本发明公开了一种可防油渍的面料,包括纱线和线芯,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:20‑55份;锦纶:15‑45份;腈纶:10‑30份;棉纤维:10‑10份,聚氨酯:10‑20份,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:锦纶:30份;腈纶:10份;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:40份;聚氨酯:20份;棉纤维:10份,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计(10‑20):(20‑20),所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计2:1,这种面料具有遇到油水不粘附,不渗透,并具有良好的透气透湿功能,并有优异的拒水,拒油功能,可以达到沾油而不浸,遇水而不渗的目的并保持面料的干净,整洁。

本发明涉及一种可防油渍的面料。
背景技术
纤维(Fiber):一般是指细而长的材料,纤维具有弹性模量大,塑性形变小,强度高等特点,有很高的结晶能力,分子量小,一般为几万。纤维经常用于纺织领域,一种常见的纺织材料。现在的纺织面料已高度体现出产品的新颖性、复杂性、多样化和功能化的特点,市场对高性能、高附加值、特殊功能的服装、服饰及家纺面料产生巨大需求,但是一般的纺织品不防油渍。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种可防油渍的面料,从而解决上述问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供了一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,包括纱线和线芯,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:20-55份;锦纶:15-45份;腈纶:10-30份;棉纤维:10-10份,聚氨酯:10-20份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:锦纶:30份;腈纶:10份;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:40份;聚氨酯:20份;棉纤维:10份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计(10-20):(20-20)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计2:1。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维的纤度为2-1旦,强力为1-2g/旦。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚氨酯的纤度为2-1旦,强力为2-3g/旦。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种可防油渍的面料,其中用到的聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维和聚氨酯等织物为原料,这种面料具有遇到油水不粘附,不渗透,并具有良好的透气透湿功能,并有优异的拒水,拒油功能,可以达到沾油而不浸,遇水而不渗的目的并保持面料的干净,整洁。

实施例1
本发明提供一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,包括纱线和线芯,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:20-55份;锦纶:15-45份;腈纶:10-30份;棉纤维:10-10份,聚氨酯:10-20份。
所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:锦纶:30份;腈纶:10份;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:40份;聚氨酯:20份;棉纤维:10份,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计(10-20):(20-20),所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计2:1,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维的纤度为2-1旦,强力为1-2g/旦,所述聚氨酯的纤度为2-1旦,强力为2-3g/旦。
实施例2:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计20kg:15kg。
实施例3:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计30kg:40kg。
实施例4:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计40kg:60kg。
实施例5:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计10kg:60kg。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:锦纶:30份;腈纶:10份;聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维:40份;聚氨酯:20份;棉纤维:10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计(10-20):(20-20)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维与聚氨酯的混合比例为按照重量份计2:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂纤维的纤度为2-1旦,强力为1-2g/旦。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防油渍的面料,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯的纤度为2-1旦,强力为2-3g/旦。
