一种酵素洗车液的配制方法
技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素洗车液配制方法。
背景技术
对于洗车频率,一般情况下,一周洗一次车最好,洗车不宜过频,频繁洗车,会加速漆面氧化。但如果遭遇了灰尘、泥泞、大雨等,车主应尽快对车辆进行清洗,而车辆长时间不洗,由于雨水、空气中的酸性成分,以及鸟粪、灰尘等有害物质的侵蚀和附着,会加速漆面的老化和损坏。漆面受损,还会使车体金属部分因失去保护而氧化,导致车轿较早损坏。另外,车辆长时间不洗,一些密封胶条得不到及时护理,也会老化失效,使密封性能劣化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种高效清洁,泡沫丰富,润滑上光,不伤车漆,不伤手,快速溶解污渍,洗车效率高的酵素洗车液配制方法。
本发明的酵素洗车液技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、α-生育酚乙酸酯、棘孢曲霉 、动物双歧杆菌、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、AES、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.5% 甘草酸二钾 1.6% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.9%
燕麦多肽 2.1% 聚季铵盐1.7% 红没药醇 1.3%
α-生育酚乙酸酯 1.5% 棘孢曲霉 0.8% 动物双歧杆菌 1.2%
益生菌群 1.3% 甲基乙基酯 0.7% 辛酰水杨酸 0.6%
AES 2% 海藻糖 1.6% 卡松2 1%
醇醚硫酸钠 1.5% 酵素 1.7% 醋酸 2%
柠檬香 1% 水73%
配制工艺
本发明酵素洗车液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物恒温32°C的水中搅拌195分钟,再加入燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、α-生育酚乙酸酯、棘孢曲霉 高速搅拌197分钟,并配以动物双歧杆菌、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、AES、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在35°C均质搅拌198分种,将容器恒温在30°C密封发酵31小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌200分钟,能快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,然后恒温在34°C容器内静置37小时即为成品。
有益效果:
泡沫丰富,润滑上光,不伤车漆,不伤手,快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,洗车时心情愉悦。
具体实施方式
本发明的酵素洗车液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,汉防己提取物 1.5%、甘草酸二钾 1.6%、纳豆发酵提取物 1.9%、燕麦多肽 2.1%、聚季铵盐1.7%、红没药醇 1.3%、α-生育酚乙酸酯 1.5%、棘孢曲霉 0.8%、动物双歧杆菌 1.2%、益生菌群 1.3%、甲基乙基酯0.7%、辛酰水杨酸 0.6%、AES 2%、海藻糖 1.6%、卡松2 1%、醇醚硫酸钠 1.5%、酵素 1.7%、醋酸 2%、柠檬香 1%、水73%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物恒温32°C的水中搅拌195分钟,再加入燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、α-生育酚乙酸酯、棘孢曲霉 高速搅拌197分钟,并配以动物双歧杆菌、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、AES、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在35°C均质搅拌198分种,将容器恒温在30°C密封发酵31小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌200分钟,能快速溶解污渍,洗车效率更高,然后恒温在34°C容器内静置37小时即为成品。
