Abstract

本发明公开了绗缝软垫,包括3D经编间隔织物层,所述3D经编间隔织物层通过超声波高温融粘与其表面设置的面料层成一体结构;本绗缝软垫无需使用针线缝制,也无需使用胶水粘合,使得该绗缝软垫具有立体美观,不断线,无胶水,环保无毒等特点,且该绗缝软垫中间以涤纶材质的3D经编间隔织物作为中间层填充材料,保证了软垫的环保、舒适、透气、易清洗等特点,同时使用超声波粘合,使得绗缝软垫无需一针针缝制,加快了绗缝软垫的制造效率。

绗缝软垫和绗缝软垫制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种软垫,特别涉及绗缝软垫和绗缝软垫制作方法。
背景技术
目前,软垫行业,尤其是床垫行业,广泛运用针织布加海绵的方式生产床垫外套,但由于海绵主要成分是聚氨酯和聚醚,易氧化发黄并且释放毒害物质。近几年3D经编间隔织物的出现为软垫行业带来环保无毒、透气可洗的软垫。但是由于3D经编间隔织物的中间层是靠涤纶单丝支撑,且单丝具有很强的刚性,当传统的缝纫机针对软垫缝制时,机针扎到涤纶单丝时或是机针移动时受单丝阻挡,都极易造成机针折断损坏,进而造成无法正常生产。所以行业内一般采用胶水将针织布与3D间隔织物进行粘合,但是胶水的环保性又成为新的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种无毒环保、制作效率高的绗缝软垫。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:绗缝软垫,包括3D经编间隔织物层,其特征在于:所述3D经编间隔织物层通过超声波高温融粘与其表面设置的面料层成一体结构。
进一步的是:所述表面设置的面料层包括上层面料和下层面料,所述3D经编间隔织物设置在上层面料和下层面料之间。
本发明还公开了绗缝软垫制作方法,包括超声波发生器,超声波发生器上方设置有滚筒状金属模具,使得超声波发生器与滚筒状金属模具之间形成放置软垫的通道;
制作时,步骤为:
A、将3D经编间隔织物和面料重叠形成软垫,将软垫放入超声波发生器和滚筒状金属模具之间;
B、将滚筒状模具沿软垫滚动,由于软垫各层面料在超声波作用下摩擦生热,并在滚筒状金属模具的作用下压合融粘在一起。
进一步的是:所述滚筒状金属模具的深度为5mm-20mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的绗缝软垫以涤纶材质的3D经编间隔织物作为中间层填充材料,通过超声波使3D经编间隔织物和其表面设置的面料层其融粘在一起代替传统的针线缝制和胶水粘合,使得制造出的绗缝软垫具有立体美观、不断线、无胶水、环保无毒等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示的绗缝软垫,包括3D经编间隔织物层,所述3D经编间隔织物层通过超声波高温融粘与其表面设置的面料层成一体结构;本绗缝软垫无需使用针线缝制,也无需使用胶水粘合,使得该绗缝软垫具有立体美观,不断线,无胶水,环保无毒等特点,且该绗缝软垫中间以涤纶材质的3D经编间隔织物作为中间层填充材料,保证了软垫的环保、舒适、透气、易清洗等特点,同时使用超声波粘合,使得绗缝软垫无需一针针缝制,加快了绗缝软垫的制造效率。
此外,所述表面设置的面料层包括上层面料和下层面料,所述3D经编间隔织物设置在上层面料和下层面料之间,所述上层面料和下层面料为涤纶材质的针织面料,保证了软垫的柔软度。
本发明还公开了绗缝软垫制作方法,包括超声波发生器4,超声波发生器4上方设置有滚筒状金属模具5,使得超声波发生器4与滚筒状金属模具之间形成放置软垫的通道;
制作时,步骤为:
A、将3D经编间隔织物和面料重叠形成软垫,将软垫放入超声波发生器(4)和滚筒状金属模具5之间;
B、将滚筒状模具沿软垫滚动,由于软垫各层面料在超声波作用下摩擦生热,并在滚筒状金属模具5的作用下压合融粘在一起。
所述滚筒状金属模具5的深度为5mm-20mm。
使用时通过超声波的作用下各层面料在超声波作用下振动摩擦生热,逐渐融化,此时滚筒状金属模具5滚过后,滚筒状金属模具5的突出部给软垫的压力使得三层面料融粘在一起,本方法在制造绗缝软垫时,无需外界材料,使得制造出的绗缝软垫环保无毒,且加工效率高,同时,滚筒状金属模具5表面可设置成各种花纹,使得整一绗缝软垫呈现出金属模具的花纹同时保持三层材料的整体性。

1.绗缝软垫,包括3D经编间隔织物层,其特征在于:所述3D经编间隔织物层通过超声波高温融粘与其表面设置的面料层成一体结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的绗缝软垫,其特征在于:所述表面设置的面料层包括上层面料和下层面料,所述3D经编间隔织物设置在上层面料和下层面料之间。
3.绗缝软垫制作方法,其特征在于:包括超声波发生器(4),超声波发生器(4)上方设置有滚筒状金属模具(5),使得超声波发生器(4)与滚筒状金属模具之间形成放置软垫的通道;
制作时,步骤为:
A、将3D经编间隔织物和面料重叠形成软垫,将软垫放入超声波发生器(4)和滚筒状金属模具(5)之间;
B、将滚筒状模具沿软垫滚动,软垫各层在超声波作用下摩擦生热,并在滚筒状金属模具(5)的作用下压合融粘在一起。
4.如权利要求3所示的绗缝软垫制作方法,其特征在于:所述滚筒状金属模具(5)的深度为5mm-20mm。
