本发明公开了一种粉煤灰砖制造方法,涉及建筑材料制造方法技术领域,包括以下步骤:1)取粉煤灰40‑50份、骨料30‑40份及生石灰10‑15份进行破碎得碎料;2)所述碎料加入水8‑10份进行拌合轮碾得浆料;3)所述浆料消化6~8小时后加入7‑10份赤泥和1‑1.5份硅胶粘接剂进行二次轮碾,放入砖模中使用压力位25~28MP压制得砖坯;4)所述砖坯送入室外常温条件下自然养护10~14天得粉煤灰砖。解决现有粉煤灰砖制造方法存在能耗大、污染重、工作环境恶劣的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料制造方法技术领域,尤其是一种粉煤灰砖制造方法。
背景技术
目前我国每年有大量的废弃粉煤灰,主要来源于电厂、矿区,近年粉煤灰只少量地用于肥料,更多的粉煤灰被废弃对环境造成了极大的破坏。一般传统建筑用砖块的制造方法分为烧结法和蒸压法。烧结法是以黏土压制成形后,须送入极高温砖窑中烧结砖坯,该方法在烧结过程中存在燃能消耗大、空气污染严重、工作环境恶劣的问题;蒸压法是将压制成形的砖坯送入蒸压釜中进行较长时间的养护,虽然对空气没有污染,但是蒸压养护过程中存在能源的消耗。
发明内容
本发明提供一种免烧结免蒸压粉煤灰砖的制造方法,它可以解决现有粉煤灰砖制造方法存在能耗大、污染重、工作环境恶劣的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案包括以下步骤:1)取粉煤灰40-50份、骨料30-40份及生石灰10-15份进行破碎得碎料;2)所述碎料加入水8-10份进行拌合轮碾得浆料;3)所述浆料消化6~8小时后加入7-10份赤泥和1-1.5份硅胶粘接剂进行二次轮碾,放入砖模中使用压力位25~28MP压制得砖坯;4)所述砖坯送入室外常温条件下自然养护10~14天得粉煤灰砖。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述步骤2)加入的水温为40~50℃,拌合轮碾时间为3~4小时。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、将砖坯放置在室外常温条件下自然养护得到粉煤灰砖,没有燃能和热能的消耗,不会对空气造成污染,改善了工作环境;2、将粉煤灰、骨料及生石灰进行破碎后再加入水有利于生石灰和水反应,轮碾拌合均匀,砖坯放置于室外常温时不会出现裂痕;3、加入赤泥和硅胶粘接剂到浆料中进行二次轮碾后压制成的砖坯免烧结免蒸压,通过自然养护即可得到粉煤灰砖。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
本发明粉煤灰砖制造方法,包括以下步骤:1)取粉煤灰40份、骨料30份及生石灰10份进行破碎得碎料;2)所述碎料加入温度为40℃的水10份进行拌合轮碾3小时得浆料,粉煤灰、骨料及生石灰进行破碎后再加入水有利于生石灰和水反应,所述浆料能更好的轮碾拌合,加入温度为40℃的水防止水温低和生石灰接触时反应过快,不利于拌合轮碾效果,拌合轮碾3小时有利于浆料的充分搅拌,在后续砖坯放置于室外常温养护时不易出现裂痕;3)所述浆料消化6小时后加入9份赤泥和1份硅胶粘接剂进行二次轮碾,放入砖模中使用压力位25MP压制得砖坯,加入赤泥和硅胶粘接剂到浆料中进行二次轮碾后压制成的砖坯,可实现免烧结免蒸压,通过自然养护即可;4)所述砖坯送入室外常温条件下自然养护10~14天得粉煤灰砖,因步骤2)中浆料得到充分搅拌,砖坯放置于室外常温自然养护时不会出现裂痕,养护结束后得到粉煤灰砖。
Claims (2)
1.一种粉煤灰砖制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)取粉煤灰40-50份、骨料30-40份及生石灰10-15份进行破碎得碎料;
2)所述碎料加入水8-10份进行拌合轮碾得浆料;
3)所述浆料消化6~8小时后加入7-10份赤泥和1-1.5份硅胶粘接剂进行二次轮碾,放入砖模中使用压力位25~28MP压制得砖坯;
4)所述砖坯送入室外常温条件下自然养护10~14天得粉煤灰砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉煤灰砖制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)加入的水温为40~50℃,拌合轮碾时间为3~4小时。
