技术领域
本发明涉及家纺技术领域,特别是涉及一种防静电的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,面料已不再只是服装的一种简单材质,而渐渐演化成为服装的一个主体灵魂支柱。从产品风格、产品设计、工艺技术、艺术美感诸方面综合来看,新世纪纺织面料的流行趋势可概括为轻质、舒适、闪光、透明、花色、质感、复合、功能、绿色、保健这二十个字。目前全球变暖,紫外线照射加剧,而人们的衣着越来越来越单薄、颜色也比较浅,这样很容易对皮肤造成伤害,严重者还可能诱发皮肤癌的发生。从纺织品方面来说,必须减少紫外线透过织物的量;也就是说照射在织物上紫外线的反射和吸收越多,透过织物的紫外线就越少,对紫外线的防护性能就越好,对皮肤的伤害就越小。同时提高面料的防静电功能也具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种防静电的面料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供一种防静电的面料,所述防静电抗紫外光照射的面料由以下组分的重量份组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维20-40份;花生蛋白质纤维10-20份;羊毛纤维10-15份;蚕丝纤维3-9份;壳聚糖纤维5-10份;棉纤维30-50份;粘胶纤维20-30份;麻纤维10-20份;金纳米颗粒2-5份;P3HT0.5-2份;镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒1-5份,二氧化钛纳米颗粒1-5份;氧化石墨烯0.1-0.5份。
作为优选,所述的金纳米颗粒的粒径为100-200纳米。
作为优选,所述的镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒的粒径为50-100纳米。
作为优选,所述的二氧化钛纳米颗粒的粒径为120-260纳米。

本发明还提出了上述防静电抗紫外光照射的面料的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维、金纳米颗粒、镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒、氧化石墨烯混合均匀,然后加入分散剂、粘结剂以及柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将花生蛋白质纤维、壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维分别进行清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用三上一下斜纹或三上三下斜纹进行织造面料;
(5)加入5%的清洁剂和3%的柔软剂对布料进行水洗处理,水温控制在30-35℃,水洗20-35min;
(6)将经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹浸入P3HT溶液中处理50-100分钟,然后再在65℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查布料是否合格,合格则为成品。
作为优选,上述方法生产的面料可以应用在家纺用品上。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明的面料通过多种纤维混合纺织,有效降低制造成本,且该面料具有优异的透气性能;
2)本发明的面料中添加有金纳米颗粒,有效提高了面料的抗菌性能;
3)本发明的面料中添加有镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒和二氧化钛纳米颗粒,通过二者的配合作用,可以充分吸收照射至面料表面的紫外光,有效提高了面料的抗紫外光照射性能;
4)本发明的面料中添加有P3HT和氧化石墨烯,二者的电子迁移率较高,通过二者的配合作用,可以充分转移静电,有效提高了面料的防静电性能。

实施例1:
本发明提供一种防静电的面料,所述防静电抗紫外光照射的面料由以下组分的重量份组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维20份;花生蛋白质纤维10份;羊毛纤维10份;蚕丝纤维3份;壳聚糖纤维5份;棉纤维30份;粘胶纤维20份;麻纤维10份;金纳米颗粒5份;P3HT2份;镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒5份,二氧化钛纳米颗粒5份;氧化石墨烯0.5份。其中,所述的金纳米颗粒的粒径为200纳米,所述的镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒的粒径为100纳米,所述的二氧化钛纳米颗粒的粒径为260纳米,所述的氧化石墨烯的直径为100纳米。
本发明还提出了上述防静电抗紫外光照射的面料的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维、金纳米颗粒、镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒、氧化石墨烯混合均匀,然后加入分散剂、粘结剂以及柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将花生蛋白质纤维、壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维分别进行清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用三上一下斜纹或三上三下斜纹进行织造面料;
(5)加入5%的清洁剂和3%的柔软剂对布料进行水洗处理,水温控制在30℃,水洗35min;
(6)将经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹浸入P3HT溶液中处理50分钟,然后再在65℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查布料是否合格,合格则为成品。

本发明还提出了上述防静电抗紫外光照射的面料的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:

(4)采用三上一下斜纹或三上三下斜纹进行织造面料;
(5)加入5%的清洁剂和3%的柔软剂对布料进行水洗处理,水温控制在33℃,水洗30min;
(6)将经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹浸入P3HT溶液中处理70分钟,然后再在65℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查布料是否合格,合格则为成品。
上述方法生产的面料可以应用在家纺用品上。
本发明的面料通过多种纤维混合纺织,有效降低制造成本,且该面料具有优异的透气性能,本发明的面料中添加有金纳米颗粒,有效提高了面料的抗菌性能,本发明的面料中添加有镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒和二氧化钛纳米颗粒,通过二者的配合作用,可以充分吸收照射至面料表面的紫外光,有效提高了面料的抗紫外光照射性能,本发明的面料中添加有P3HT和氧化石墨烯,二者的电子迁移率较高,通过二者的配合作用,可以充分转移静电,有效提高了面料的防静电性能。

1.一种防静电的面料,其特征在于,所述防静电抗紫外光照射的面料由以下组分的重量份组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维20-40份;花生蛋白质纤维10-20份;羊毛纤维10-15份;蚕丝纤维3-9份;壳聚糖纤维5-10份;棉纤维30-50份;粘胶纤维20-30份;麻纤维10-20份;金纳米颗粒2-5份;P3HT0.5-2份;镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒1-5份,二氧化钛纳米颗粒1-5份;氧化石墨烯0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电抗紫外光照射的面料,其特征在于,所述的金纳米颗粒的粒径为100-200纳米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电抗紫外光照射的面料,其特征在于,所述的镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒的粒径为50-100纳米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防静电抗紫外光照射的面料,其特征在于,所述的二氧化钛纳米颗粒的粒径为120-260纳米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防静电抗紫外光照射的面料,其特征在于,所述的氧化石墨烯的直径为20-100纳米。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的防静电抗紫外光照射的面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝纤维、粘胶纤维、金纳米颗粒、镁掺杂氧化锌纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒、氧化石墨烯混合均匀,然后加入分散剂、粘结剂以及柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将花生蛋白质纤维、壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维分别进行清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用三上一下斜纹或三上三下斜纹进行织造面料;
(5)加入5%的清洁剂和3%的柔软剂对布料进行水洗处理,水温控制在30-35℃,水洗20-35min;
(6)将经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹浸入P3HT溶液中处理50-100分钟,然后再在65℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查布料是否合格,合格则为成品。
7.根据权利要求6生产的防静电抗紫外光照射的面料,其特征在于,该面料应用在家纺用品上。
