Abstract

一种用于金属管材拉拔减壁的长芯棒装置,属于金属管材冷拔技术领域。特征是:左、右两端分别制有加压孔和加油孔的芯轴套装在管状的芯棒外套内,制有中心孔的左、右端盖通过左、右螺钉组分别与芯棒外套左、右端连接,左、右端盖的中心孔分别与加压孔、加油孔连通,并与加压装置接口和加油装置接口连通,左端盖的外侧与拉拔头连接。优点是减少脱棒过程中对金属管材的端部和内、外表面的损伤;减轻大直径薄壁金属管减壁加工的芯棒重量;减少芯棒表面磨损,延长芯棒使用寿命;简化金属管内表面的润滑工艺,减少润滑剂消耗和环境污染。

一种用于金属管材冷拔减壁的长芯棒装置
技术领域
本发明属于金属管材冷拔技术领域,具体涉及一种用于金属管材冷拔减壁的长芯棒装置。
背景技术
目前,在金属管材减壁变形加工的生产过程中,采用的芯棒均为单层金属或多层金属构成的实心芯棒。主要形式有两种,一种是短芯棒,如图1所示,主要用于金属管材的冷轧与冷拔加工过程中。特征是:芯棒长度稍长于金属管材变形区的长度,在变形过程中,芯棒在变形区内有固定的位置,芯棒与金属管材之间存在相对运动。缺点是芯棒表面与金属管材接触表面润滑困难,会产生强烈的滑动摩擦,导致金属管材的内表面状态变坏,易于形成划伤、粘接等缺陷,使得变形加工过程的能量消耗增加,增大薄壁管拉拔减壁时的拉断率。另一种是长芯棒,主要用于金属管材热轧减壁延伸的加工过程中。特征是:芯棒长度大于或接近于金属管材的长度,在变形过程中,芯棒在变形区内是运动的,芯棒与金属管材之间可以存在、也可以不存在相对运动,即“浮动芯棒”和“限动芯棒”的生产方式。缺点是脱棒困难,长芯棒很少用于金属管材的冷拔减壁生产过程中,尤其是大直径薄壁金属管的减壁变形加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于金属管材冷拔减壁的长芯棒装置,可以有效地克服现有技术存在的缺点。
本发明是这样实现的:如图2所示:其特征是:左、右两端分别制有加压孔9和加油孔10的芯轴6穿装在管状的芯棒外套7内,左、右端盖8、8/通过左、右螺钉组16、16/分别与芯棒外套7左、右端部相连接,左、右端盖8、8/分别与芯轴6左、右端部相抵触,左、右端盖8、8/的中心制有的中心孔分别与芯轴6左、右端的加压孔9、加油孔10相连通,并与左端加压装置接口11和右端加油装置接口12相连通,左端盖8的外侧与拉拔头13连接。
本发明的优点及积极效果是:
(1)减少脱棒过程中对金属管材的端部和内、外表面的损伤;
(2)减轻大直径薄壁金属管减壁加工的芯棒重量;
(3)减少芯棒表面磨损,延长芯棒使用寿命;
(4)简化金属管内表面的润滑工艺,减少润滑剂消耗和环境污染。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例为:
如图2所示:当要进行实施拉拔钢管时,首先将金属管坯2套装在芯棒外套7的外面,再将长芯棒装置放置在拉拔辊模14内,再由加油装置接口12通过加油孔10向储油腔15内加油,再由加压装置接口11通过加压孔9向储油腔15内加压,使储油腔15内压力达到0.63-40Mpa之间,再通过拉拔头13对长芯棒装置施加拉力,使金属管坯2经过拉拔辊模14减壁,达到设计尺寸要求。减壁加工完成后,通过加压装置接口11进行减压,芯棒外套7处于回缩状态,使芯棒外套7和金属管坯2之间压力松弛、消失,产生间隙,将金属毛管退出,完成金属管冷拔加工过程。

1.一种用于金属管材冷拔减壁的长芯棒装置,其特征是:左、右两端分别制有加压孔(9)和加油孔(10)的芯轴(6)穿装在管状的芯棒外套(7)内,左、右端盖(8、8/)通过左、右螺钉组(16、16/)分别与芯棒外套(7)左、右端部相连接,左、右端盖(8、8/)分别与芯轴(6)左、右端部相抵触,左、右端盖(8、8/)的中心制有的中心孔分别与芯轴(6)左、右端的加压孔(9)、加油孔(10)相连通,并与左端加压装置接口(11)和右端加油装置接口(12)相连通,左端盖(8)的外侧与拉拔头(13)连接。
