Abstract

本发明涉及一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液80‑90份、消光剂2‑4份、消泡剂0.5‑1.5份、手感剂0.5‑1.3份、固化剂4‑8份、耐刮剂0.1‑0.3份、流平剂0.3‑1.3份、水5‑10份、乳化剂0.5‑1.0份、超细滑石粉1.3‑1.8份。经过实验,使用本发明进行表面处理的PVC装饰膜具有优良的哑光性、抗刮性、柔性触感以及与其它装饰材料匹配性佳等优点,其抗刮性能用铅笔硬度表示,在500g重量下的硬度可达B级以上,其环保性能符合欧盟ROHS指令、REACH法规等要求;还符合软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材国家标准GB/T3830‑2008。

Description

一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂
技术领域
本发明属于高分子化合物技术领域,具体涉及一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂。
背景技术
普通的PVC装饰膜材料表面未经处理,表面的抗刮性能很差,难以抵抗加工过程中的磨损、刮擦,难以抵抗日常生活中的各种擦拭和轻微碰撞,易在产品表面留下永久的擦伤痕迹而影响美观,也间接的缩短了产品的使用年限。
现有技术中,为了升PVC装饰膜耐磨性,往往采用UV光油涂覆的方法,但是这种方法操作困难、加工难度大、成本高、对人体有一定危害,同时加工出的PVC膜具有高光属性,不符合装饰膜哑光的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液80-90份、消光剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1.5份、手感剂0.5-1.3份、固化剂4-8份、耐刮剂0.1-0.3份、流平剂0.3-1.3份、水5-10份、乳化剂0.5-1.0份、超细滑石粉1.3-1.8份;其使用方法,具体为如下步骤:
(1)将制备好的表面处理剂使用搅拌机搅拌均匀,80-100目过筛2次后,均匀涂覆于PVC装饰膜表面;
(2)涂覆后30-40秒,使用20-25℃冷风风干装饰膜后,二次涂覆,等待30-40秒后,能够防止风干过程中处理剂作用不均的问题,同时冷风风干能有效避免表面处理剂的挥发,使其与装饰膜充分反应,降低处理剂的使用量,同时减少了有毒物质的逸散,更加环保健康;
(3)二次涂覆后,等待20-30秒,再使用70-80℃热风风干,即完成处理;能使表面处理剂与装饰膜充分反应,达到彻底提升装饰膜耐磨性的效果,同时通过风干操作,缩短了现有技术中高温烘干的时间,提升了加工效率。
进一步的,所述手感剂,由哑光手感剂、超滑手感剂按质量比5-7:2-3混合后制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
使用本发明提供的使用方法处理PVC装饰膜,第一次涂覆时能够防止风干过程中处理剂作用不均的问题,同时冷风风干能有效避免表面处理剂的挥发,使其与装饰膜充分反应,降低处理剂的使用量,同时减少了有毒物质的逸散,更加环保健康;第二次涂覆时能使表面处理剂与装饰膜充分反应,达到彻底提升装饰膜耐磨性的效果,同时通过风干操作;两次涂覆相比于现有技术缩短了现有技术中高温烘干的时间,提升了加工效率。经过实验,使用本发明进行表面处理的PVC装饰膜具有优良的哑光性、抗刮性、柔性触感以及与其它装饰材料匹配性佳等优点,其抗刮性能用铅笔硬度表示,在500g重量下的硬度可达B级以上,其环保性能符合欧盟ROHS指令、REACH法规等要求;还符合软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材国家标准GB/T3830-2008;而使用UV光油加工出的PVC膜具有高光属性,不符合装饰膜哑光的需求。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液80份、消光剂2份、消泡剂0.5份、手感剂0.5份、固化剂4份、耐刮剂0.1份、流平剂0.3份、水5份、乳化剂0.5份、超细滑石粉1.3份;其使用方法,具体为如下步骤:
(1)将制备好的表面处理剂使用搅拌机搅拌均匀,80目过筛2次后,均匀涂覆于PVC装饰膜表面;
(2)涂覆后30秒,使用20-25℃冷风风干装饰膜后,二次涂覆,等待30秒后,能够防止风干过程中处理剂作用不均的问题,同时冷风风干能有效避免表面处理剂的挥发,使其与装饰膜充分反应,降低处理剂的使用量,同时减少了有毒物质的逸散,更加环保健康;

(1)将制备好的表面处理剂使用搅拌机搅拌均匀,100目过筛2次后,均匀涂覆于PVC装饰膜表面;
(2)涂覆后40秒,使用25℃冷风风干装饰膜后,二次涂覆,等待40秒后,能够防止风干过程中处理剂作用不均的问题,同时冷风风干能有效避免表面处理剂的挥发,使其与装饰膜充分反应,降低处理剂的使用量,同时减少了有毒物质的逸散,更加环保健康;
(3)二次涂覆后,等待30秒,再使用80℃热风风干,即完成处理;能使表面处理剂与装饰膜充分反应,达到彻底提升装饰膜耐磨性的效果,同时通过风干操作,缩短了现有技术中高温烘干的时间,提升了加工效率。
进一步的,所述手感剂,由哑光手感剂、超滑手感剂按质量比7:3混合后制得。
实施例3
一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液83份、消光剂3.4份、消泡剂1.1份、手感剂0.8份、固化剂6份、耐刮剂0.25份、流平剂0.6份、水8份、乳化剂0.7份、超细滑石粉1.5份;其使用方法,具体为如下步骤:
(1)将制备好的表面处理剂使用搅拌机搅拌均匀,100目过筛2次后,均匀涂覆于PVC装饰膜表面;
(2)涂覆后40秒,使用20℃冷风风干装饰膜后,二次涂覆,等待40秒后,能够防止风干过程中处理剂作用不均的问题,同时冷风风干能有效避免表面处理剂的挥发,使其与装饰膜充分反应,降低处理剂的使用量,同时减少了有毒物质的逸散,更加环保健康;

UV光油。
分别使用上述4种表面处理剂处理PVC装饰膜后,装饰膜的消光效果测定结果如表1,同时,经过本发明处理过的PVC装饰膜,其抗刮性能用铅笔硬度表示,在500g重量下的硬度可达B级以上,其环保性能符合欧盟ROHS指令、REACH法规等要求;还符合软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材国家标准GB/T3830-2008:

由实验可知,使用本发明进行表面处理的PVC装饰膜具有优良的哑光性、抗刮性、柔性触感以及与其它装饰材料匹配性佳等优点,而使用UV光油加工出的PVC膜具有高光属性,不符合装饰膜哑光的需求。

1.一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,其特征在于,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液80-90份、消光剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1.5份、手感剂0.5-1.3份、固化剂4-8份、耐刮剂0.1-0.3份、流平剂0.3-1.3份、水5-10份、乳化剂0.5-1.0份、超细滑石粉1.3-1.8份;其使用方法,具体为如下步骤:
(1)将制备好的表面处理剂使用搅拌机搅拌均匀,80-100目过筛2次后,均匀涂覆于PVC装饰膜表面;
(2)涂覆后30-40秒,使用20-25℃冷风风干装饰膜,二次涂覆;
(3)二次涂覆后,等待20-30秒,再使用70-80℃热风风干,即完成处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,其特征在于,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液82-85份、消光剂3.2-3.6份、消泡剂0.8-1.2份、手感剂0.6-1.1份、固化剂5-7份、耐刮剂0.22-0.28份、流平剂0.5-1.0份、水6-9份、乳化剂0.6-0.8份、超细滑石粉1.4-1.6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,其特征在于,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:水性聚氨酯乳液83份、消光剂3.4份、消泡剂1.1份、手感剂0.8份、固化剂6份、耐刮剂0.25份、流平剂0.6份、水8份、乳化剂0.7份、超细滑石粉1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述手感剂,由哑光手感剂、超滑手感剂按质量比5-7:2-3混合后制得。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种提升PVC装饰膜耐磨性的表面处理剂,其特征在于,其使用方法,具体为如下步骤:
(1)将制备好的表面处理剂使用搅拌机搅拌均匀,100目过筛2次后,均匀涂覆于PVC装饰膜表面;
(2)涂覆后40秒,使用20℃冷风风干装饰膜后,二次涂覆;
(3)二次涂覆后,等待30秒,再使用80℃热风风干,即完成处理。
