Description

Terminal event processing method and device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a terminal event.
Background
With the development of terminal technology, the functions of terminals are gradually increased, and terminals, such as mobile phones, have become essential items in life. In the process of using the terminal, the user usually needs to process the terminal event, for example, the user usually needs to process the terminal event such as the incoming call of the terminal. In addition, the terminal event processing method provided by the related art is generally that a user performs a touch terminal screen operation or a slide screen operation, and the terminal processes the terminal event according to the received operation. I.e. the terminal event is handled by the terminal default screen operation. For example, the user answers the incoming call of the terminal by sliding the screen.
However, the terminal event processing method provided by the related art has the following problems: in some scenarios, the user is required to perform multiple default screen operations to handle the terminal event. Specifically, since the liquid remaining on the terminal screen may reduce the sensitivity of the terminal screen, when the liquid is stained on the terminal screen or the user's finger, the touch or slide operation performed by the user may not be recognized by the terminal, and thus the user may perform a plurality of default screen operations to process the terminal event. If an incoming call event occurs on the terminal, the screen sliding operation performed several times before the user may not be recognized by the terminal, and therefore the user needs to perform the screen sliding operation again to process the incoming call event. Therefore, the terminal event cannot be conveniently and quickly processed, inconvenience is brought to the user, and the experience degree of the user is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention are directed to providing a method and an apparatus for processing a terminal event, so as to process the terminal event conveniently and quickly.
Claim to be copied
The terminal event processing method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention judge whether the terminal meets the preset condition; and when the terminal meets the preset condition, processing the terminal event in a preset mode. Therefore, when the terminal event cannot be processed through the default screen operation of the terminal, the terminal event can be processed in a preset mode, so that the terminal event can be processed conveniently and quickly, and the experience degree of a user is improved.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal judges whether the terminal meets the preset condition; and when the terminal meets the preset condition, the terminal processes the terminal event in a preset mode.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a terminal event processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: and judging whether the terminal meets a preset condition or not.
Specifically, in this step, the terminal may determine whether the terminal satisfies a preset condition.
The terminal can be a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
Specifically, the implementation manner of this step may be a first manner, a second manner, or a third manner.
The first method may include that when a terminal event occurs at the terminal, the terminal judges whether the number of times of invalid default screen operations for processing the terminal event reaches a preset number threshold; and when the frequency of the invalid default screen operation reaches a preset frequency threshold value, the terminal confirms that the invalid default screen operation meets the preset condition, otherwise, the terminal confirms that the invalid default screen operation does not meet the preset condition.
In the first mode, the preset condition is that the number of times of invalid default screen operations for processing the terminal event reaches a preset number threshold.
The terminal event may be an incoming call event, a short message event, or a terminal event such as an unlocking screen event.
Wherein the invalid default screen operation refers to an invalid default screen operation. If the mobile phone has an incoming call event, the user executes corresponding default screen operation to answer the incoming call, but the default screen operation executed by the user is not identified by the mobile phone because the sensitivity of the terminal screen is reduced, so that the user can not successfully answer the incoming call, and the mobile phone is still in an incoming call state; in this case, the default screen operation performed by the user is an invalid default screen operation. The default screen operation refers to a screen operation for processing a terminal event by default in the terminal system. And if the default screen sliding operation for processing the incoming call event is the default screen operation, the terminal system processes the incoming call event.
The preset time threshold value can be set according to user requirements or design requirements. If the user desires to invalidate the default screen operation three times, that is, when the terminal event is processed in the preset manner described in the subsequent step 102, the preset threshold may be set to three times. Or if the design requirement is that the number of times of the invalid default screen operation reaches three times, that is, when the terminal event is processed in the preset manner described in the subsequent step 102, the preset number threshold may be set to three.
Specifically, when a terminal event occurs at the terminal, the terminal may determine whether the number of times of invalid default screen operations for processing the terminal event reaches a preset number threshold, where the determining may include determining whether the terminal event occurs at the terminal; when the terminal does not have the terminal event, the terminal returns to execute the judgment whether the terminal event occurs or not; when a terminal event occurs at the terminal, the terminal judges whether a screen area corresponding to a default screen operation for processing the terminal event receives the default screen operation; when receiving a default screen operation, the terminal judges whether the default screen operation successfully processes a terminal event; when the terminal event has been successfully processed, the terminal does not execute the operation; when the terminal event is not successfully processed, the terminal adds an operation to the time parameter and judges whether the time parameter value reaches a preset time threshold value; when the default screen operation is not received, the terminal judges whether the terminal event is finished or not; when the terminal event is finished, the terminal returns to execute the judgment whether the terminal event occurs or not; and when the terminal event is not finished, the terminal returns to execute the screen area corresponding to the default screen operation for judging and processing the terminal event, and whether the default screen operation is received or not.
The screen area corresponding to the default screen operation for processing the terminal event may be, for example, a screen area corresponding to a screen sliding operation for receiving an incoming call of a mobile phone, or a screen area corresponding to a screen sliding operation for receiving a rejection of answering the incoming call of the mobile phone. Wherein the number parameter is for recording the number of times the default screen operation is disabled.
Specifically, the first mode may include that when an incoming call event occurs at the terminal, the terminal determines whether the number of times of invalid screen sliding operations for processing the incoming call event reaches a preset number threshold; and when the frequency reaches a preset frequency threshold value, the terminal confirms that the terminal meets the preset condition, otherwise, the terminal confirms that the terminal does not meet the preset condition. Namely, the terminal event can be an incoming call event; the invalid default screen operation for processing the terminal event can be an invalid screen sliding operation for processing an incoming call event; the preset condition may be that the number of invalid screen sliding operations for processing the incoming call event reaches a preset number threshold.
The method comprises the following steps that the terminal judges whether the humidity value of the surrounding environment of the terminal is within a preset humidity range value; and when the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within the preset humidity range value, the terminal confirms that the terminal meets the preset condition, otherwise, the terminal confirms that the terminal does not meet the preset condition.
In the second mode, the preset condition is that the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within a preset humidity range value.
Wherein the preset humidity range value can be set according to the sensitivity of the terminal screen. As in the actual measurement, if the humidity value of the terminal surroundings exceeds m% RH, water drops may exist on the terminal screen, resulting in a decrease in the sensitivity of the terminal screen, and if the humidity value of the terminal surroundings exceeds n% RH, the terminal may have fallen into water.
Specifically, the determining, by the terminal, whether the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within a preset humidity range value may include measuring, by a humidity sensor of the terminal, the humidity value of the environment around the terminal; a processor of the terminal reads a humidity value measured by the humidity sensor; and the terminal judges whether the humidity value is within a preset humidity range value.
The method comprises the following steps that the terminal judges whether the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold value; and when the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold value, the terminal confirms that the terminal meets the preset condition, otherwise, the terminal confirms that the terminal does not meet the preset condition.
In the third mode, the preset condition is that the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold.
Wherein, the preset temperature threshold value can be set according to the requirement of a user. If the temperature value of the terminal reaches m degrees celsius, the user does not expect to use the default screen operation to process the terminal event, and when the user expects to process the terminal event in the preset manner described in the subsequent step 102, the preset temperature threshold value may be set to m.
Specifically, the determining, by the terminal, whether the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold may include measuring, by a temperature sensor of the terminal, the temperature value of the terminal; a processor of the terminal reads a temperature value measured by the temperature sensor; and the terminal judges whether the temperature value reaches a preset temperature threshold value.
Step 102: and when the terminal meets the preset condition, processing the terminal event in a preset mode.
Specifically, in this step, when the terminal meets the preset condition, the terminal processes the terminal event in a preset manner. Therefore, when the terminal event cannot be processed through the default screen operation of the terminal, the terminal event can be processed in a preset mode, so that the terminal event can be processed conveniently and quickly, and the experience degree of a user is improved.
The terminal event may be an incoming call event, a short message event, or a terminal event such as an unlocking screen event.
Specifically, the implementation manner of this step may be manner i, manner ii, or manner iii.
In the mode I, the step can comprise that when the times of invalid default screen operation reach a preset time threshold value, the terminal judges whether the terminal event is ended; when the terminal event is finished, the terminal returns to execute the step 101; and when the terminal event is not finished, the terminal prompts a user to process the terminal event by using preset operation.
In the mode I, the preset mode is to prompt a user to use a preset operation to process a terminal event. That is, this step 102 may include prompting the user to process the terminal event using a preset operation when the terminal satisfies the preset condition.
The preset operation may be a long-time screen pressing operation or a terminal physical key pressing operation. Specifically, since it is generally the case that the sensitivity of the terminal screen is decreased in the case that the number of times of the invalid default screen operation reaches the preset number threshold, in which case the terminal default screen operation, such as a touch terminal screen operation or a slide screen operation, may not be easily recognized by the terminal, the terminal event may be processed by a long-press screen operation or a press terminal physical key operation at this time. If an incoming call event occurs in the mobile phone and the number of invalid screen sliding operations reaches a preset number threshold, the mobile phone prompts a user to use a long-press incoming call icon displayed on a mobile phone screen for 1-2 seconds to receive an incoming call of the mobile phone, and prompts the user to use a long-press hanging-up incoming call icon displayed on the mobile phone screen for 1-2 seconds to reject the incoming call of the mobile phone; or the mobile phone prompts the user to use the operation of pressing the volume plus the press key to receive the incoming call of the mobile phone, and prompts the user to use the operation of pressing the volume minus the press key to hang up the incoming call of the mobile phone.
Specifically, in the mode i, the step may further include that when the terminal event is not finished and the terminal receives a preset operation, the terminal processes the terminal event according to the preset operation. Specifically, the terminal prompts the user to process the terminal event by using the preset operation, and the terminal may display text information to prompt the user to process the terminal event by using the preset operation. Or, the terminal may play audio information to prompt the user to process the terminal event using a preset operation.
Specifically, the mode i may be that when the number of times of the invalid screen sliding operation reaches a preset number threshold and the current incoming call event is not finished, the terminal prompts the user to answer the incoming call by pressing the answer incoming call icon for the long time, and prompts the user to reject the incoming call by pressing the hang-up incoming call icon for the long time; or when the number of times of invalid screen sliding operation reaches a preset number threshold and the current incoming call event is not finished, the terminal prompts the user to press the terminal physical volume plus key to answer the incoming call and prompts the user to press the terminal physical volume minus key to reject the incoming call. The terminal event can be an incoming call event; the invalid default screen operation for processing the terminal event can be an invalid screen sliding operation for processing an incoming call event; the preset condition can be that the frequency of invalid screen sliding operation for processing the incoming call event reaches a preset frequency threshold value; the preset operation can be long-press of an incoming call receiving icon and long-press of a hang-up incoming call icon, or pressing of a terminal physical volume increasing key and pressing of a terminal physical volume decreasing key.
In a mode II, the step can include that when the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within the preset humidity range value, the terminal judges whether a terminal event occurs at the terminal; when the terminal has no terminal event, the terminal returns to execute the step 101; and when the terminal has a terminal event, the terminal automatically processes the terminal event.
In the mode II, the preset mode is that the terminal automatically processes the terminal event. That is, this step 102 may include the terminal automatically processing the terminal event when the terminal satisfies the preset condition.
Specifically, since it is generally the case that the sensitivity of the terminal screen is decreased in the case that the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within the preset humidity range value, in which case the terminal default screen operation, such as the touch terminal screen operation or the slide screen operation, may not be easily recognized by the terminal, the terminal event may be handled in such a manner that the terminal automatically handles the terminal event at this time. For example, the mobile phone automatically answers the incoming call of the mobile phone, or the mobile phone automatically displays the received short message.
Specifically, in practical application, in order to improve the experience of a user, when a terminal event occurs at a terminal, the terminal automatically processes the terminal event, and specifically, when the terminal event occurs at the terminal, the terminal waits for a preset time; and when the preset time is up, the terminal automatically processes the terminal event. When a terminal event occurs in the terminal, the terminal does not automatically process the terminal event immediately, but waits for a preset time first to enable a user to know that the terminal event occurs, and the terminal automatically processes the terminal event after the preset time is up.
Wherein the preset time can be set according to a terminal event. If the terminal event is an incoming call event, the incoming call event may have ended if the preset time is too long, and therefore, the preset time may be set to 2 to 3 seconds at this time.
Specifically, the mode ii may be that the terminal automatically answers the incoming call when the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within the preset humidity range value. Namely, the preset condition may be that the humidity value of the environment around the terminal is within a preset humidity range value; the preset mode can be that the terminal automatically answers the incoming call.
Mode III, the step can include that when the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold value, the terminal judges whether a terminal event occurs in the terminal; when the terminal has no terminal event, the terminal returns to execute the step 101; and when the terminal has a terminal event, the terminal automatically processes the terminal event.
In the mode III, the preset mode is that the terminal automatically processes the terminal event. That is, this step 102 may include the terminal automatically processing the terminal event when the terminal satisfies the preset condition.
The terminal automatically processes the terminal event, for example, the mobile phone can automatically answer the incoming call of the mobile phone, or the mobile phone can automatically start a hands-free mode to answer the incoming call of the mobile phone. Specifically, when the mobile phone runs a plurality of applications such as a game application, an application a, and an application B at the same time, the temperature of the mobile phone may be too high, that is, the mobile phone may be overheated, and at this time, the user may not desire to use the default screen operation to handle the incoming call event of the mobile phone, and the mobile phone may automatically turn on the hands-free mode to answer the incoming call of the mobile phone. Therefore, the ear and the finger of the user can be prevented from contacting the mobile phone, namely, the ear and the finger of the user are prevented from generating a hot feeling.
Specifically, the mode iii may be that when the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold, the terminal automatically starts the hands-free mode to answer the incoming call. Namely, the preset condition may be that the temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold; the preset mode can be that the terminal automatically starts a hand-free mode to answer the incoming call.
It should be noted that the terminal event processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include that when the terminal does not satisfy the preset condition, the terminal processes the terminal event through a default screen operation. If the screen sensitivity of the mobile phone is not reduced, the mobile phone can process an incoming call event through screen sliding operation.
It should be noted that, in order to further protect the terminal on the basis of conveniently and quickly processing the terminal event, the terminal event processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include automatically shutting down the terminal when the humidity value of the environment around the terminal exceeds the maximum value of the preset humidity range value. If the preset humidity range value is m% RH to n% RH, when the humidity value of the environment around the terminal exceeds n% RH, the terminal may fall into water, and therefore the terminal can be automatically shut down to protect the terminal.
In order to realize the method, the invention discloses a terminal event processing device.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal event processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the terminal event processing apparatus includes:

a processing module 202, configured to process a terminal event in a preset manner when the terminal meets the preset condition.
Further, the determining module 201 is specifically configured to determine, when an incoming call event occurs at the terminal, whether the number of times of invalid screen sliding operations for processing the incoming call event reaches a preset number threshold; and when the frequency reaches the preset frequency threshold value, confirming that the terminal meets the preset condition.
Further, the processing module 202 is specifically configured to prompt the user to answer the incoming call by pressing the answer-to-incoming-call icon for the long time and prompt the user to reject the incoming call by pressing the hang-up incoming-call icon when the number of times reaches the preset number-of-times threshold and the current incoming call event is not finished; or when the frequency reaches the preset frequency threshold and the current incoming call event is not finished, prompting the user to press the terminal physical volume plus key to answer the incoming call and prompting the user to press the terminal physical volume minus key to reject the incoming call.
Further, the determining module 201 is specifically configured to determine whether a humidity value of an environment around the terminal is within a preset humidity range; and when the humidity value is within the preset humidity range value, confirming that the terminal meets a preset condition.
Further, the determining module 201 is specifically configured to determine whether a temperature value of the terminal reaches a preset temperature threshold; and when the temperature value reaches the preset temperature threshold value, confirming that the terminal meets the preset condition.
Further, the processing module 202 is specifically configured to, when the terminal meets the preset condition, automatically answer the incoming call or automatically start a hands-free mode to answer the incoming call.
In practical applications, the determining module 201 and the Processing module 202 can be implemented by a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a microprocessor Unit (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like located in the terminal.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a first specific embodiment of a terminal event processing method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the specific steps include:
step 301: and judging whether the mobile phone has an incoming call event.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone determines whether an incoming call event occurs.
And when an incoming call event occurs in the mobile phone, the mobile phone executes the step 302, otherwise, the mobile phone executes the step 301.
Step 302: and when receiving the screen sliding operation, judging whether the screen sliding operation successfully processes the incoming call event.
Specifically, in this step, when receiving the screen sliding operation, the mobile phone determines whether the screen sliding operation has successfully processed the incoming call event.
The handset performs step 303 when the incoming call event has not been successfully processed and performs step 301 when the incoming call event has been successfully processed.
Step 303: and executing an adding operation on the times parameter, and judging whether the times parameter value reaches three times or not.
Specifically, in this step, the mobile phone may perform an add operation on the number parameter, and determine whether the number parameter value reaches three times.
Step 304: and judging whether the incoming call event is finished or not.
Specifically, in this step, the mobile phone may determine whether the incoming call event is ended.
When the current incoming call event is not ended and the number of times of invalid screen sliding operation reaches three times, the mobile phone executes step 305; when the incoming call event is not ended and the number of times of invalid screen sliding operations does not reach three times, the mobile phone executes step 302; when the incoming call event is finished, the mobile phone performs step 301.
Step 305: the text information is displayed to prompt the user to answer the incoming call by pressing the answer icon and prompt the user to reject the incoming call by pressing the hang-up incoming call icon.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone displays the text information to prompt the user to answer the incoming call by pressing the answer icon, and prompt the user to reject the incoming call by pressing the hang-up incoming call icon.
Specifically, in the first embodiment, the preset manner shown in fig. 1 is to prompt the user to answer the incoming call by pressing the answer icon, and prompt the user to reject the incoming call by pressing the hang-up icon.
Step 306: and processing the incoming call event according to the received operation.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone processes the incoming call event according to the received operation.
Therefore, when the incoming call event cannot be processed through the default screen operation of the mobile phone, the incoming call event can be processed through long-time pressing of the screen operation, so that the incoming call event can be processed conveniently and quickly, and the experience degree of a user is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a second specific embodiment of a terminal event processing method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the specific steps include:
step 401: and judging whether the humidity value of the surrounding environment of the mobile phone is within a preset humidity range value.
Specifically, in this step, the mobile phone may determine whether the humidity value of the surrounding environment is within a preset humidity range.
The preset humidity range value can be set according to the sensitivity of the mobile phone screen. For example, in actual measurement, if the humidity value of the environment around the mobile phone exceeds m% RH, there may be water drops on the screen of the mobile phone, which may cause the sensitivity of the screen of the mobile phone to decrease, and if the humidity value of the environment around the mobile phone exceeds n% RH, the mobile phone may have fallen into water.
When the humidity value of the environment around the mobile phone does not exceed the minimum value of the preset humidity range value, that is, does not exceed the minimum value, for example, does not exceed m% RH, the mobile phone executes step 401; when the humidity value of the environment around the mobile phone exceeds the maximum value of the preset humidity range value, that is, exceeds the maximum value, for example, exceeds n% RH, the mobile phone performs step 402; when the humidity value of the environment around the mobile phone is within the preset humidity range, the mobile phone performs step 403.
Step 402: and automatically shutting down.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone is automatically powered off.
Step 403: and judging whether the mobile phone has an incoming call event.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone determines whether an incoming call event occurs.
When an incoming call event occurs in the mobile phone, the mobile phone executes step 404; when no incoming call event occurs in the mobile phone, the mobile phone executes step 401.
Step 404: and automatically answering the incoming call event.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone automatically answers the incoming call event.
Specifically, in the second embodiment, the preset mode shown in fig. 1 is that the mobile phone automatically answers the incoming call event.
Therefore, the incoming call event can be automatically answered when the incoming call event cannot be processed through the default screen operation of the mobile phone; meanwhile, when the mobile phone falls into water, the mobile phone is automatically turned off; therefore, incoming call events can be conveniently and quickly processed, the mobile phone is protected, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a third specific embodiment of a terminal event processing method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the specific steps include:
step 501: and judging whether the temperature value of the mobile phone reaches a preset temperature threshold value.
Specifically, in this step, the mobile phone may determine whether the temperature value reaches a preset temperature threshold.
Wherein, the preset temperature threshold value can be set according to the requirement of a user. If the user does not expect to use the default screen operation to process the incoming call event when the temperature value of the mobile phone reaches m degrees centigrade, the preset temperature threshold value can be set to m.
When the temperature value of the mobile phone does not reach the preset temperature threshold value, the mobile phone executes step 501; when the temperature value of the mobile phone reaches the preset temperature threshold, the mobile phone executes step 502.
Step 502: and judging whether the mobile phone has an incoming call event.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone determines whether an incoming call event occurs.
When an incoming call event occurs in the mobile phone, the mobile phone executes step 503; when no incoming call event occurs in the mobile phone, the mobile phone performs step 501.
Step 503: and automatically starting the hand-free mode to answer the incoming call event.
Specifically, the step may be that the mobile phone automatically starts the hands-free mode to answer the incoming call event.
Specifically, in the third embodiment, the preset mode shown in fig. 1 is that the mobile phone automatically starts the hands-free mode to answer the incoming call event.
Therefore, when the incoming call event cannot be processed through the default screen operation of the mobile phone, the hands-free mode can be automatically started to answer the incoming call event, so that the incoming call event can be conveniently and quickly processed, the ear and the finger of a user are prevented from contacting the mobile phone, the ear and the finger of the user are prevented from generating a burning feeling, and the experience degree of the user is improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
