在图2所例示的实施例中,膈膜组件28可以包括一对隔膜板52、54以及膈膜56。膈膜56可以由柔性材料构成,其可以如下文进一步讨论的那样包括织物层和两个聚合物层。在其它实施例中,膈膜56可以包括复合材料和/或能够提供液密密封的任何其它适当的材料。在该实施例中,膈膜56包括外部径向部分56a和内部径向部分56b。外部径向部分56a限定用于接收紧固件38的多个孔58,紧固件38将上壳体部件32和下壳体部件34的径向法兰部分32c、34c固定在一起。这样构造的话,径向法兰部分32c、34c将膈膜56的外部径向部分56a压缩。膈膜板52、54的中心孔71适于容纳阀杆22,以使阀杆22能够连接到膈膜组件28。
虽然到目前为止,致动器10已经被公开为包括将杆22连接到膈膜组件28的螺母48,但是替代实施例可以不需要螺母。例如,在一个替代实施例中,限定在上膈膜板52中的中心孔71可以包括内螺纹。中心孔71的内螺纹可以被设定尺寸并且构造成用于与杆22的螺纹端部部分22b螺纹地接合。这样构造的话,阀杆22的螺纹端部部分22b将被设置成与上膈膜板52的内螺纹直接螺纹地接合。将阀杆22的螺纹端部部分22b紧固到上膈膜板52将会把膈膜板的内部径向部分52b、54b拉到一起,例如如图2中所描绘的那样。在这样的实施例中,应当理解,固紧螺母50可以用于辅助将阀杆22和上膈膜板52固紧在一起,然而,通过使膈膜板52、54变形和压缩而内在地产生的力将在阀杆22的螺纹端部部分22b与中心孔71之间产生足够的摩擦,以防止阀杆22从上膈膜板52松开。
现在转到图3,例示了膈膜组件28的一个实施例。膈膜组件28包括膈膜56和膈膜板54。膈膜组件包括压力释放机构80。隔膜56由三层构成:顶层56x、中间层56y和底层56z。顶层56x和底层56z由诸如橡胶的弹性体制成。中间层56y由织物制成。在其它实施例中,层56x、56y、56z可以由已知用于形成膈膜的其它材料制成。中间层56y包括开口82。类似地,膈膜板54包括开口84。压力释放机构80包括中间层56y中的开口82和膈膜板54中的开口84。在优选实施例中,膈膜层56x、56y、56z通过围绕织物层56y模制层弹性体层56x和56z而形成,以形成一体的膈膜56。
开口82、84在膈膜组件56上形成局部弱化的区域。当开口82、84彼此对准时,上层56x和下层56z的材料不由中间层56y中的材料支撑或增强。结果,当过压情况发生时,这些区域将首先失效(并且在设计的压力极限)。在一个实施例中,局部弱化的区域将在高于正常操作压力但低于主要部件失效压力的压力下失效。通过使用开口82和84的几何形状以及过压情况下的织物扰动的量,***可以设计成在期望的压力下失效。当局部弱化的区域失效时,致动器将减压,允许阀塞返回到弹簧失效(或失效保护)位置,该位置可以是被打开的或被关闭的。
在图3的实施例中,开口82、84被例示为圆形。然而,在其它实施例中,开口82、84可以实际上呈现任何形状,例如三角形、正方形、矩形、楔形、弧形、多边形等。另外,在一些实施例中,膈膜56可以包括某种对准特征90,诸如视线或模制特征(如切口或凹陷),以辅助将中间层56y中的开口82与膈膜板54中的开口84对准。替代地,外壳中的不规则螺栓样式可以用于确保膈膜56的正确对准。
在其它实施例中,例如,如图4所示,多个开口82可以围绕中间层56y分布,从而使得至少一个开口82将(至少部分地)与隔膜板中的开口84对准。
在另外的实施例中,例如如图5所示,膈膜板54可以包括刺穿部件例如尖的突起部92,当达到最大压力时并且隔膜56被推入到开口84中足够远以接触穿刺部件时,刺穿部件将会刺穿底层56z和上层56x。
虽然图3的实施例例示了位于邻近隔膜56的底层56z的单个膈膜板54,但是其它实施例还可以包括具有类似的压力释放机构(例如开口)的第二隔膜板54,该压力释放机构与中间层56y中的开口82对准。在这样的实施例中可以消除弹性体层中的一层,使得膈膜56仅包括单个弹性体层56x和单个织物层56y。
本文公开的膈膜组件的任何实施例可以用于有利地提供集成的压力释放机构,以在过压情况下释放流体压力,从而防止对内部部件的损坏。
尽管本文根据本公开内容的教导描述了某些膈膜组件,但是本专利的覆盖范围不限于此。相反,虽然已经结合各种优选实施例示出和描述了本发明,但是显然的是,除了上面提到的那些之外,可以进行某些改变和修改。本专利覆盖了本公开内容的教导的所有实施例,其完全落入可允许的等同物的范围内。因此,意在保护本领域普通技术人员可能想到的所有变化和修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于控制调节器的膈膜组件,所述膈膜组件包括:
膈膜,所述膈膜包括弹性的上层、织物的中间层、弹性的下层,所述中间层包括开口;以及
膈膜板,所述膈膜板支撑所述膈膜,其中,
所述隔膜板包括与在所述隔膜的所述中间层中的开口对准的开口,从而使得所述上层和所述下层并不由所述中间层进行支撑或增强;并且
在所述隔膜的中间层中的所述开口和在所述隔膜板中的所述开口在所述隔膜组件上形成局部弱化区域,所述局部弱化区域形成压力释放机构,使得在过压情况发生时所述局部弱化区域首先失效。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膈膜组件,其特征在于,在所述中间层中的开口被所述上层和所述下层覆盖。
3.根据权利要求2所述的膈膜组件,其特征在于,在所述中间层中的开口是圆形的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膈膜组件,其特征在于,所述局部弱化区域由所述中间层中的多个开口和多个在所述隔膜板中的对齐的开口形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膈膜组件,其中,所述隔膜包括对准标志。
6.根据权利要求5所述的膈膜组件,其特征在于,所述对准标志是可视标记。
7.根据权利要求1所述的膈膜组件,其特征在于,所述隔膜板中的所述开口是圆形的。
8.根据权利要求5所述的膈膜组件,还包括在所述膈膜板上的对准标志。
9.一种控制调节器,包括:
阀主体,所述阀主体形成通过流体通路连接的流体入口和流体出口;
阀塞,所述阀塞设置在所述阀主体内,所述阀塞与阀座配合以控制通过所述阀主体的流体的流量;
致动器,所述致动器耦接到所述阀主体,所述致动器包括通过阀杆操作地连接到所述阀塞的膈膜组件,所述膈膜组件包括支撑所述膈膜的膈膜板,其中,
所述膈膜组件包括隔膜,所述膈膜包括弹性的上层、织物的中间层、弹性的下层,所述中间层包括开口,
所述隔膜板包括与在所述隔膜的所述中间层中的开口对准的开口从而使得所述上层和所述下层并不由所述中间层进行支撑或增强,并且
在所述隔膜的中间层中的所述开口和在所述隔膜板中的所述开口在所述隔膜组件上形成局部弱化区域,所述局部弱化区域形成压力释放机构,使得在过压情况发生时所述局部弱化区域首先失效。
10.根据权利要求9所述的控制调节器,还包括位于所述膈膜上的对准标志和在所述膈膜板上的对准标志。
