Background
At present, the construction of filling bedding materials for dam filling adopts the traditional construction process, the dump truck unloads materials, the bulldozer paves, after a large amount of manual assistance for leveling, the vibration roller repeatedly rolls; the construction process has the advantages that the paving thickness is not uniform, soil and stones are separated, the working surface is uneven, the rolling is difficult, and the quality is seriously influenced; but also causes a great deal of paving hot idle, discontinuous mechanical equipment work, uneven rolling, missing rolling or over rolling phenomena and serious waste of resources; the final quality is not yet able to meet the design requirements.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a dam bedding material spreading machine comprises a material collecting and conveying device connected to a device bracket, a power device, a walking device and a vibration compaction device; the material collecting device, the walking device and the vibration compacting device are all connected to the power device; the front part of the vibrating compaction device is also provided with a forming pre-pressing mechanism, and the forming pre-pressing mechanism is connected to the device bracket and is also connected with a material collecting and conveying device; the vibrating compaction device is of a bilateral symmetry structure and is connected to the device bracket through a connecting plate arranged at the upper part; the left side and the right side of the connecting plate are provided with expansion plates; the lower part of the connecting plate is connected with a vibrating compactor through a first hydraulic cylinder; the expansion plate is connected with the fixed side baffle and is vertical to the fixed side baffle; the fixed side baffle is connected with an adjustable side baffle with adjustable position; the adjustable side baffle is divided into an upper plate and a lower plate which are hinged with each other, the fixed side baffle is connected with the upper plate through a second hydraulic cylinder, and is connected with the lower plate through a third hydraulic cylinder; the device also comprises a forming prepressing device which is arranged at the front part of the vibration compacting device and is connected to the device bracket.
Further, a shock absorber is arranged between the first hydraulic cylinder and the vibrating compactor.
Furthermore, a fine adjuster used for adjusting the angle between the upper plate and the fixed side baffle is further arranged on the upper plate.
Further, the device also comprises a walking support device which is arranged at the rear part of the spreader and connected to the device bracket.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The invention can complete the processes of paving and rolling at the same time, save labor, save cost and save construction period;
(2) Compared with a manual-matched bulldozer, the invention is more uniform and flat, compact and consistent in rolling and good in construction quality;

When the device is used, materials are conveyed to the forming pre-pressing mechanism 4 through the material collecting and conveying device 1, the forming pre-pressing mechanism 4 finishes blanking and primary paving of the materials, and the bedding materials are paved to be in required width and thickness; when in use, the aperture of the screw machine blade in the existing forming prepressing mechanism 4 is adjusted to adapt to the actual engineering requirement; the left and right sides of the connecting plate 609 are provided with retractable plates 601 which can be retracted in the left and right directions so as to adapt to different paving widths; the adjustable side dam 603 can be folded and retracted by the second hydraulic cylinder 605 and the third hydraulic cylinder 610 when not in use; when in use, the angle of deployment is adjusted by the second and third hydraulic cylinders 605 and 610, and further adjusted within a small range by the fine actuator 604; paving work is completed through the adjustable side baffle 603, and vibration compaction work is completed through the vibration compactor 606; the invention reduces the manual paving procedure and completes the automatic paving and rolling work; compared with a bulldozer which is manually matched, the paving effect is better, and the rolling is dense and consistent; the process is continuous and effective, the paving cushion material is even and flat on the premise of ensuring the quality, and the rolling is dense, so that the design requirement is met.
After the equipment is finished, the equipment is used on a dam filling working surface of an Altash project in Xinjiang, so that the guarantee rate of the designed index value is greatly improved; the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the quality is ensured, the application is wide, the labor force is liberated, and the device is economical and practical; the one-time construction yield is improved, and the construction period is shortened, so that the construction cost is reduced, and the benefit is improved.
