技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种室内酵素空气清新剂配制方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的空气清新剂,实际上是掩盖了异味,并不能从根本上消除异味,所以释放到空气中,本身就是一种污染物质,而且他自身分解后,又产生危害物质,而且有的空气清新剂中,还有一些杂质,也是污染环境的物质,其中含有的成分,都是有机物,大多会引起过敏,对呼吸道也会产生一些强烈刺激,尤其是对于一些容易过敏的或者是过敏体质的人更是如此。空气清新剂中含有的芳香类物质,可以刺激人的神经***,影响儿童的生长发育等。欧共体消费者协会,通过调查发现,空气清新剂甚至可以诱发癌症等疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速分解空气中游离态有害物质,抑制并且长久破坏细菌生长环境,从而达到抑菌效果,彻底消除异味的室内酵素空气清新剂配制方法。
本发明的室内酵素空气清新剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、谷糠油、绿茶香精 、荷荷巴油、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、卡松2 、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌、玫瑰香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 0.5% 水溶橄榄油 1% 杜鹃花酸 0.9%
燕麦多肽 1.1% 聚季铵盐 0.8% 红没药醇 0.7%
谷糠油 0.6% 绿茶香精 0.3% 荷荷巴油 1.2%
益生菌群 2.2% 生育酚磷酸酯1.5% 辛酰水杨酸 1.7%
杜鹃花酸 1.6% 吡哆素 1.3% 卡松2 2%
L-泛酸钙 1.9% 毕赤酵母 2.5% 罗伊氏乳杆菌 1.3%
玫瑰香 2.3% 水74.6%
配制工艺
本发明室内酵素空气清新剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖拌入恒温33.9°C的水中搅拌293分钟,再加入水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、谷糠油、绿茶香精 、荷荷巴油、益生菌群高速搅拌287分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、卡松2 、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌恒温在30.9°C均质搅拌296分种,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵39.9小时,再加入玫瑰香高速搅拌292分钟,它能达到抑菌效果,彻底消除异味,然后恒温在35.9°C容器内静置45.9小时即为成品。

具体实施方式
