一种接地电缆绕放装置,属于电力电缆设备技术领域,所述第二伞形齿轮通过连杆I1与“L”形连接件相连,所述“L”形连接件固定在所述绕线支架上,所述“L”形连接件底部设置有与绕线支架固定的支撑架,所述“L”形连接件为厚度是3~5mm的金属件;所述连杆I的端部连接曲柄,所述曲柄与连杆II铰接,所述连杆II与滑块铰接,所述滑块设置在所述“L”形连接件上,所述“L”形连接件上设置有与所述滑块相应的滑槽,所述滑块上设置有绕线孔。该发明的有益之处是:节省了大量人工排线的时间,大幅度提高工作效率。

一种接地电缆绕放装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接地电缆绕放装置,具体地说是应用绕线轴,绕线轮,第一伞形齿轮,第二伞形齿轮组成,属于电力电缆设备技术领域。
背景技术
在电力***中,接地线是保证人生安全以及电力设备和过电压保护装置正常工作的非常重要的环节,通常,新建变电站时必须对其接地电阻进行测试,运行的变电站也需要每五年测试一次接地电阻,以检测其接地状态是否良好接地线是保证工作人员安全的重要工具。
目前,接地线在不使用时,大多采用散放或缠绕在地线杆上的存放方式,既不方便存放、搬运和使用,也容易造成接地线的损坏,且当往回收线时出现卡住不能动的现象,不能够像标准的电缆轴一样的把电源线盘的很紧凑、整齐、美观,易造成芯筒上的电缆交叠形成凸起和凹陷,从而导致在以后的工作中经常出现电源线放不出来,或者线与线长时间的缠绕,当外力用力拽时,使得电缆线断股,而影响了工作的正常进度,从而电力工作人员的工作带来不便,使得工作不能高效地完成。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种接地电缆绕放装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种接地电缆绕放装置,包括绕线支架,所述绕线支架上设置有手柄,所述手柄上设置有防滑套,所述绕线支架上设置有绕线轴,所述绕线轴通过轴承与所述绕线支架连接,所述绕线轴上安装有绕线轮,所述绕线轮两侧分别设置有内挡板和外挡板;所述绕线轴的自由端连接有第一伞形齿轮,所述第一伞形齿轮的外侧啮合有第二伞形齿轮,所述第二伞形齿轮通过连杆I与“L”形连接件相连,所述“L”形连接件固定在所述绕线支架上,所述“L”形连接件底部设置有与绕线支架固定的支撑架,所述“L”形连接件为厚度是3~5mm的金属件;所述连杆I的端部连接曲柄,所述曲柄与连杆II铰接,所述连杆II与滑块铰接,所述滑块设置在所述“L”形连接件上,所述“L”形连接件上设置有与所述滑块相应的滑槽,所述滑块上设置有绕线孔。
优选地,所述第一伞形齿轮的外侧设置有转盘,所述转盘上活动连接有转柄。
优选地,所述第一伞形齿轮通过连杆III与所述绕线轴相连,所述连接件III的端部为“T”形,所述绕线轴的端部设置有与连杆III的端部相对应的且延期长度方向的凹槽,所述绕线轴的端部螺纹连接有卡套,所述连杆III的端部位于此凹槽内,且能够在此凹槽中滑动,所述绕线轴上设置有用于固定所述连杆III的紧固螺栓。
优选地,所述绕线孔的内径大于接地线的外径,所述绕线孔的内缘上设置有刷毛。
优选地,所述绕线轴上固定有用于起支撑作用的轴承支座,所述轴承支座与绕线支架固定连接。
该发明的有益之处是:第一伞形齿轮不只能够驱动绕线轮做轴向的运动,同时还能够驱动第一伞形齿轮带动曲柄连杆机构使滑块做直线运动,这省去了传统的接地线绕线装置在绕线过程中需要人手工不断地排线过程,这不仅可以使接电线在绕线轮上排布紧凑、整齐、美观,同时节省了大量人工排线的时间,大幅度提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
一种接地电缆绕放装置,包括绕线支架8,所述绕线支架8上设置有手柄5,所述手柄5上设置有防滑套6,所述绕线支架8上设置有绕线轴1,所述绕线轴1通过轴承11与所述绕线支架8连接,所述绕线轴1上安装有绕线轮2,所述绕线轮2两侧分别设置有内挡板7和外挡板9;所述绕线轴1的自由端连接有第一伞形齿轮33,所述第一伞形齿轮3的外侧啮合有第二伞形齿轮4,所述第二伞形齿轮4通过连杆I12与“L”形连接件15相连,所述“L”形连接件15固定在所述绕线支架8上,所述“L”形连接件15底部设置有与绕线支架8固定的支撑架16,所述“L”形连接件15为厚度是3~5mm的金属件;所述连杆I12的端部连接曲柄17,所述曲柄17与连杆II13铰接,所述连杆II13与滑块18铰接,所述滑块18设置在所述“L”形连接件15上,所述“L”形连接件15上设置有与所述滑块18相应的滑槽22,所述滑块18上设置有绕线孔19。所述第一伞形齿轮3的外侧设置有转盘20,所述转盘20上活动连接有转柄23。
所述第一伞形齿轮3通过连杆III14与所述绕线轴1相连,所述连接件III14的端部为“T”形,所述绕线轴1的端部设置有与连杆II14I的端部相对应的且延期长度方向的凹槽21,所述绕线轴1的端部螺纹连接有卡套24,所述连杆III14的端部位于此凹槽24内,且能够在此凹槽24中移动,所述绕线轴1上设置有用于固定所述连杆III14的紧固螺栓25。
所述绕线孔19的内径大于接地线10的外径,所述绕线孔19的内缘上设置有刷毛26。
所述绕线轴1上固定有用于起支撑作用的轴承支座27,所述轴承支座27与绕线支架8固定连接。
工作过程如下:绕线时,驱动转柄23,转柄23带动第一伞形齿轮3旋转,使接地线10缠绕在绕线轮2上,同时,第一伞形齿轮3驱动第二伞形齿轮4运动,进而第二伞形齿轮通过曲柄17、连杆II13使滑块18在“L”形连接件15的滑槽22内移动,从而使接地线10在缠绕的同时还能够完成整齐、紧凑的排线;放线时,松开紧固螺栓25,向外拉动第一伞形齿轮3,使第一伞形齿轮3与第二伞形齿轮4不再啮合,此时放线时,由于第一伞形齿轮3不产生运动,所以滑块18也不会移动,不会阻碍放线过程。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下,对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种接地电缆绕放装置,包括绕线支架,所述绕线支架上设置有手柄,所述手柄上设置有防滑套,其特征在于:所述绕线支架上设置有绕线轴,所述绕线轴通过轴承与所述绕线支架连接,所述绕线轴上安装有绕线轮,所述绕线轮两侧分别设置有内挡板和外挡板;所述绕线轴的自由端连接有第一伞形齿轮,所述第一伞形齿轮的外侧啮合有第二伞形齿轮,所述第二伞形齿轮通过连杆I1与“L”形连接件相连,所述“L”形连接件固定在所述绕线支架上,所述“L”形连接件底部设置有与绕线支架固定的支撑架,所述“L”形连接件为厚度是3~5mm的金属件;所述连杆I的端部连接曲柄,所述曲柄与连杆II铰接,所述连杆II与滑块铰接,所述滑块设置在所述“L”形连接件上,所述“L”形连接件上设置有与所述滑块相应的滑槽,所述滑块上设置有绕线孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种接地电缆绕放装置,其特征在于:所述第一伞形齿轮的外侧设置有转盘,所述转盘上活动连接有转柄。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种接地电缆绕放装置,其特征在于:所述第一伞形齿轮通过连杆III与所述绕线轴相连,所述连接件III的端部为“T”形,所述绕线轴的端部设置有与连杆III的端部相对应的且延期长度方向的凹槽,所述绕线轴的端部螺纹连接有卡套,所述连杆III的端部位于此凹槽内,且能够在此凹槽中滑动,所述绕线轴上设置有用于固定所述连杆III的紧固螺栓。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种接地电缆绕放装置,其特征在于:所述绕线孔的内径大于接地线的外径,所述绕线孔的内缘上设置有刷毛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种接地电缆绕放装置,其特征在于:所述绕线轴上固定有用于起支撑作用的轴承支座,所述轴承支座与绕线支架固定连接。
