技术领域
本发明涉及过滤设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型空气过滤结构。
背景技术
目前市场上生产的空气净化器以及新风***都是采用活性炭结合HEPA吸附和过滤的原理来进行空气的过滤及净化。然而这些净化原理均存在一定的缺点。例如,HEPA过滤网,只有粉尘0.25以上微米才有卓越的集尘效果过滤粉尘。同时因为吸附过滤的量有限,所以要频繁的更换,如果更换不及时就会产生净化效果。活性炭充分利用活性炭微孔对粒径不同有害气体分子进行有效的吸附,在吸附的过程中,由于活性炭的面积有限,吸附饱和时候就无法再进行吸附。所以要及时频繁更换,不然就产生净化效果,所以存在活性炭的面积小,吸附功能有限的缺点。采用负离子、等离子所产生离子体具有一定的杀菌作用,产生的数量有限。而且净化器的空气流通快无法全面杀害有害物质,所以无法达到空气全面净化结果。
为了增强杀菌效果,现有技术中的设备中也有的采用加装负离子、等离子杀菌设备以及紫外线灭菌设备等来提高杀菌效果。虽然上述两种设备可以一定程度上提高杀菌效果,但是上述两种设备也同样存在一些不足。例如,采用负离子、等离子所产生离子体具有一定的杀菌作用,产生的数量有限。而且净化器的空气流通快无法全面杀害有害物质,所以无法达到空气全面净化结果。紫外线杀菌是物质运行的一种特殊新式不连接的粒子流,每一粒波长253.7nm紫外线光子具有4.9ev的能量。当紫外线照射到微生物时,便发生能力的传递与积累,积累到3600-6500uw/cm剂量时,对细菌病毒(DNA)及(RNA)进行破坏,进而消灭细菌病毒效果。但是由于净化器风的流速快,无法达到让细菌、病毒及时消灭的效果。

蜂窝陶瓷过滤网,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网紧密安装于所述滤网安装孔内;
第二筒体,所述第二筒体下部开放并套装于所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网外侧与其紧密相连;所述第二筒体上部设置有风机以及出风口;
所述第二筒体内由所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网至所述风机之间,依次设置有平层布满的水过滤层、第一过滤层以及HEPA过滤网层;所述第一过滤层与HEPA过滤网层之间交错设置有多层挡板;
其中,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网、水过滤层以及第一过滤层各自内部均分散有生物酶。
优选的:所述第一过滤层为陶瓷过滤网层或活性炭过滤网层。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本申请提供的新型空气过滤结构,所使用的生物酶,是一种无毒、对环境友好的生物催化剂,其化学本质为蛋白质。酶的生产和应用,在国际上已具有80多年历史,进入20世纪80年代,生物工程作为一门新兴高新术在中国得到了迅速发展,酶的制造和应用领域逐渐扩大,酶在纺织工业中由过去主要用于棉织物的退浆和蚕丝的脱胶,至现在在纺织染整的各领域的广泛应用。生物酶是具有催化功能的蛋白质。象其他蛋白质一样,酶分子由氨基酸长链组成。其中一部分链成螺旋状,一部分成折叠的薄片结构,而这两部分由不折叠的氨基酸链连接起来,而使整个酶分子成为特定的三维结构。生物酶是从生物体中产生的,它具有特殊的催化功能,其特性如下:高效性:用酶作催化剂,酶的催化效率是一般无机催化剂的10^7—10^13倍。
实施例
参见图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种新型空气过滤结构,如图1所示,该结构包括第一筒体1,所述第一筒体1具有通过内壳以及外壳形成的密闭的空腔结构;所述内壳底部开设有滤网安装孔,所述外壳侧面开设有进风口,所述进风口2处设置有初效过滤网3;
蜂窝陶瓷过滤网4,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网4紧密安装于所述滤网安装孔内;具体选择该陶瓷过滤网时,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网可以为均具有蜂窝结构的氧化铝过滤网、碳化硅过滤网、氧化锆过滤网、泡沫镍过滤网、泡沫钛过滤网中的任意一种。具体选择时可以根据现场应用时的需要选择上述五种陶瓷网中的任意一种,均匀分散生物酶后即可使用。
第二筒体5,所述第二筒体5下部开放并套装于所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网4外侧与其紧密相连;所述第二筒体5上部设置有风机6以及出风口7;
所述第二筒体5内由所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网4至所述风机6之间,依次设置有平层布满的水过滤层8、第一过滤层9以及HEPA过滤网层10;所述第一过滤层9与HEPA过滤网层10之间交错设置有多层挡板11;该交错结构可以形成气流通道,通过该通道引导气流的流动方向,可以加长流动距离,使气流在该第二筒体内停留更长时间。为了防止水过滤层的水由该进风口溢出,本申请实施例还可以提供所述进风口最低处距离所述外壳底部距离大于所述水过滤层上表面距离所述外壳底部距离。该水过滤层位于蜂窝陶瓷过滤网上部可以保证气流进入该水过滤层时产生的噪音大大降低。
其中,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网4、水过滤层8以及第一过滤层9各自内部均分散有生物酶。在实际应用中,所述第一过滤层9可以为陶瓷过滤网层或活性炭过滤网层。进一步的,所述挡板11可以为采用分散有生物酶的陶瓷过滤网或活性炭过滤网制作而成。这样该挡板在起到形成气流通道的同时还可以进一步辅助对空气进行净化。该结构还可以与其他空气过滤用杀菌设备配合使用,具体的,所述第二筒体内部还安装有负离子发生器和/等离子发生器。进一步的,所述第二筒体内部还安装有紫外线杀菌组件。
总之,本申请提供的新型空气过滤结构,通过现代生物技术与环境科学技术,将环保生物制剂,主要成分生物酶优化复合精制而成。生物酶具有强效的祛味、除臭、抗菌功能,用现代技术将生物酶结合在HEPA、陶瓷过滤网及活性炭过滤网里,能够快速分解各种场所因物料中产生各种异味及甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、霾等有害气体,具有强效的抑菌祛味和空气清新作用。添加的蜂窝陶瓷过滤网结合生物酶过滤层,更有效的对空气有机污染物进行催化,让空气更加清新。生物酶是一种环境友好型,对环境不产生第二次污染,效果快速长效,使用过程安全。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型空气过滤结构,其特征在于,包括:
第一筒体,所述第一筒体具有通过内壳以及外壳形成的密闭的空腔结构;所述内壳底部开设有滤网安装孔,所述外壳侧面开设有进风口,所述进风口处设置有初效过滤网;
蜂窝陶瓷过滤网,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网紧密安装于所述滤网安装孔内;
第二筒体,所述第二筒体下部开放并套装于所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网外侧与其紧密相连;所述第二筒体上部设置有风机以及出风口;
所述第二筒体内由所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网至所述风机之间,依次设置有平层布满的水过滤层、第一过滤层以及HEPA过滤网层;所述第一过滤层与HEPA过滤网层之间交错设置有多层挡板;
其中,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网、水过滤层以及第一过滤层各自内部均分散有生物酶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述第一过滤层为陶瓷过滤网层或活性炭过滤网层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述挡板为采用分散有生物酶的陶瓷过滤网或活性炭过滤网制作而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述蜂窝陶瓷过滤网为均具有蜂窝结构的氧化铝过滤网、碳化硅过滤网、氧化锆过滤网、泡沫镍过滤网、泡沫钛过滤网中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述进风口最低处距离所述外壳底部距离大于所述水过滤层上表面距离所述外壳底部距离。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的结构,其特征在于,所述第二筒体内部还安装有负离子发生器和/等离子发生器。
7.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的结构,其特征在于,所述第二筒体内部还安装有紫外线杀菌组件。
