本发明公开了一种重防腐高耐盐雾海洋水性金属涂料,重防腐高耐盐雾海洋水性金属涂料成分包括过氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、去离子水,金属粉、防腐颜料、固化剂、成膜助剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂 、间苯二酚。本发明采用氯乙烯树脂为基础料,使得涂料具有良好的电绝缘性、热塑性和成膜性,化学性能极为稳定,耐腐蚀性好,耐盐雾性好,不易燃;本发明涂料具有优异的附着力,适合于各种恶劣和复杂的强腐蚀环境;该涂料适用于湿热的海边地区,经久耐用,经济效益好;本发明产品无毒、环保、具有良好的市场前景,适宜推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种重防腐高耐盐雾海洋水性金属涂料。
背景技术
当金属暴露在潮湿的大气中,由于其表面的活性,对大气中的极性水分有吸附作用,形成了一层水膜,当水膜层达到一定厚度,就形成了电化学腐蚀所必须的电解质溶液。无论是吸氧腐蚀还是析氢腐蚀,由于阳极区与阴极区彼此接触,电子在腐蚀电场力作用下,便从阳极移向阴极,并被附近的可被还原的介质所吸收,完成了电化学腐蚀。又因为在大气条件下,氧气、水分等去极化剂是相对充足存在的,所以金属腐蚀现象不断发生和发展。采用涂料涂装防止金属腐蚀是最简单、经济、有效的方法。目前,受石油资源及环保法规的限制,防腐涂料开始由传统的有机溶剂型向“绿色化”的方向发展,其中水性化技术是当今研究的重点和主要发展方向之一。
市面上水性防腐漆具有优良的光泽、耐久性、保光保色性、硬度和柔韧性等特点,特别是在环保领域,作为新型的环保材料,日益受到消费者的青睐。然而,由于水性涂料的特殊性,导致目前的水性防锈涂料其耐盐雾的功能不如油性涂料,也是阻碍水性防腐涂料推广和应用的一大障碍。
海洋用结构使用的涂料具有保护、耐盐雾、防腐蚀等功能,提高海洋用结构的使用寿命;但是目前出现在市面上的海洋用水性涂料,附着力不够,耐候性较差,耐盐雾效果不理想,不适宜在海洋项目中大力推广使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种化学性稳定、高耐盐雾、耐腐蚀的重防腐高耐盐雾海洋水性金属涂料。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种重防腐高耐盐雾海洋水性金属涂料的成分按质量份包括
过氯乙烯树脂 50份
丙烯酸树脂 12份
去离子水 25份
金属粉 15份
防腐颜料 2份
固化剂 1.7份
成膜助剂 1.2份
分散剂 0.7份
润湿剂 1份
消泡剂 0.8份
间苯二酚 0.6份。

作为一种优选的技术方案:所述的成膜助剂为 CS12、二丙二醇正丁醚、乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述的分散剂为 SN5040、CY540、DP518 中的一种或几种。
作为一种优选的技术方案:所述的润湿剂为 PE100、DOW405、H436 中的一种或几种。

本发明的有益效果是:(1)氯乙烯树脂为基础料,使得涂料具有良好的电绝缘性、热塑性和成膜性,化学性能极为稳定,耐腐蚀性好,耐盐雾性好,不易燃;(2)具有优异的附着力,适合于各种恶劣和复杂的强腐蚀环境;该涂料适用于湿热的海边地区,经久耐用,经济效益好;(3)产品无毒、环保、具有良好的市场前景,适宜推广。
