Abstract

本发明涉及一种过滤装置，具体来说是一种用于自洁作用过滤器。一种用于自洁作用过滤器，它包括主滤管和与主滤管倾斜设置的侧滤管，主滤管左端为进口，右端为出水口，侧滤管内设有过滤腔，过滤腔内安装有过滤网，其特征在于，所述主过滤管和侧滤管之间设置有自动调节阀，所述侧滤管的末端设有过滤网固定密封座，过滤网固定密封座内设有阀门。本发明结合了Y型过滤器和反冲洗过滤器的特点，不但结构简单、制造成本低廉、设备体积小巧。相对于运用广泛使用的Y型过滤器来说，只需在内丝口上增加了一个手动阀或者电动阀就可以实现手动或自动排污。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤装置，具体来说是一种用于自洁作用过滤器。
背景技术
过滤器是输送介质管道上不可缺少的一种装置，通常安装在减压阀、泄压阀、定水位阀或其它设备的进口端，用来消除介质中的杂质，以保护阀门及设备的正常使用。当流体进入置有一定规格滤网的滤筒后，其杂质被阻挡，而清洁的滤液则由过滤器出口排出，当需要清洗时，只要将可拆卸的滤筒取出，处理后重新装入即可，因此，维护时需要将管路关闭，然后拆卸、清理后再组装。不但影响设备正常使用，而且维护比较麻烦，特别是一些不易拆卸、或者锈死后的情况。
市面上的反冲洗过滤器虽然克服了传统过滤器的维护不便的缺点，但它因为本身结构复杂、制造成本高昂、维护成本高、设备体积大，更重要的是缺乏DN50以下小口径的产品。
发明内容
本发明旨为克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种用于自洁作用过滤器。
为了实现上述目的，根据本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种用于自洁作用过滤器，它包括主滤管和与主滤管倾斜设置的侧滤管，主滤管左端为进口，右端为出水口，侧滤管内设有过滤腔，过滤腔内安装有过滤网，其特征在于，所述主过滤管和侧滤管之间设置有自动调节阀，所述侧滤管的末端设有过滤网固定密封座，过滤网固定密封座内设有阀门。
进一步地，所述阀门为手动阀或电动阀。
进一步地，所述过滤网固定密封座内设有内丝口，阀门通过内丝口与过滤网固定密封座相连。
进一步地，所述主滤管内壁上设有凸起，该凸起与所述过滤网相接触，该凸起10具有斜面，斜面朝向过滤网6上的杂质堆积处。
进一步地，所述主滤管和所述侧滤管内均设置有传感器，所述传感器连接所述自动调节阀。
进一步地，所述过滤网为为楔形不锈钢过滤网。
本发明的使用方法：
本发明结合了Y型过滤器和反冲洗过滤器的特点，不但结构简单、制造成本低廉、设备体积小巧。相对于运用广泛使用的Y型过滤器来说，在内丝口上增加了一个手动阀或者电动阀就可以实现手动或自动排污。在主滤管和侧滤管增加了传感器，以及两个滤管之间增加自动调节阀，自动选择用哪个滤管。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
下面参照图1描述根据本发明实施例的用于自洁作用过滤器。它包括主滤管1和与主滤管倾斜设置的侧滤管2，主滤管1左端为进水口3，右端为出水口4。侧滤管2内设有过滤腔5，过滤腔5内安装有过滤网6。所述侧滤管2的末端设有过滤网固定密封座7，过滤网固定密封座7与侧滤管2之间通过螺纹连接。过滤网固定密封座7内设有内丝口8，还设有手动阀(图中未显示)，阀门通过内丝口8与过滤网固定密封座7相连。
所述主滤管1内壁上设有凸起10，该凸起10与所述过滤网6的上端相接触。该凸起10具有斜面，斜面朝向过滤网6上的杂质堆积处。凸起10起到阻挡水流的作用，使水流的冲积力更大，并能够使水流冲击的方向为过滤肉7上的杂质堆积处9，能够自清洗滤堆积在过滤网上的杂质。当打开手动阀后，将冲刷下的杂质由阀门流出，起到自清洗作用。
主滤管1和侧滤管2内分别设有传感器13，主滤管1和侧滤管2之间设置自动调节阀14，自动调节阀14受传感器13控制，选择使用主滤管还是侧滤管进行过滤。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，本领域的普通技术人员可以理解：在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种用于自洁作用过滤器，它包括主滤管和与主滤管倾斜设置的侧滤管，主滤管左端为进口，右端为出水口，侧滤管内设有过滤腔，过滤腔内安装有过滤网，其特征在于，所述主过滤管和侧滤管之间设置有自动调节阀，所述侧滤管的末端设有过滤网固定密封座，过滤网固定密封座内设有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于自洁作用过滤器，其特征在于，所述阀门为手动阀或电动阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于自洁作用过滤器，其特征在于，所述过滤网固定密封座内设有内丝口，阀门通过内丝口与过滤网固定密封座相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于自洁作用过滤器，其特征在于，所述主滤管内壁上设有凸起，该凸起与所述过滤网相接触，该凸起具有斜面，斜面朝向过滤网上的杂质堆积处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于自洁作用过滤器，其特征在于，所述主滤管和所述侧滤管内均设置有传感器，所述传感器连接所述自动调节阀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于自洁作用过滤器，其特征在于，所述过滤网为为楔形不锈钢过滤网。
