Abstract
The invention discloses a small-angle turnover type barreled elevator, which comprises an elevating steel frame, a hydraulic turnover table, a barrel body, an elevating chain and a guide rail, wherein: the guide rail extends from the bottom position to the top position of the lifting steel frame, and the hydraulic overturning platform drives the lifting steel frame to lift on the guide rail through a lifting chain, an upper transmission shaft and a lower transmission shaft; the hydraulic overturning platform comprises an overturning oil cylinder, a guide wheel, an overturning bracket, an overturning tray, a turntable base and two vertical guide beams, wherein the guide wheel is arranged in the vertical direction of the vertical guide beams; the overturning bracket is fixed at the lower position of the turntable base and is connected to the bottom position of the overturning tray through an overturning oil cylinder and a telescopic overturning mechanism; the barrel body is fixedly connected to the overturning tray; the end of the turnover tray close to the two vertical guide beams is provided with a sliding turnover groove, and the turntable base drives the turntable base to swing along the turntable base through the two lug pieces and the turnover hinge shaft. The hoister disclosed by the invention is stable in performance when used together with a garbage incineration kiln, high in material hoisting efficiency and low in cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial solid waste treatment lifting equipment, in particular to a small-angle turnover type barreled lifter.
Background
In the industrial solid waste treatment industry, some high-risk waste materials cannot be mixed with crushed materials to a feeding device, and are lifted to a feed hopper with the height of more than ten meters so as to enter a rotary garbage kiln for incineration. Before the process, the barreled materials are conveyed by using an arc-shaped rail turnover type barreled hoister, and the structure of the hoister is determined, so that a stroke positioning switch of the hoister is required to be accurate, and the hoister cannot be protected by two stroke switches, so that accidents occur frequently, and the system is stopped and repaired frequently.
After a charging basket of the existing hoister is lifted to a certain height, a travel switch instructs that a first travel switch fails and can be executed by a second travel switch, and a hydraulic cylinder pushes a turnover table to turn over. the overturning bracket is fixed at the lower position of the turntable base and is connected to the bottom position of the overturning tray through an overturning oil cylinder and a telescopic overturning mechanism;
the barrel body is fixedly connected to the overturning tray;
the turnover tray is provided with a sliding turnover groove at one end close to the two vertical guide beams, the turntable base is driven to swing along the turntable base through two lugs and a turnover hinge shaft, and the two lugs are respectively arranged close to the side surface of one vertical guide beam;
an upper transmission shaft of the lifting chain drives the lifting chain to rotate through a motor, a speed reducer and an upper driven chain wheel which are connected in sequence;
the motor is connected with a lifting travel switch of the hydraulic overturning platform, and the overturning oil cylinder is connected with an overturning travel switch of the barrel body.
Furthermore, the number of the guide wheels is four, and the guide wheels are respectively arranged at the top symmetrical position and the bottom symmetrical position of the two vertical guide beams in the vertical direction.
Furthermore, the other end of the turnover tray is provided with a transverse guide wheel, the position of the turntable base corresponding to the guide wheel is provided with a turnover guide sliding rail at one end, and the length of the turnover guide sliding rail is matched with that of a sliding turnover groove of the turnover tray.

After the completion, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the overturning platform, and the overturning platform descends to the initial position along with the chain.

As shown in fig. 1, convertible barreled lifting machine of small-angle, including promoting steelframe 1, hydraulic pressure roll-over table 2, staving 3, lifting chain 4 and guide rail 5, wherein: the guide rail 5 extends from the bottom position to the top position of the lifting steel frame 1, and the hydraulic overturning platform 2 is driven by the lifting chain 4, the upper transmission shaft 9 and the lower transmission shaft 10 to lift on the guide rail 5, so that the hydraulic overturning platform 2 and the barrel body 3 are driven to lift; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hydraulic overturning platform 2 comprises an overturning oil cylinder 21, a guide wheel 22, an overturning bracket 23, an overturning tray 24, a turntable base 25 and two vertical guide beams 26, wherein the guide wheel 22 is arranged in the vertical direction of the vertical guide beams 26, and the guide wheel 22 is connected with the guide rail 5 in a matching manner, so as to drive the hydraulic overturning platform 2 and the barrel body 3 to ascend and descend; the overturning bracket 23 is fixed at the lower position of the turntable base 25 and is connected with the bottom position of the overturning tray 24 through an overturning oil cylinder 21 and a telescopic overturning mechanism 27; the barrel body 3 is fixedly connected to the overturning tray 24; a sliding turnover groove 241 is formed in one end, close to the two vertical guide beams 26, of the turnover tray 24, the rotary table base 25 is driven to swing along the rotary table base 25 through the two lugs 13 and the turnover hinge shaft 14, wherein the two lugs 13 are respectively arranged close to the side face of one vertical guide beam 26; an upper transmission shaft 9 of the lifting chain 4 is driven to rotate by a motor 6, a speed reducer 7 and an upper driven sprocket 8 which are connected in sequence, so that the lifting chain 4 is driven to rotate; in detail, a lifting travel switch 11 of the hydraulic overturning platform 2 is connected to the motor 6 shown in fig. 1 and 4, and an overturning oil cylinder 21 is connected to an overturning travel switch 12 of the barrel 3. In the invention, the two vertical guide beams 26 have the height similar to that of the barrel body but not more than that of the barrel body, have good overturning effect, high strength and long service life.
In the above embodiment, the number of the guide wheels 22 is four, and the four guide wheels are respectively arranged at the top symmetrical position and the bottom symmetrical position of the two vertical guide beams 26 in the vertical direction, so as to ensure that the hydraulic overturning platform and the barrel body have better stability performance in the ascending process.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the other end of the turning tray 24 is provided with a transverse guide wheel 242, the position of the turntable base 25 corresponding to the guide wheel is provided with a one-end turning guide slide rail 251, the length of the turning guide slide rail 251 is adapted to the length of the sliding turning groove 241 of the turning tray 24, the integration of the turning tray, the barrel body and the conversion table base is further improved, the coordination, smoothness and uniformity of actions when the turning tray drives the barrel body to turn are ensured, violent reversion cannot occur, and the service life of the turning tray and the barrel body is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2, the turning bracket 23 is connected to the bottom of the barrel 3 to ensure that the turning cylinder 21 drives the turning tray 24 and the barrel 3 to turn 30-45 degrees, thereby tilting the material in the barrel. The length of the sliding turnover groove 241 of the turnover tray 24 is 300-500mm, the turnover stability is good, and the service life of the turnover tray is long.

the overturning bracket (23) is fixed at the lower position of the turntable base (25) and is connected with the bottom position of the overturning tray (24) through an overturning oil cylinder (21) and a telescopic overturning mechanism (27);
the barrel body (3) is fixedly connected to the overturning tray (24);
the overturning device comprises an overturning tray (24), wherein a sliding overturning groove (241) is formed in one end, close to two vertical guide beams (26), of the overturning tray, the rotary table base (25) is driven to swing along the rotary table base (25) through two lugs (13) and an overturning hinge shaft (14), and the two lugs (13) are respectively arranged close to the side face of one vertical guide beam (26);
an upper transmission shaft (9) of the lifting chain (4) is driven to rotate by a motor (6), a speed reducer (7) and an upper driven chain wheel (8) which are connected in sequence, so that the lifting chain (4) is driven to rotate;
the motor (6) is connected with a lifting travel switch (11) of the hydraulic overturning platform (2), and the overturning oil cylinder (21) is connected with an overturning travel switch (12) of the barrel body (3).
