Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,包括基材、粘结剂和涂布在基材表面上的涂层,所述涂层在基材表面的涂布量为每平方米4~15克,所述涂层包括蔗糖、季戊四醇、羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、二氧化硅、纯丙乳液、增稠剂、表面活性剂、EVA乳液、热塑性酚醛树脂、热固性酚醛树脂和硅烷偶联剂,本发明制备工艺简单,制得的转印纸具有良好的耐高温性和防腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及热转印制备技术领域,具体为一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸。
背景技术
热升华转印纸一般用于含聚酯的织物或材料的印刷,使用分散染料制作的墨水通过喷墨打印机将图案镜像打印到喷墨热升华转印纸上,然后将打印面与被转印面贴合并加热到170-230℃,墨水中的染料受热升华到被转印物中去,实现图文的转移印刷。现有的热转印纸表面干燥速度慢,涂层粘合性低,转印效率低,影响转印质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,包括基材、粘结剂和涂布在基材表面上的涂层,所述涂层在基材表面的涂布量为每平方米4~15克,所述涂层包括蔗糖、季戊四醇、羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、二氧化硅、纯丙乳液、增稠剂、表面活性剂、EVA乳液、热塑性酚醛树脂、热固性酚醛树脂和硅烷偶联剂。
作为优化的,所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
作为优化的,所述增稠剂选自聚丙烯酸类增稠剂。
作为优化的,所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备工艺简单,制得的转印纸具有良好的防腐蚀性和耐高温性;
(2)本发明的转印纸各种性能平衡,打印质量好,干燥速度快,耐高温性和储存稳定性好,不腐蚀打印头。

于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:包括基材、粘结剂和涂布在基材表面上的涂层,所述涂层在基材表面的涂布量为每平方米4~15克,所述涂层包括蔗糖1份、季戊四醇1份、羧甲基纤维素5份、淀粉5份、二氧化硅1份、纯丙乳液3份、增稠剂4份、表面活性剂1份、EVA乳液5份、热塑性酚醛树脂3份、热固性酚醛树脂3份和硅烷偶联剂2份。
于本实施例中,所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述增稠剂选自聚丙烯酸类增稠剂;所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物。
实施例二:
于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:包括基材、粘结剂和涂布在基材表面上的涂层,所述涂层在基材表面的涂布量为每平方米4~15克,所述涂层包括蔗糖5份、季戊四醇7份、羧甲基纤维素17份、淀粉12份、二氧化硅7份、纯丙乳液5份、增稠剂6份、表面活性剂2份、EVA乳液7份、热塑性酚醛树脂5份、热固性酚醛树脂6份和硅烷偶联剂5份。
于本实施例中,所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述增稠剂选自聚丙烯酸类增稠剂;所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物。
实施例三:
于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:包括基材、粘结剂和涂布在基材表面上的涂层,所述涂层在基材表面的涂布量为每平方米4~15克,所述涂层包括蔗糖10份、季戊四醇15份、羧甲基纤维素30份、淀粉20份、二氧化硅15份、纯丙乳液7份、增稠剂9份、表面活性剂5份、EVA乳液9份、热塑性酚醛树脂7份、热固性酚醛树脂9份和硅烷偶联剂7份。
于本实施例中,所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述增稠剂选自聚丙烯酸类增稠剂;所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物。

1.一种耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:包括基材、粘结剂和涂布在基材表面上的涂层,所述涂层在基材表面的涂布量为每平方米4~15克,所述涂层包括蔗糖1-10份、季戊四醇1-15份、羧甲基纤维素5-30份、淀粉5-20份、二氧化硅1-15份、纯丙乳液3-7份、增稠剂4-9份、表面活性剂1-5份、EVA乳液5-9份、热塑性酚醛树脂3-7份、热固性酚醛树脂3-9份和硅烷偶联剂2-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:所述增稠剂选自聚丙烯酸类增稠剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防腐蚀转印纸,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物。
