when at least one of the first information parameter and the second information parameter is related to a hardware unit of the communication system, sending an update notification to the hardware unit, where the update notification carries an updated first information parameter and an updated second information parameter, so that the hardware unit updates parameters according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter after receiving the update notification;
and sending the update notification to a control unit of the communication system, wherein the update notification carries the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter, so that the control unit updates the parameters according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter after receiving the update notification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before updating the first information parameter and the second information parameter, the method further comprises:
searching whether static parameters exist in the first information parameters and the second information parameters;
when at least one of the first information parameter and the second information parameter is a static parameter, modifying the static parameter of the first information parameter and the second information parameter into a dynamic parameter.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
updating the system information broadcast and updating the notification message according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein updating the system information broadcast and updating the notification message based on the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter comprises:
acquiring an update flag for updating the first information parameter of the communication system;
when the updating mark indicates timing updating, starting a timer to time;
and when the accumulated time length recorded by the timer reaches a specified time length, updating the system information broadcast and updating the notification message according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter.

14. A controller, comprising a processor, an input output interface, a memory; the processor, the memory and the input/output interface are communicated through a bus; the memory is configured with computer code that the processor can call to control an input output interface;
the processor is configured to:
when a first information parameter of a communication system is updated, searching a second information parameter associated with the first information parameter, wherein the first information parameter is one of a static parameter and a dynamic parameter;
updating the first information parameter and the second information parameter;
the processor is specifically configured to:
determining whether the first information parameter and the second information parameter are related to a hardware unit of the communication system;
when at least one of the first information parameter and the second information parameter is related to a hardware unit of the communication system, sending an update notification to the hardware unit, where the update notification carries an updated first information parameter and an updated second information parameter, so that the hardware unit updates parameters according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter after receiving the update notification;
and sending the update notification to a control unit of the communication system, wherein the update notification carries the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter, so that the control unit updates the parameters according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter after receiving the update notification.
15. The controller of claim 14, wherein the processor is further configured to:
before updating the first information parameter and the second information parameter, searching whether a static parameter exists in the first information parameter and the second information parameter;
when at least one of the first information parameter and the second information parameter is a static parameter, modifying the static parameter of the first information parameter and the second information parameter into a dynamic parameter.
16. The controller of claim 14, wherein the processor is further configured to:
updating the system information broadcast and updating the notification message according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter.
17. The controller of claim 16, wherein the processor is specifically configured to:
acquiring an update flag for updating the first information parameter of the communication system;
when the updating mark indicates timing updating, starting a timer to time;
and when the accumulated time length recorded by the timer reaches a specified time length, updating the system information broadcast and updating the notification message according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter.
18. The controller of claim 17, wherein the processor is further configured to:
when the update flag indicates immediate update, the system information broadcast is immediately updated according to the updated first information parameter and the updated second information parameter, and the notification message is immediately updated.
19. A controller according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the number of said second information parameters is at least one.
