本发明涉及一种沐浴房连接结构，具体涉及一种立柱铝材与靠墙铝材连接结构。
背景技术
目前，随着人们生活水平的提高以及人们生活品质的不断提升，淋浴房已经逐渐兴起。现有沐浴房立柱铝材与靠墙铝材之间均通过在立柱铝材上钻孔后用螺钉与靠墙铝材连接，零件小，安装烦琐，且安装后螺钉露在立柱铝材外面，影响外观美观，且时间久了容易藏污纳垢，不容易清洁。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种立柱铝材与靠墙铝材连接结构，安装简单，外观更美观，避免了螺钉连接处的藏污纳垢，更加容易清洁。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种立柱铝材与靠墙铝材连接结构，包括立柱铝材和靠墙铝材，所述立柱铝材内设有预连接模块，所述预连接模块由螺钉、锁紧件、滑块和防松螺母依次连接而成，所述锁紧件两侧分别设有锯齿Ⅰ，所述靠墙铝材上设有与预连接模块匹配的槽口，所述靠墙铝材内两侧分别设有与锁紧件两侧锯齿Ⅰ匹配的锯齿Ⅱ。
作为一种优选，所述锁紧件两侧的锯齿Ⅰ一侧设置于中间位置，另一侧设置于上下位置。
作为一种优选，所述立柱铝材内的预连接模块为上下两组，对应的靠墙铝材内也设有相应的两个槽口。
作为一种优选，所述预连接模块通过自攻螺钉与立柱铝材固定连接。
本发明安装步骤,一、先将螺钉、锁紧件、滑块和防松螺母依次连接组装好，然后将组装好的预连接模块用十字槽盘头螺钉固定立柱铝材上；二、将立柱铝材***靠墙铝材已开好的槽口内，调好位置用内六角扳手旋转螺钉，使滑块下压，将锁紧塑料件两侧的锯齿膨胀，使其锁紧在靠墙铝材上两侧的锯齿内进行卡死，使立柱铝材与靠墙铝材锁紧，即安装完成。
本发明的有益效果是: 1.内外可视面无螺钉，外观更美观； 2.避免了螺钉连接处的藏污纳垢，更加容易清洁； 3.在原结构上安装更方便，只用内六角扳手即可安装。

结合各附图所示，一种立柱铝材与靠墙铝材连接结构，包括立柱铝材2和靠墙铝材8，所述立柱铝材2内设有预连接模块，所述预连接模块由螺钉3、锁紧塑料件4、滑块5和防松螺母7依次连接而成，所述预连接模块通过十字槽盘头螺钉6与立柱铝材2固定连接。所述锁紧件两侧分别设有锯齿Ⅰ10，其中一侧的锯齿设置于中间位置，另一侧的锯齿设置于上下位置。所述靠墙铝材8上设有与预连接模块匹配的槽口9，所述靠墙铝材8内两侧设有与锁紧件两侧锯齿Ⅰ10匹配的锯齿Ⅱ11。所述立柱铝材2内的预连接模块为上下两组，对应的靠墙铝材8内也设有相应的两个槽口9。
安装时，一、先将内六角圆柱头机螺钉3、锁紧件4、滑块5和防松螺母7依次连接组装好，然后将组装好的预连接模块用十字槽盘头螺钉7固定在立柱铝材1上；二、将立柱铝材2***靠墙铝材8已开好的槽口9内，调好位置用内六角扳手1旋转内六角圆柱头机螺钉3，使滑块5下压，将锁紧塑料件4两侧边的锯齿Ⅰ10膨胀，使其锁紧在靠墙铝材8上两侧的锯齿Ⅱ11内进行卡死，使立柱铝材2与靠墙铝材8锁紧，即安装完成。

1.一种立柱铝材与靠墙铝材连接结构，包括立柱铝材（2）和靠墙铝材（8），其特征在于：所述立柱铝材（2）内设有预连接模块，所述预连接模块由螺钉（3）、锁紧件（4）、滑块（5）和防松螺母（7）依次连接而成，所述锁紧件两侧分别设有锯齿Ⅰ（10），所述靠墙铝材（8）上设有与预连接模块匹配的槽口（9），所述靠墙铝材（8）内两侧分别设有与锁紧件两侧锯齿Ⅰ（10）匹配的锯齿Ⅱ（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立柱铝材与靠墙连接结构，其特征在于：所述锁紧件两侧的锯齿Ⅰ（10）一侧设置于中间位置，另一侧设置于上下位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种立柱铝材与靠墙连接结构，其特征在于：所述立柱铝材（2）内的预连接模块为上下两组，对应的靠墙铝材（8）内也设有相应的两个槽口（9）。
