Background
In the prior art, in order to facilitate the loading of carton boards during the forming process, the carton boards are generally vertically placed on an input mechanism. However, to facilitate folding of the side edges of the expanded end portions of the cartons, the carton panels are typically positioned horizontally on a conveyor mechanism, which can interfere with the vertical infeed of the carton panels. And the paper box needs to be folded on each side edge of the end part of the paper box in the forming process, but the existing folding mechanism is simpler, so that the situation that folding is not tightly pasted during box sealing often happens, manual reworking is needed, and the labor is large and the integrated production of forming and box sealing of the paper box is not facilitated.

The invention aims to provide an unfolding, folding and box sealing device of a carton forming machine, which not only has a compact structure, but also can realize the integrated production of unfolding, folding and box sealing of cartons.

Further, the auxiliary mechanism comprises a first guide rod which is arranged on the frame and is used for enabling the upper side edge of the paper box to bend downwards in the front end slant direction, a second guide rod which is used for enabling the lower side edge of the paper box to bend upwards in the front end slant direction is arranged on the lower side of the first guide rod, a horizontal pressing plate which is used for enabling one side edge and the other side edge of the paper box to be always kept in a bending state is arranged between the first guide rod and the second guide rod, and a limiting mechanism which enables the upper side edge and the lower side edge of the paper box to be always kept in a straight state when the one side edge and the other side edge of the paper box are bent is further arranged on the frame.
Further, the limiting mechanism comprises a first cantilever rod arranged on the upper side of the horizontal turntable and a second cantilever rod arranged on the lower side of the horizontal turntable, a first horizontal rod piece enabling the upper side edge of the carton to be positioned on the upper side of the carton when the carton is conveyed is fixed at the lower end of the first cantilever rod, and a second horizontal rod piece enabling the lower side edge of the carton to be positioned on the lower side of the carton when the carton is conveyed is fixed at the upper end of the second cantilever rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the unfolding flanging and box sealing device of the carton forming machine is compact in structure, quick in box sucking, and convenient to carry out subsequent unfolding procedures of the carton plates, and enables the carton plates in the vertical state to be changed into the horizontal state. Meanwhile, the edge folding mechanism can rapidly realize edge folding of the end part of the paper box, has good edge folding effect, and is favorable for closer sealing of the end part of the paper box and good quality; the working effect is high, and the labor force is saved.

In this embodiment, the box sealing mechanism is a box sealing adhesive tape cutter which is arranged beside the frame and is positioned on the upper side of one side of the conveying mechanism and corresponds to a gap where the upper side and the lower side of the paper box are folded.
The working principle of the unfolding flanging box sealing device of the carton forming machine is that: the stacked carton plates are vertically placed on the input mechanism and the rear end of the carton plates are limited through the sliding pushing block; the lower parts of the cartons are sucked one by one through the suction box linkage mechanism, and the carton plates fall onto the conveying mechanism through forward movement; the carton board falling onto the conveying mechanism is unfolded into a three-dimensional rectangular carton (two ends are transparent) through the unfolding mechanism; the paper box is sent to the lower part of the folding mechanism through the conveying mechanism, and the upper side, the lower side, the front side and the rear side of one end of the paper box are folded through the folding mechanism; and the end sealing of the paper box after the edge folding is finished through a box sealing mechanism.
