技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌复配而成的一种酵素餐具洗涤剂配制方法。
背景技术
日用化学洗涤剂正在逐步地成为当今社会人们离不开的生活必需品。不管是在公共场所、豪华饭店,还是在每个家庭、大众小吃摊,我们部可以看到化学洗涤剂的踪迹。每天的新闻媒介如广播、电视、报刊上也在大量地做着化学洗涤剂的广告。在这些被包装得多彩多姿的化学洗涤剂的使用过程中,人们正在不知不觉地如同吸毒般地依赖着它。在不能自拔地使用着化学洗涤剂的同时,化学污染便通过各种渠道对人类的健康进行着危害。所以有些科学家们以对人类负责的精神,提出对化学洗涤剂进行再认识的问题。研究表明,进入人体的化学洗涤剂毒素可使血液中钙离子浓度下降,血液酸化,让人容易疲倦,这些毒素还使肝脏的排毒功能降低,免疫力下降,肝细胞病变加剧,而且还具有较强的癌症诱发性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,去油易洗,植物抑菌,生物降解,天然健康的酵素餐具洗涤剂配制方法。
本发明的酵素餐具洗涤剂技术方案是这样实现,它由D-生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、茶皂素、神经酰胺、 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯、羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

D-生物素 0.8 孤独腐质霉1.1% 嗜热链球菌 0.9%
茶皂素 1.3% 神经酰胺1.2% 辛酸葵酸三甘油酯 1.6%
羌活油 0.7% 肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 1% AES 1.8%
益生菌群1.6% 甲基乙基酯1.7% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.5%
柠檬酸 1.1% 海藻糖0.9% 磷酸氢二钠 1.2%
多库酯钠2% 酵素 2.7% 醋酸 2.3%
香 2.5% 水72.1%
配制工艺
本发明酵素餐具洗涤剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有除菌作用的D-生物素 、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌加入恒温23.8°C的水中搅拌35分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯高速搅拌36分钟,并配以羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素恒温在25.8°C均质搅拌39分种,将容器恒温在29.8°C密封发酵16.8小时,再加入醋酸、香高速搅拌40分钟,它浸泡冲洗,一遍即可,然后恒温在26.8°C容器内静置22.8小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,去油易洗,植物抑菌,生物降解,天然健康,浸泡冲洗,一遍即可,植物提取物,天然护手。
具体实施方式
本发明的酵素餐具洗涤剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
D-生物素 0.8、孤独腐质霉1.1%、嗜热链球菌 0.9%、茶皂素 1.3%、神经酰胺1.2%、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯 1.6%、羌活油 0.7%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 1%、AES 1.8%、益生菌群1.6%、甲基乙基酯1.7%、鱼胶原蛋白 1.5%、柠檬酸 1.1%、海藻糖0.9%、磷酸氢二钠 1.2%、多库酯钠2%、酵素 2.7%、醋酸 2.3%、香 2.5%、水72.1% ,混合制成。其步骤:将具有除菌作用的D-生物素 、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌加入恒温23.8°C的水中搅拌35分钟,再加入茶皂素、神经酰胺、辛酸葵酸三甘油酯高速搅拌36分钟,并配以羌活油、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,鱼胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、海藻糖、磷酸氢二钠 、多库酯钠、酵素恒温在25.8°C均质搅拌39分种,将容器恒温在29.8°C密封发酵16.8小时,再加入醋酸、香高速搅拌40分钟,它浸泡冲洗,一遍即可,然后恒温在26.8°C容器内静置22.8小时即为成品。
