本发明涉及换热设备制造技术领域,特别涉及一种烟气余热回收装置。包括外箱体,其特征在于:外箱体内部设有内箱体,内箱体表面缠绕有螺旋冷却管;内箱体内部均匀设有若干挡烟板;所述挡烟板通过螺钉固定在内箱体内部,所述挡烟板上设有若干通烟口;两个相邻所述挡烟板之间设有一级换热管和二级换热管;所述一级换热管和二级换热管交错分布;所述一级换热管上端部位于安装于外箱体上部的一级水箱内;所述二级换热管下端部位于安装于外箱体下部的二级水箱内。本发明通过螺旋冷却管吸收热量,提高换热效率;通过一级换热管和二级换热管分别吸收热量,进一步提高换热效率;本发明换热效率高,使用方便,安装简单。

Description

一种烟气余热回收装置
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及换热设备制造技术领域,特别涉及一种烟气余热回收装置。
(二)背景技术
现在锅炉作为一种能量转换设备,一般经过锅炉的加热室进行热能转换,向外输出具有一定热能的蒸汽和高温水等,是用于供热水或高温蒸汽的重要设备,一般的锅炉都设置有燃烧室和加热室,在燃烧室燃烧产生的高温烟气通过烟气通道进入加热室,烟气通道内的高温气体与加热室的储水室中的水进行换热,最终烟气通过出烟口排出。而排出的烟气的温度很高,烟气中还富含有大量的热量,如果这部分热量不能够回收利用就会增加锅炉的能源消耗。
而且目前使用的锅炉大多不存在余热回收室,一般无法对加入锅炉中的冷水进行预热,因此导致冷水和热水在锅炉内混合加热,冷水和热水的界限不清,锅炉的加热效果差,能源的消耗较高,如果将经过加热室的出烟口排出的烟气对冷水进行预热,能够将烟气中的余热回收对加入锅炉中的冷水进行预热,进而提高锅炉的加热效果,降低锅炉的能耗。目前锅炉中设置余热回收室中的换热装置换热效果差,导致对烟气余热回收的效果差、效率低,而且烟气中大量燃灰易落入换热装置中,燃灰不易清理,然而如果换热装置中的燃灰得不到及时清理就会影响余热回收的效率。这就是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种烟气余热回收装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种烟气余热回收装置,包括外箱体,其特征在于:外箱体内部设有内箱体,外箱体和内箱体之间填充有保温材料;所述内箱体表面缠绕有螺旋冷却管;所述内箱体一端设有穿过外箱体烟气入口,另一端设有穿过外箱体烟气出口;所述内箱体内部均匀设有若干挡烟板;所述挡烟板通过螺钉固定在内箱体内部,所述挡烟板上设有若干通烟口;两个相邻所述挡烟板之间设有一级换热管和二级换热管;所述一级换热管和二级换热管交错分布;所述一级换热管上端部位于安装于外箱体上部的一级水箱内;所述二级换热管下端部位于安装于外箱体下部的二级水箱内。
所述二级水箱安装在固定架上。
所述螺旋冷却管的入水口位于烟气入口端,螺旋冷却管的出水口位于烟气出口端;所述螺旋冷却管的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱。
进一步,所述一级水箱底部设有入水口,一级水箱另一端上部设有出水口;所述一级水箱的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱。
进一步,所述二级水箱底部设有入水口,二级水箱另一端上部设有出水口;所述二级水箱的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过外箱体和保温层隔绝热量的散失,并通过螺旋冷却管吸收热量,提高换热效率;通过一级换热管和二级换热管分别吸收热量,进一步提高换热效率;本发明换热效率高,使用方便,安装简单。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括外箱体1,外箱体1内部设有内箱体2,外箱体1和内箱体2之间填充有保温材料;所述内箱体2表面缠绕有螺旋冷却管3;所述内箱体2一端设有穿过外箱体1的烟气入口4,另一端设有穿过外箱体1的烟气出口5;所述内箱体2内部均匀设有若干挡烟板6;所述挡烟板6通过螺钉固定在内箱体2内部,所述挡烟板6上设有若干通烟口;两个相邻所述挡烟板6之间设有一级换热管7和二级换热管8;所述一级换热管7和二级换热管8交错分布;所述一级换热管7上端部位于安装于外箱体1上部的一级水箱9内;所述二级换热管8下端部位于安装于外箱体1下部的二级水箱10内。所述二级水箱10安装在固定架11上。 螺旋冷却管3的入水口位于烟气入口4端,螺旋冷却管3的出水口位于烟气出口5端;所述螺旋冷却管3的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱12。所述一级水箱9底部设有入水口,一级水箱9另一端上部设有出水口;所述一级水箱9的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱12。所述二级水箱10底部设有入水口,二级水箱10另一端上部设有出水口;所述二级水箱10的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱12。
烟气通过烟气入口4进入内箱体,烟气通过挡烟板将烟气分割,一方面减缓烟气流速,一方面增强烟气于一级换热管7和二级换热管8的接触;同时一级换热管7和二级换热管8交叉分布,也增强了烟气的流通距离,增强了换热效果;通过螺旋冷却管3、一级换热管7和二级换热管8的换热是的烟气温度大大降低,提高了换热的效率。

1.一种烟气余热回收装置,包括外箱体,其特征在于:外箱体内部设有内箱体,外箱体和内箱体之间填充有保温材料;所述内箱体表面缠绕有螺旋冷却管;所述内箱体一端设有穿过外箱体烟气入口,另一端设有穿过外箱体烟气出口;所述内箱体内部均匀设有若干挡烟板;所述挡烟板通过螺钉固定在内箱体内部,所述挡烟板上设有若干通烟口;两个相邻所述挡烟板之间设有一级换热管和二级换热管;所述一级换热管和二级换热管交错分布;所述一级换热管上端部位于安装于外箱体上部的一级水箱内;所述二级换热管下端部位于安装于外箱体下部的二级水箱内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述二级水箱安装在固定架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋冷却管的入水口位于烟气入口端,螺旋冷却管的出水口位于烟气出口端;所述螺旋冷却管的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述一级水箱底部设有入水口,一级水箱另一端上部设有出水口;所述一级水箱的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱。
5.根据权利要求3所述的烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述二级水箱底部设有入水口,二级水箱另一端上部设有出水口;所述二级水箱的出水口通过管道连接有热水储水箱。
