背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用 、商用、工业、楼宇,但是现有的空气净化器通常只具备净化作用,功能比较单一,不具备消毒功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种家用空气净化消毒装置,可以对室内空气进行进化和消毒,有效去除甲醛、苯和其他有害物质,环保安全,改善居住环境,进化和消毒效果好,操作简单,使用灵活方便。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种家用空气净化消毒装置,包括立方体结构的机箱,机箱包括设于顶壁的出风口、对称设于左右侧壁的进风口和水平隔设于内腔的隔板,进风口靠近左右侧壁底端设置,隔板上方与机箱内腔形成杀菌消毒室,隔板下方与机箱内腔形成过滤室;
所述过滤室与进风口相连通,过滤室内垂直设有一对初效滤网,初效滤网紧靠进风口设置;
所述杀菌消毒室与出风口相连通,杀菌消毒室底部中央设有风机,隔板中央贯穿设有与风机对应的风道,风道顶端连接至风机进风端,杀菌消毒室通过风道和风机与过滤室相连通,杀菌消毒室内腔水平隔设有两层杀菌消毒网,杀菌消毒网之间设有活性炭颗粒和光催化剂,杀菌消毒室位于风机正上方。
优选地,所述杀菌消毒室内壁还对称设有紫外杀菌灯,紫外杀菌灯位于杀菌消毒网上方。
优选地,所述杀菌消毒室顶壁设有空气质量检测装置,机箱外壁设有光带,光带包括至少三种不同的颜色。
优选地,所述出风口位于机箱顶面正中央,空气质量检测装置紧靠出风口设置,出风口为圆形,出风口上设有散流板。
优选地,所述散流板包括一个圆盘和多根散流板,圆盘设于出风口正中央,圆盘通过散流板与出风口连接,散流板自圆盘向出风口呈辐射状设置。
优选地,所述过滤室内还垂直设有一对高效滤网,高效滤网采用HEPA高效过滤材料,高效滤网位于初效滤网内侧并与初效滤网平行设置,初效滤网和高效滤网与过滤室活动连接。

优选地,所述进风口外侧设有罩板,罩板朝向过滤室的侧壁顶边和底边向外延伸出卡条,过滤室外壁嵌入设有与卡条相适应的卡槽,罩板通过卡条、卡槽的配合与机箱活动连接,罩板和进风口之间留有间隙。
优选地,所述机箱底面均匀设有四个万向轮,机箱左右侧壁对称设有一对提手,杀菌消毒室内腔还设有支架,风机通过支架与杀菌消毒室内壁连接。
本发明的有益效果:可以对室内空气进行进化和消毒,有效去除甲醛、苯和其他有害物质,环保安全,改善居住环境,进化和消毒效果好,操作简单,使用灵活方便,具体如下:
(1)、本发明设置进风口和出风口,在风机作用下,室内空气从机箱左右侧壁进入内腔,经过过滤和消毒,从顶部出风口重新排出至室内;设置隔板,将机箱内腔分成过滤室和杀菌消毒室,过滤室用于过滤空气中的灰尘和其他颗粒物质,杀菌消毒室用于进一步消灭空气中的细菌等有害物质,两者协调作用,有效进行空气净化和消毒;在两层杀菌消毒网之间设置活性炭颗粒和光催化剂,将空气中的细菌吸附和清除;
(2)、本发明设置紫外杀菌灯,用于进一步强化杀菌消毒作用,紫外线主要是通过对微生物(细菌、病毒、芽孢等病原体) 的辐射损伤和破坏核酸的功能使微生物致死,从而达到消毒的目的,紫外杀菌灯能净化空气,消除霉味,此外还能产生一定量的负氧离子,经紫外线消毒的房间,空气清新,还可避免一些病菌经空气传播或经物体表面传播;
(3)、本发明设置空气质量检测装置,用于监测空气质量,并通过光带直观表示出,告知使用者室内空气质量情况,提高使用的灵活性;
(4)、本发明设置散流板,一方面用于引导出风,另一方面用于防止外部物体意外经过出风口掉落至机箱内引发故障,提高使用的安全性和稳定性;
(5)、本发明设置高效滤网,与初效滤网相结合使用,提高空气过滤效率。初效滤网和高效滤网与过滤室活动连接,方便定期更换或者清洗,防止滤网堵塞,延长滤网使用寿命和提高稳定性;
(6)、本发明设置PLC控制器,用于控制风机、紫外杀菌灯、光带、空气质量检测装置和控制按钮,间接的调节风量和监测空气质量等,实现自动化操作;
(7)、本发明设置罩板,提高美观程度和用于在不使用时防尘。

参见图1和图2,进一步说,机箱1外壁设有PLC控制器4,机箱1顶部设有控制按钮41,风机31、紫外杀菌灯33、光带14、空气质量检测装置34和控制按钮41均通过导线连接至PLC控制器4。
设置PLC控制器4,用于控制风机31、紫外杀菌灯33、光带14、空气质量检测装置34和控制按钮41,间接的调节风量和监测空气质量等,实现自动化操作。
参见图1,进一步说,进风口21外侧设有罩板26,罩板26朝向过滤室2的侧壁顶边和底边向外延伸出卡条261,过滤室2外壁嵌入设有与卡条261相适应的卡槽262,罩板26通过卡条261、卡槽262的配合与机箱1活动连接,罩板26和进风口21之间留有间隙。
设置罩板26,提高美观程度和用于在不使用时防尘。
参见图1和图2,进一步说,机箱1底面均匀设有四个万向轮12,机箱1左右侧壁对称设有一对提手13,杀菌消毒室3内腔还设有支架32,风机31通过支架32与杀菌消毒室3内壁连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种家用空气净化消毒装置,包括立方体结构的机箱(1),其特征在于:所述机箱(1)包括设于顶壁的出风口(35)、对称设于左右侧壁的进风口(21)和水平隔设于内腔的隔板(11),所述进风口(21)靠近左右侧壁底端设置,隔板(11)上方与机箱(1)内腔形成杀菌消毒室(3),隔板(11)下方与机箱(1)内腔形成过滤室(2);
所述过滤室(2)与所述进风口(21)相连通,过滤室(2)内垂直设有一对初效滤网(23),初效滤网(23)紧靠所述进风口(21)设置;
所述杀菌消毒室(3)与所述出风口(35)相连通,所述杀菌消毒室(3)底部中央设有风机(31),所述隔板(11)中央贯穿设有与风机(31)对应的风道(111),风道(111)顶端连接至风机(31)进风端,所述杀菌消毒室(3)通过风道(111)和风机(31)与所述过滤室(2)相连通,杀菌消毒室(3)内腔水平隔设有两层杀菌消毒网(33),杀菌消毒网(33)之间设有活性炭颗粒和光催化剂,杀菌消毒室(3)位于风机(31)正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述杀菌消毒室(3)内壁还对称设有紫外杀菌灯(25),紫外杀菌灯(25)位于杀菌消毒网(33)上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述杀菌消毒室(3)顶壁设有空气质量检测装置(34),机箱(1)外壁设有光带(14),所述光带(14)包括至少三种不同的颜色。
4.根据权利要求3所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述出风口(35)位于所述机箱(1)顶面正中央,空气质量检测装置(34)紧靠所述出风口(35)设置,出风口(35)为圆形,出风口(35)上设有散流板(36)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述散流板(36)包括一个圆盘(361)和多根散流板(362),圆盘(361)设于出风口(35)正中央,圆盘(361)通过散流板(362)与出风口(35)连接,散流板(362)自所述圆盘(361)向所述出风口(35)呈辐射状设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述过滤室(2)内还垂直设有一对高效滤网(24),所述高效滤网(24)采用HEPA高效过滤材料,高效滤网(24)位于所述初效滤网(23)内侧并与初效滤网(23)平行设置,所述初效滤网(23)和高效滤网(24)与所述过滤室(2)活动连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述过滤室(2)内垂直设有四个滤网支架(22),所述初效滤网(23)和高效滤网(24)均卡合于滤网支架(22)内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述机箱(1)外壁设有PLC控制器(4),机箱(1)顶部设有控制按钮(41),所述风机(31)、紫外杀菌灯(25)、光带(14)、空气质量检测装置(34)和控制按钮(41)均通过导线连接至所述PLC控制器(4)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述进风口(21)外侧设有罩板(26),罩板(26)朝向所述过滤室(2)的侧壁顶边和底边向外延伸出卡条(261),所述过滤室(2)外壁嵌入设有与所述卡条(261)相适应的卡槽(262),罩板(26)通过卡条(261)、卡槽(262)的配合与所述机箱(1)活动连接,罩板(26)和所述进风口(21)之间留有间隙。
10.根据权利要求8所述的家用空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述机箱(1)底面均匀设有四个万向轮(12),所述机箱(1)左右侧壁对称设有一对提手(13),所述杀菌消毒室(3)内腔还设有支架(32),所述风机(31)通过支架(32)与杀菌消毒室(3)内壁连接。
