技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀模具。
背景技术
目前市面上的耐腐蚀处理均采用合金材质或其他耐腐蚀性能好的材料进行模具的制作从而达到耐腐蚀的目的。然而这种方法制成的模具成本过高。
发明内容
为了克服现有模具采用耐腐蚀性能好的材料导致成本过高的不足,本发明提供一种耐腐蚀模具。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种耐腐蚀模具,包括具有模腔的模具,包括以下步骤:a将模腔内表面进行磨砂处理;
b采用致密度高、耐腐蚀的金属制成磨棒对经过磨砂处理的模腔内表面进行打磨,使得模腔内表面形成一层致密的金属涂层;
c 对模腔内表面进行精密研磨使得模腔内表面光滑、平整,去除表面毛刺。
2. 如权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀模具,其特征在于:b中打磨时参入致密度高的金属或碳化物。
