为0.28mcd/m2,且透水效果优良。

制备基层:按水泥:骨料:水:减水剂的质量比为1:(4~5):(0.25~0.45):(0~0.2)均匀搅拌后压制而成;其中所述骨料为4.75~9.5mm级配碎石;所述水泥为P·O42.5水泥;
制备面层:按水泥:骨料:水:色粉:减水剂的质量比为1:(3~5):(0.25~0.45):-(0~0.03):(0~0.2)均匀搅拌后压制而成;其中所述骨料为20~40目石英砂;所述水泥为P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥;
制备发光层:按透明树脂:长余辉光致发光材料:防沉剂:反光粉:光扩散剂:稀释剂:偶联剂的质量比为1:(10~40):(0~5):(0~20):(0~0.5):(0~8):(0~0.1)配制而成,通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂覆于所述面层之上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述透明树脂为聚氨酯胶黏剂;所述聚氨酯胶黏剂为单组份潮气固化型聚氨酯、催化固化型聚氨酯、羟基固化型聚氨酯或无溶剂聚氨酯之一或其任意组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述长余辉光致发光材料为硅酸盐体系、铝酸盐体系、硫化物体系的一种或其组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为气相SiO2、有机膨润土、蓖麻油衍生物的一种或其任意组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述反光粉为100目~500目高折射率玻璃微珠。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种发光透水铺装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述光扩散剂为0.002~0.004mm雪白色球型微粉,有机硅型、亚克力型、苯乙烯型、丙烯酸树脂型的一种或其任意组合。
