According to the scheme, whether the knob wire controller is picked up by a user is judged by detecting whether the bottom of the knob wire controller receives touch information or not, and the keys on the surface of the knob wire controller are forbidden under the condition that the bottom of the knob wire controller does not receive the touch information, namely the knob wire controller is not picked up, so that wrong remote control operation caused by misoperation of touching the keys when a user rotates the knob is avoided, and the technical problem that the state of the knob with the remote control function in the prior art cannot be changed according to the use of the knob is solved.

Claims (9)

1. A knob drive-by-wire, the knob drive-by-wire comprising: button and knob, its characterized in that includes:
the detection device is used for detecting whether the preset position of the knob wire controller receives touch information or not;
the processor is connected with the keys and the detection device and is used for generating a prohibition instruction under the condition that the touch information is not received at the preset position of the knob wire controller, wherein the prohibition instruction is used for prohibiting the keys;
the processor is also configured to activate the key upon detecting that the knob drive-by-wire is picked up.
2. The knob drive according to claim 1, wherein the detection means comprises:
the magnet is arranged at the preset position, wherein the preset position is the bottom of the knob;
and the touch detection device is connected with the magnet and is used for detecting whether the preset position of the knob wire controller receives touch information or not through the change of the capacitance of the magnet.
3. The knob drive-by-wire of claim 2, further comprising:
the LED is connected with the processor and is used for being lightened when the key is started and being turned off when the key is forbidden;
the infrared emission module is connected with the processor and used for emitting infrared signals corresponding to the instructions emitted by the knob wire controller;
and the power supply module is connected with the processor and is used for supplying power to the processor.
4. The knob drive of claim 3, further comprising:
the display module is connected with the processor and used for displaying the operation parameters and/or the state of the equipment;
and the infrared receiving module is connected with the processor and used for receiving the matched infrared signals.
5. A control method of a knob drive-by-wire device, the knob drive-by-wire device comprising: the key and the knob are characterized in that the control method comprises the following steps:
detecting whether touch information is received at a preset position of the knob wire controller;
generating a prohibition instruction under the condition that the touch information is not received at the preset position of the knob wire controller, wherein the prohibition instruction is used for prohibiting the keys;
and starting the key under the condition that the knob wire controller is detected to be lifted.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein detecting whether the touch information is received at the preset position of the knob drive-by-wire comprises:
detecting the capacitance of a copper sheet arranged at the bottom of the knob;
and judging whether the capacitor receives the touch information according to the capacitance of the copper sheet arranged at the bottom of the knob wire controller.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of providing the first layer comprises,
when the fact that the touch information is not received at the preset position of the knob wire controller is detected, a prohibition instruction is generated, and meanwhile the method further comprises the following steps: turning off an LED, wherein the LED is used for irradiating silk screen printing on the key;
while the button is activated upon detecting that the knob drive-by-wire is picked up, the method further comprises: and illuminating the LED.
8. A control device of a knob drive-by-wire device, the knob drive-by-wire device comprising: button and knob, its characterized in that, controlling means includes:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the preset position of the knob wire controller receives touch information or not;
the shielding module is used for generating a prohibition instruction under the condition that the touch information is not received at the preset position of the knob wire controller, wherein the prohibition instruction is used for prohibiting the keys;
the device is also used for starting the key when the knob wire controller is detected to be lifted.
9. An air conditioner comprising the knob wire controller according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
