Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比为：败酱草5-30份；金银花10-40份；土茯苓5-30份；丹参10-40份；六月雪5-25份；蒲公英10-40份；狼毒5-15份。本发明配方组成科学合理，能够清热利湿，抗菌消毒、消痈排脓、提升免疫力、无毒副作用，并且对细菌、病毒病原微生物的杀灭率高且无耐药性。

技术领域
本发明属于兽药领域，尤其是一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
仔猪副伤寒主要是由猪霍乱和猪伤寒沙门氏菌引起的仔猪传染病。急性病例为败血症变化，慢性病例为大肠坏死性炎症及肺炎。本病多发于2月～4月龄仔猪。成年猪很少见到。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，该中药组合物能够清热利湿，抗菌消毒、消痈排脓、提升免疫力、无毒副作用，并且不对细菌、病毒病原微生物的杀灭率高且无耐药性。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比为：
败酱草5-30份；
金银花10-40份；
土茯苓5-30份；
丹参10-40份；
六月雪5-25份；
蒲公英10-40份；
狼毒5-15份。
而且，该中药组合物组分及其最优重量份数比分别为：
败酱草20份；
金银花25份；
土茯苓20份；
丹参25份；
六月雪15份；
蒲公英30份；
狼毒10份。
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物的制备方法，其制备方法的步骤为：
⑴、按照重量配比分别称取败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英、狼毒进行粉碎，并且分别全部通过100目筛；
⑵、将粉碎过筛后的败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英、狼毒放入混合机里充分混合后，即得到治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物。
本发明的优点及有益效果是：
1、本治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物含有败酱草、六月雪、蒲公英，具有清热解毒、消痈排脓的作用。丹参、金银花、蒲公英、土茯苓具有提升免疫力作用、尤其对细菌性疾病等都有很好的预防和治疗效果，特别对机体的排毒、提高机体免疫力有很好的作用，对流行性消化***传染性疾病治愈率更高。
2、本治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物广谱高效，对胃酸相当稳定，内服后吸收良好，不受水温、酸碱度影响，同时在极低浓度以及较短时间内就可达到血药峰浓度。

本发明通过以下实施例进一步详述。需要说明的是：下述实施例是说明性的，不是限定性的，不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明组分中的败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英均可以在市场上购买得到。
实施例1
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量分别为：败酱草5kg、金银花10kg、土茯苓5kg、六月雪5kg、丹参10kg、蒲公英10kg、狼毒5kg。
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物的制备方法，其制备方法的步骤为：
⑴、按照重量配比分别称取败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英、狼毒进行粉碎，并且分别全部通过100目筛；
⑵、将粉碎过筛后的败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英、狼毒放入混合机里充分混合后，即得到治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物。
实施例2
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量 分别为：败酱草30kg、金银花40kg、土茯苓30kg、六月雪25kg、丹参40kg、蒲公英40kg、狼毒15kg。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量分别为：败酱草20kg、金银花25kg、土茯苓20kg、六月雪15kg、丹参25kg、蒲公英30kg、狼毒10kg。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
本发明的使用方法，按仔猪每次20g/头给药。本发明拌料或饮水，将本发明给仔猪饲喂即可达到治疗疾病的效果。
下面通过具体实验说明使用本发明的优点：
1.本发明对动物性实验仔猪副伤寒感染治疗试验
1.1.5日龄长白仔猪200只，随机分组，每组50只，共四组。即本发明预防组、本发明治疗组、土茯苓香连散对照组、空白组。
1.2.副伤寒病毒由中国兽医药品监察所购买，按比例接种、稀释、分装、密封、保存。
1.3.本发明预防组按每5g/kg混饲给药，连用两天后停药，对其他三组皆按20g/头口服给药，接种5小时后进行治疗，剂量为本发明组和对照组均按30g/kg混饲给药，连用三天停药两天后进行观察，对照组不给药进行观察四至五天。结果如下表：
由上表可知本发明预防组用药三天后停药，攻毒后有2头发生死亡，存活15只，预防保护率96％，而空白对照组死亡37只，只有26％的存活率，两组比较相差非常70显著。说明本发明对猪副伤寒感染的预防效果非常的理想；本发明的治疗组死亡1只，存活率98％，土茯苓香连散剂的治愈率是50％，说明本发明的治疗明显高于土茯苓香连散。

1.一种治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比为：
败酱草5-30份；
金银花10-40份；
土茯苓5-30份；
丹参10-40份；
六月雪5-25份；
蒲公英10-40份；
狼毒5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物组分及其最优重量份数比分别为：
败酱草20份；
金银花25份；
土茯苓20份；
丹参25份；
六月雪15份；
蒲公英30份；
狼毒10份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：该制备方法的步骤为：
⑴、按照重量配比分别称取败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英、狼毒进行粉碎，并且分别全部通过100目筛；
⑵、将粉碎过筛后的败酱草、金银花、土茯苓、六月雪、丹参、蒲公英、狼毒放入混合机里充分混合后，即得到治疗仔猪副伤寒病的中药组合物。
