随着全球工业化的发展,人口不断增加,环境空气污染日益加重。空气中的尘埃、细菌、异味及有害气体对人体健康有直接影响,特别是室内空气质量日益受到人们的关注。医院室内空气质量的好坏,直接影响医务人员、患者的健康。医院人口密集,室内滋生和残留的病毒、细菌容易引起二次污染和感染,预防和控制医院室内空气的质量具有重要意义。目前,医院内使用的杀菌空气净化器大部分都是采用药物消毒、紫外灯杀菌、物理过滤空气净化的方法。然而,这类产品存在不足之处:药物消毒无法杀死抗药性的病菌,含有污染物的废液排入自然环境形成二次污染,维护成本较高;紫外灯杀菌限定在无人的环境中使用,紫外线泄露会造成皮肤辐射伤害;物理过滤空气净化通过滤芯吸附空气中的颗粒物和病菌,是一个不可逆的物理过程,价格昂贵的滤芯属于消耗品需要定期更换,否则会增加用户遭受病毒体、超微混和物危害的风险。随着空气净化器产业的发展,基于静电集尘原理的空气净化器可以实现无耗材除尘、杀菌。然而,其核心净化部件需要自行清洁,维护过程困难。因此,需要一种无耗材、免维护的医用杀菌空气净化器。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种无耗材、免维护的医用杀菌空气净化器,其核心功能部件是空气杀菌净化舱,在空气杀菌净化舱内空气依次经过静电集尘层、紫外杀菌层和臭氧杀菌层。静电集尘层的阴阳集尘板间施加高压静电场可以将空气中的颗粒物电离,有效吸附直径在0.01um~50um的PM2.5、PM10、烟雾和花粉等颗粒物,同时杀灭空气中白色葡萄球菌、金色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等病菌。室内空气流经静电集尘装置净化、杀菌后,再由输出波长为247.5nm的C波段紫外线辅助杀菌。最后,室内空气流入臭氧杀菌层,利用静电集尘层工作中合成的强氧化性臭氧气体破坏和分解细菌的细胞壁和细胞内酶,从而达到瞬间杀菌的作用。同时,臭氧能将室内空气中对人体有害的有机物、致癌物甲醛等气体氧化分解成无害的CO2、O2、H2O。在静电集尘层上方设计了自动清洁***,当静电集尘层上附着大量颗粒物导致空气净化、杀菌效率降低时,***自动以喷淋的方式对静电集尘层进行清洁,清洁完毕后在高风速模式下快速风干,实现空气净化、杀菌功能无耗材、免维护使用。
具体设计方案:一种无耗材、免维护的医用杀菌空气净化器,包括:电气控制***、杀菌净化舱、风道***、清洁***、壳体及骨架。
电气控制***包括:开关电源、PM2.5传感器、温湿度传感器、嵌入式处理器、显示器、隔离控制器、控制***印制板,各器件通过电信号与控制***印制板电气连接。嵌入式处理器的信号输入引脚与PM2.5传感器、温湿度传感器通过电信号电气连接,嵌入式处理器的信号输出引脚与隔离控制器的输入引脚通过电信号电气连接;嵌入式处理器的通讯引脚与显示器的通讯引脚通过电信号电气连接;开关电源的输入引脚与220V/50Hz家用交流电通过电信号电气连接,开关电源的输出引脚与嵌入式处理器的电源输入引脚通过电信号电气连接,并通过隔离控制器的输出引脚与杀菌净化舱、风道***和清洁***电气连接。

风道***包括:初级过滤层、杀菌净化层、甲醛过滤层、离心风机、洁净空气层,各层级之间通过螺纹紧固的方式与壳体及骨架机械连接,离心风机通过电信号与电气控制***电气连接。风道***的离心风机加速室内空气流动,空气依次通过初级过滤层预过滤大颗粒物,经杀菌净化层杀灭细菌并净化空气,经甲醛过滤层滤除甲醛气体,最终经洁净空气层排出净化后的气体。离心风机的电源输入引脚与电气控制***中的开关电源的输入引脚通过电信号电气连接,离心风机调速输入引脚通过电气控制***中隔离控制器输出引脚与开关电源的输出引脚电气连接。
清洁***包括:净水箱体、高压水泵、水路管道、喷淋装置、污水收集箱,各器件以固定的方式与外壳及骨架机械连接,高压水泵通过电信号与电气控制***电气连接。净水箱体经水路管道与高压水泵的入水口机械连接,抽水水泵的出水口经排水管路与喷淋装置机械连接。抽水水泵的电源输入引脚通过电气控制***中隔离控制器输出引脚与开关电源的输出引脚电气连接。污水收集箱位于壳体及骨架中骨架的底部,收集由喷淋装置喷出的流经杀菌净化舱的污水。
壳体及骨架包括:脚轮、支撑骨架和外壳壳体。支撑骨架以支撑和固定的方式与脚轮、电气控制***、杀菌净化舱、清洁***机械连接,外壳壳体以固定的方式与风道***机械连接,外壳壳体以螺纹紧固的方式与支撑骨架机械连接。
壳体和骨架中的支撑骨架和外壳壳体通过螺纹紧固的方式机械连接,构成了医用杀菌空气净化器的本体结构。支撑骨架与脚轮、电气控制***、杀菌净化舱、清洁***机械连接,对各部分起支撑和固定的作用;外壳壳体与风道***机械连接,搭建了空气杀菌净化流通的风道。电气控制***中的隔离控制器输出引脚通过电信号与杀菌净化舱中的静电集尘层和紫外杀菌层、与清洁***中的高压水泵、与风道***中的离心风机电气连接,控制医用杀菌空气净化器开启闭净化、杀菌、清洁功能,调节空气流动速度。
本发明的优点在于:医用杀菌空气净化器通过电气控制***中的传感器采集室内空气质量情况,智能开启杀菌和净化功能;采用静电集尘层进行空气净化,并配置静电集尘层自动清洁功能,实现无耗材、免维护的医用杀菌空气净化,免除用户耗材更换和清洁维护成本。

具体实施方式
一种无耗材、免维护的医用杀菌空气净化器,包括:电气控制***1、杀菌净化舱2、风道***3、清洁***4、壳体及骨架5;
壳体和骨架5以支撑和固定的方式与电气控制***1、杀菌净化舱2、风道***3、清洁***4机械连接,组成了医用杀菌空气净化器的机械本体结构。电气控制***1通过电信号与杀菌净化舱2、风道***3、清洁***4电气连接,控制杀菌净化舱2、风道***3启动空气杀菌、净化功能,调节空气流动速度,控制清洁***4、风道***3启动自动清洁功能,构成了医用杀菌空气净化器的电气控制网络。
医用杀菌空气净化器以支撑骨架28、外壳壳体29、半封闭舱体外壳13、控制***印制板12为主体结构,对其它部分部件起支撑和固定作用。脚轮27以螺纹紧固的方式与支撑骨架28机械连接,便于机器的移动。在整体机构上,风道***3采用自下而上的流体设计,完成空气循环流动杀菌净化,具体实施方式为:室内空气经过医用杀菌空气净化器后以无菌、洁净的气体排入室内。室内空气在离心风机20的带动下流动速度加快,首先经过初级过滤层17滤除空气中毛发、絮状物等大颗粒物;之后经过杀菌净化层18,气体首先进入杀菌净化舱2的静电集尘层14,直径在0.01um~50um的颗粒物、病菌和粉尘被吸附和灭除,然后进入紫外杀菌层15,在247.5nm波段紫外灯的照射下,辅助杀灭残余病菌,然后进入臭氧杀菌层16,在强氧化性臭氧气体的作用下,细菌被瞬间杀灭,有害有机物气体被还原成CO2和H2O等;之后流经甲醛过滤层19,气体中的甲醛、挥发性有机物成分被滤除;最后经过洁净空气层21,以无菌、洁净的空气排入室内,实现了室内空气杀菌净化。清洁***4的结构设计中,净水箱体22与外壳壳体29以卡扣的方式机械连接,便于启动自动清洁功能前倒入净水;高压水泵23位于支撑骨架28底端,以螺纹紧固的方式机械连接,高压水泵28的入水口与净水箱体22的出水口用***式气动快接接头机械连接,高压水泵28出水口与与喷淋装置25的入水口通过水路管道24用***式气动快接接头机械连接;污水收集箱26位于杀菌净化舱2下方,以抽拉式机械连接的方式固定在外壳壳体29上。清洁***4的具体实施方式为:净水箱体22中倒入用于清洗的净水,***启动清洁程序后,高压水泵会从净水箱体22中抽水并通过水路管道24送至喷淋装置25的出水口,以喷淋的方式对静电集尘层14进行清洗,清洗后的污水在半封闭舱体外壳13的限制下全部流入污水收集箱26。清洗完毕后,在电气控制***1的作用下,控制离心风机20高速运转,对杀菌净化舱2进行风干,风干完毕后***自动关机,等待用户开机使用。
医用杀菌空气净化器电气控制网络包括电气控制***1中的开关电源6、PM2.5传感器7、温湿度传感器8、嵌入式处理器9、显示器10、隔离控制器11以及控制实体杀菌净化舱2中的静电集尘层14、紫外杀菌层15,风道***3中的离心风机20和清洁***4中的高压水泵23,各部件通过电信号电气连接。开关电源为电气控制网络的供电输出单元,输入引脚通过电信号与220V/50Hz家用交流电电气连接,输出引脚与嵌入式处理器9的电源引脚通过电信号电气连接。嵌入式处理器9为电气控制网络的核心控制中枢,信号输入引脚通过电信号与PM2.5传感器7、温湿度传感器8电气连接,接收传感器采集到的室内空气参数并在内部进行转换、存储和传输;显示器10的通讯引脚通过电信号与嵌入式处理器9的通讯引脚电气连接,接收嵌入处理器9输出的室内空气参数并显示,同时接收外界的控制信号并输入给嵌入式处理器9进行转换和控制;嵌入式处理器9的信号输出引脚与隔离控制器11的输入引脚通过电信号电气连接,隔离控制器11输出引脚的公共端与开关电源6的输出端通过电信号电气连接,隔离控制器11输出引脚的控制端与杀菌净化舱2的静电集尘层14、紫外杀菌层15通过电信号电气连接,与风道***3的离心风机20通过电信号电气连接,与清洁***4的高压水泵23通过电信号电气连接。
医用杀菌空气净化器开关电源6接入电源启动后,嵌入式处理器9接收PM2.5传感器7、温湿度传感器8采集到的室内空气参数并在内部进行转换、运算、存储后输出给显示器10对外显示室内空气参数值。嵌入式处理器9的存储芯片中预设了优质空气参数值,通过将传感器采集到的室内空气参数与优质空气参数对比,当室内空气参数优于预设的优质空气参数时,嵌入式处理器9对隔离控制器11不输出电信号,隔离控制器11输出引脚的公共端与控制端断开,***不启动杀菌、净化、清洁功能;当室内空气参数劣于预设的优质空气参数时,嵌入式处理器9输出控制信号给隔离控制器11的输入引脚,隔离控制器11输出引脚的公共端与控制端连接,开关电源的输出引脚对杀菌净化舱2的静电集尘层14、紫外杀菌层15以及风道***3的离心风机20上电,***启动杀菌、净化功能,离心风机20上电后室内空气流动加速。当***需要清洁时,首先将清洁***4中的净水箱体22倒满净水并确保污水收集箱26中无存水,显示器10接收外界输入的清洁信号并输入给嵌入式处理器9,嵌入式处理器9输出控制信号给隔离控制器11,首先断开静电集尘层14、紫外杀菌层15、离心风机20与开关电源6的电气连接,随后高压水泵23接通开关电源6,高压水泵23从净水箱体22中抽水,并经水路管道24输送到喷淋装置25,以喷淋的方式对静电集尘层14进行清洗,污水在半封闭舱体外壳13的限制下全部流入污水收集箱26。清洗完毕后在嵌入式处理器9的控制下,断开高压水泵23与开关电源6的电气连接,随后接通离心风机20与开关电源6的电气连接,离心风机20加速空气流动对杀菌净化舱2进行风干,风干完毕后***自动关机,等待用户开机使用。

1.一种医用杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,包括:电气控制***、杀菌净化舱、风道***、清洁***、壳体及骨架;
电气控制***包括:开关电源、PM2.5传感器、温湿度传感器、嵌入式处理器、显示器、隔离控制器、控制***印制板,各器件通过电信号与控制***印制板电气连接;嵌入式处理器的信号输入引脚与PM2.5传感器、温湿度传感器通过电信号电气连接,嵌入式处理器的信号输出引脚与隔离控制器的输入引脚通过电信号电气连接;嵌入式处理器的通讯引脚与显示器的通讯引脚通过电信号电气连接;开关电源的输入引脚与220V/50Hz家用交流电通过电信号电气连接,开关电源的输出引脚与嵌入式处理器的电源输入引脚通过电信号电气连接,并通过隔离控制器的输出引脚与杀菌净化舱、风道***和清洁***电气连接;
杀菌净化舱包括:半封闭舱体外壳、静电集尘层、紫外杀菌层、臭氧杀菌层,静电集尘层和紫外杀菌层与半封闭舱体外壳通过螺栓禁锢的方式机械连接,静电集尘层和紫外杀菌层通过电气控制***中的隔离控制器的输出引脚与开关电源的输出引脚电气连接;臭氧杀菌层位于半封闭舱体外壳内部,空间上形成臭氧杀菌层;
风道***包括:初级过滤层、杀菌净化层、甲醛过滤层、离心风机、洁净空气层,各层级之间通过螺纹紧固的方式与壳体及骨架机械连接,离心风机通过电信号与电气控制***电气连接;离心风机的电源输入引脚与电气控制***中的开关电源的输入引脚通过电信号电气连接,离心风机调速输入引脚通过电气控制***中隔离控制器输出引脚与开关电源的输出引脚电气连接;
清洁***包括:净水箱体、高压水泵、水路管道、喷淋装置、污水收集箱,各器件以固定的方式与外壳及骨架机械连接,高压水泵通过电信号与电气控制***电气连接;净水箱体经水路管道与高压水泵的入水口机械连接,抽水水泵的出水口经排水管路与喷淋装置机械连接;抽水水泵的电源输入引脚通过电气控制***中隔离控制器输出引脚与开关电源的输出引脚电气连接;污水收集箱位于壳体及骨架中骨架的底部;
壳体及骨架包括:脚轮、支撑骨架和外壳壳体;支撑骨架以支撑和固定的方式与脚轮、电气控制***、杀菌净化舱、清洁***机械连接,外壳壳体以固定的方式与风道***机械连接,外壳壳体以螺纹紧固的方式与支撑骨架机械连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,支撑骨架与脚轮、电气控制***、杀菌净化舱、清洁***机械连接,外壳壳体与风道***机械连接,电气控制***中的隔离控制器输出引脚通过电信号与杀菌净化舱中的静电集尘层和紫外杀菌层、与清洁***中的高压水泵、与风道***中的离心风机电气连接,控制医用杀菌空气净化器开启。
