一种易清理客车散热器,包括:进水口、固定支架等,其特征在于:还包括软化树脂膜、净水盒、感温探头、控制器、蜂鸣器、卡扣,所述冷却水管一端设置有进水口,所述进水口上安装有净水盒,所述净水盒内安装有软化树脂膜,所述净水盒下方安装有固定支架,所述冷却水管内安装有感温探头,所述感温探头一侧连接有控制器,所述控制器一侧连接有蜂鸣器。本发明的感温探头能检测散热器内水温,在水温过低时触发控制器,蜂鸣器鸣音报警,避免水凝结膨胀损坏散热器;通过卡扣将防尘罩固定,替代了传统的一体式散热器,无需将散热器整体拆卸,节省人力与大量时间;在散热器内缺水时,软化树脂膜对注入冷却水进行软化,避免散热器内生成水垢。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种客车散热设备,尤其涉及一种易清理客车散热器。
背景技术
散热器的主要材质为铝质或铜质,通俗来说,散热器是一个热交换器,散热器作为汽车及大型公共客车内部的传热导热部件,对于汽车及大型公共客车来说起着很重要的作用,多数客车采用水冷散热器,在气候寒冷地区,客车若长时间不运行,易导致冷却水凝结膨胀,导致散热器损坏;散热器外罩需经常清理,否则表面堆积灰尘杂物易导致散热器无法正常散热,传统散热器拆卸十分困难,清理耗时过长;水冷散热器内多使用软水对其冷却降温,若使用硬水,十分容易生成水垢,导致散热器内流水不通畅,客车散热困难,但客车在行驶时无法携带过多软水,若散热器缺水,无法使用大量软水进行填充。
发明内容
根据以上技术问题,本发明提供一种易清理客车散热器,包括:进水口、固定支架、出水口、冷却水管、边板、翅片、隔板、防尘罩,其特征在于:还包括软化树脂膜、净水盒、感温探头、控制器、蜂鸣器、卡扣,所述冷却水管一端设置有进水口,所述进水口上安装有净水盒,所述净水盒内安装有软化树脂膜,所述净水盒下方安装有固定支架,所述冷却水管内安装有感温探头,所述感温探头一侧连接有控制器,所述控制器一侧连接有蜂鸣器,所述冷却水管一端设置有出水口,所述冷却水管一侧安装有翅片,所述冷却水管两侧安装有隔板,所述隔板两端安装有边板,所述隔板上方罩有防尘罩,所述防尘罩两侧安装有卡扣。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在原有的散热器上进行了改进,即:增加了软化树脂膜、净水盒、感温探头、控制器、蜂鸣器、卡扣,感温探头能检测散热器内水温,在水温过低时触发控制器,蜂鸣器鸣音报警,避免水温过低后冷却水凝结膨胀,导致散热器损坏;通过卡扣将防尘罩固定在散热器上,替代了传统的一体式散热器,在对防尘罩进行清理时,可将卡扣拆卸后取下防尘罩,无需将散热器整体拆卸,节省人力与大量时间;在散热器内缺水时,可通过净水盒直接向散热器内注水,软化树脂膜对注入冷却水进行软化,避免散热器内生成水垢。

实施例2
将散热器通过固定支架4安装在客车内,在散热器防尘罩14需清理表面时,将卡扣13拆下便可取下防尘罩14,便可对防尘罩14进行清理,无需对散热器整体拆卸,节省了大量时间和人力;在散热器内缺水时,可直接通过净水盒3注入冷却水,净水盒3内软化树脂膜2能有效降低水质硬度,避免散热器内形成水垢;在客车停止运行后,感温探头9能检测散热器内水温,在水温过低时触发控制器10,蜂鸣器11鸣音报警,避免冷却水凝固膨胀,损坏散热器。
