Abstract

本发明涉及车辆工程技术,尤其涉及磁阻电机式谐波传动的车辆主动横向稳定杆,包括有磁阻电机、谐波减速器、连接法兰及稳定杆,所述磁阻电机输出轴连接谐波减速器的波发生器,谐波减速器的钢轮通过左连接法兰与左稳定杆联接,磁阻电机定子通过右连接法兰与右稳定杆联接。本发明采用磁阻电机驱动,相比于伺服电机驱动,转子上无永磁体,不会因为电机频繁加载启动而急速温升导致退磁的缺陷,且步进运动方式,控制更简单。谐波减速器受载能力要大大超过其它传动且体积较小,且传动精度高。柔轮轮齿在传动过程中作均匀的径向移动,即使输入速度很高,轮齿的相对滑移速度仍极低,所以轮齿磨损小,效率高,运动平稳,有效降低振动。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于磁阻电机驱动的谐波减速传动的车辆主动横向稳定杆。
背景技术
车辆在高速急转弯时容易产生侧翻事故,其往往会造成重大的生命和财产损失。因而人们开始关注车辆防侧倾技术,由于横向稳定杆结构简单和安装方便,被广泛应用于防侧倾技术中。随着人们对车辆的舒适性和安全性的要求不断提高,传统被动式横向稳定杆本身结构的局限性,减少车身侧倾角的程度有限,而且不能时时根据采集到的汽车侧倾参数和路面状况信息对汽车侧倾状态进行评估,从而不能主动调整悬架的刚度,无法满足人们对汽车高操作稳定性和舒适性的要求。为此,主动横向稳定杆技术近年来得到了广泛的关注,如采用液压和磁流变为驱动源的主动横向稳定杆,但液体内部因运动过快而产生压力波动损失,液体温度显著升高导致***的响应性和灵敏度下降的问题。电机为驱动源能较好克服上述问题,如ZL201410066521.7公开的一种主动横向稳定杆,采用伺服电机驱动、行星齿轮传动的主动横向稳定杆,但伺服电机在响应频繁时,温度上升快,导致伺服电机转子的永磁体退磁,输出转矩减弱,抗堵转能力差。而车辆在急转工况或通过不平坦路面时,横向稳定杆需要频繁响应。所以伺服电机驱动的主动横向稳定杆有可靠性和耐久性差缺点,使得主动横向稳定杆推广较难。另外,横向稳定杆需要输出大扭矩,以抗衡重量庞大的车辆侧倾,因此ZL201410066521.7采用行星齿轮作为传动机构,使得整个机构体积庞大,而受制于车辆狭小的底盘安装空间,这种结构具有很大的局限性。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种响应迅速、可靠性高的磁阻电机式谐波传动的车辆主动横向稳定杆。
为达上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种磁阻电机式谐波传动的车辆主动横向稳定杆,不同之处在于:包括有磁阻电机、谐波减速器、连接法兰及稳定杆,所述磁阻电机输出轴连接谐波减速器的波发生器,谐波减速器的钢轮通过左连接法兰与左稳定杆联接,磁阻电机定子通过右连接法兰与右稳定杆联接。
较佳地,所述磁阻电机为12/8极结构。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用磁阻电机驱动的主动横向稳定杆,相比于伺服电机驱动,磁阻电机转子上无永磁体,不会因为电机频繁加载启动而急速温升导致退磁的缺陷,且步进运动方式,控制更简单。相比于液压和磁流变式的主动横向稳定杆,磁阻电机驱动的主动横向稳定杆***响应迅速、灵敏度高。
(2)本发明采用磁阻电机无磁钢设计限制,可通过加长定转子叠高来增加电机输出扭矩,使得电机外径大大减小,有利于在狭小底盘空间推广。而且磁阻电机为双凸极结构,具有较强的抗堵转能力,非常适用于对响应速度和大力矩要求较高的主动横向稳定杆。
(3)由于谐波减速器在传动中齿与齿的啮合是面接触,加上同时啮合齿数(重叠系数)比较多,因而单位面积载荷小,在材料和速比相同的情况下,受载能力要大大超过其它传动且体积较小,因此本发明的主动横向稳定杆体积小,结构简单,非常适用于对安装空间苛刻的车辆底盘中。另外,谐波减速器作为扭矩传动部件,啮合的齿数多,误差平均化,即多齿啮合对误差有相互补偿作用,故传动精度高。柔轮轮齿在传动过程中作均匀的径向移动,即使输入速度很高,轮齿的相对滑移速度仍极低,所以轮齿磨损小,效率高,又由于啮入和啮出时,齿轮的两侧都参加工作,因而无冲击现象,运动平稳,有效降低振动。
(4)本发明通过磁阻电机驱动,可根据车辆信息和路面状况主动调整稳定杆的输出扭转刚度,使车辆的侧倾角稳定在目标范围,从而弥补了传统横向稳定杆无法时时调整车辆的抗侧倾刚度的不足,提高了车辆的稳定性和舒适性。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明,参见图1和图2。
按本发明实施的磁阻电机式谐波传动的车辆主动横向稳定杆在传统被动横向稳定杆在中间位置处断开,安装磁阻电机4和谐波减速器3,使得原被动横向稳定杆分为左侧横向稳定杆1和右侧横向稳定杆6,从而变为主动横向稳定杆。如图中磁阻电机剖面图所示,磁阻电机由电机机壳7、电机定子8、电机转子9和电机转轴10组成,采用磁阻电机为双凸极结构,具有较强的抗堵转能力,相比于伺服电机,磁阻电机转子上无永磁体,适用频繁加载启动的工况。而且扭矩大、体积小,符合车辆底盘空间狭小的要求。本实施例中,电机定子8与电机机壳7进行过盈配合,右侧横向稳定杆6通过花键与右侧法兰5进行连接,电机机壳7通过右侧法兰5与右侧横向稳定杆6固接,使得电机定子8与右侧横向稳定杆6相连接。电机转子9与电机转轴10过盈配合,电机转轴10与谐波减速器3的波发生器通过花键固接,谐波减速器3的柔轮固定在磁阻电机4左端面,谐波减速器3的钢轮与左侧法兰2固接,左侧法兰2通过花键与左侧横向稳定杆1相连接。
本实施例中,电机输出的扭矩通过电机转轴10带动谐波减速器3的波发生器转动,波发生器迫使谐波发生器3中的柔轮由圆形变成椭圆形,其长轴两端附近的齿与刚轮的齿完全啮合,而短轴两端附近的齿则与刚轮完全脱开,周长上其他区段的齿处于啮合和脱离的过渡状态。当波发生器连续转动时,柔轮的变形不断改变,使柔轮与刚轮的啮合状态也不断改变,由啮入、啮合、啮出、脱开、再啮入,周而复始地进行,实现刚轮沿波发生器扭转,从而使得电机输出的扭矩通过谐波减速器3的钢轮传递给左侧横向稳定杆1。由于谐波减速器啮合时是面接触,受载能力要超过其它传动装置。而且啮合的齿数多,传动精度高。啮入和啮出时,齿轮的两侧都参加工作,运动平稳,能有效降低振动。
本实施例中,车辆正常行驶时,电机不工作。当车辆发生侧倾状态时,使得电机定子8与电机转子9产生相对扭转运动,此时,主动横向稳定杆控制器通过侧倾角传感器、横摆角速度传感器和前轮转角传感器等获得的运动数据,计算出目标侧倾角并启动磁阻电机4使得电机转轴10产生反向扭矩,实现抗侧倾性能。

Claims (2)

1.一种磁阻电机式谐波传动的车辆主动横向稳定杆,其特征在于:包括有磁阻电机、谐波减速器、连接法兰及稳定杆,所述磁阻电机由电机机壳、电机定子、电机转子和电机转轴组成,采用磁阻电机为双凸极结构;所述磁阻电机输出轴连接谐波减速器的波发生器,谐波减速器的钢轮通过左连接法兰与左稳定杆联接,磁阻电机定子通过右连接法兰与右稳定杆联接;电机定子与电机机壳进行过盈配合,右侧横向稳定杆通过花键与右侧法兰进行连接,电机机壳通过右侧法兰与右侧横向稳定杆固接,使得电机定子与右侧横向稳定杆相连接;电机转子与电机转轴过盈配合,电机转轴与谐波减速器的波发生器通过花键固接,谐波减速器的柔轮固定在磁阻电机左端面,谐波减速器的钢轮与左侧法兰固接,左侧法兰通过花键与左侧横向稳定杆相连接。
