Abstract

本发明涉及净化***,尤其是涉及一种空气净化***。
背景技术
洁净室(Clean Room),亦称无尘车间、无尘室或清净室。洁净室的主要功能为室内污染控制,没有洁净室,污染敏感零件不可能批量生产。在FED-STD-2里面,洁净室被定义为具备空气过滤、分配、优化、构造材料和装置的房间,其中特定的规则的操作程序以控制空气悬浮微粒浓度,从而达到适当的微粒洁净度级别。洁净程度和控制污染的持续稳定性,是检验洁净室质量的核心标准。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述背景技术中的问题提供一种空气净化***。
本发明为进一步解决上述背景技术中的问题提供一种空气净化***,包括显示装置、控制装置、定时器、臭氧发生器、检测装置和排风装置,所述显示装置显示所述检测装置检测到的信号,所述控制装置控制所述臭氧发生器的启停,所述定时器控制所述控制装置,所述定时器在春夏季节时,每天22:00~5:00之间通过所述控制装置控制所述臭氧发生器工作,每间隔1h控制所述臭氧发生器工作0.5h,所述定时器控制所述控制装置,从而控制所述排风装置在每天7:00~8:00之间处于运行状态;所述定时器在秋冬季节时,每天24:00~6:00之间通过所述控制装置控制所述臭氧发生器工作,每间隔2h控制所述臭氧发生器工作1h,所述定时器控制所述控制装置,从而控制所述排风装置在每天6:30~8:00之间处于运行状态。
更进一步,所述检测装置包括风量检测装置、压差检测装置、温度检测装置和尘埃粒子检测装置。
更进一步,所述排风装置设置在房间的下部。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,一种空气净化***,检测装置5包括风量检测装置、压差检测装置、温度检测装置和尘埃粒子检测装置,检测装置5将检测到的信号传递给显示装置1,可以在显示装置1的屏幕上将信号显示出来,可以方便操作人员的观察,控制装置2控制臭氧发生器4的启停,控制装置2受定时器3的控制,定时器3在春夏季节时,每天22:00~5:00之间通过所述控制装置2控制臭氧发生器4工作,每间隔1h控制臭氧发生器4工作0.5h,定时器3控制控制装置2,从而控制排风装置6在每天7:00~8:00之间处于运行状态;定时器3在秋冬季节时,每天24:00~6:00之间通过控制装置2控制臭氧发生器4工作,每间隔2h控制臭氧发生器4工作1h,定时器3控制所述控制装置2,从而控制排风装置6在每天6:30~8:00之间处于运行状态,排风装置6安装在房间的下端,能够将房间中的臭氧清除干净。

1.一种空气净化***,其特征在于:包括显示装置(1)、控制装置(2)、定时器(3)、臭氧发生器(4)、检测装置(5)和排风装置(6),所述显示装置(1)显示所述检测装置(5)检测到的信号,所述控制装置(2)控制所述臭氧发生器(4)的启停,所述定时器(3)控制所述控制装置(2),所述定时器(3)在春夏季节时,每天22:00~5:00之间通过所述控制装置(2)控制所述臭氧发生器(4)工作,每间隔1h控制所述臭氧发生器(4)工作0.5h,所述定时器(3)控制所述控制装置(2),从而控制所述排风装置(6)在每天7:00~8:00之间处于运行状态;所述定时器(3)在秋冬季节时,每天24:00~6:00之间通过所述控制装置(2)控制所述臭氧发生器(4)工作,每间隔2h控制所述臭氧发生器(4)工作1h,所述定时器(3)控制所述控制装置(2),从而控制所述排风装置(6)在每天6:30~8:00之间处于运行状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化***,其特征在于:所述检测装置(5)包括风量检测装置、压差检测装置、温度检测装置和尘埃粒子检测装置。
