In the embodiments of the present application, "of", "corresponding" and "corresponding" may be sometimes used in combination, and it should be noted that the intended meaning is consistent when the difference is not emphasized.
The main execution body of the device detection method for the household electrical appliance provided by the embodiment of the application is a display device, and the display device may be a household electrical appliance (such as a television, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator) with a display screen, or a display device (such as a wire controller) with a display screen interconnected with the household electrical appliance, and is not limited herein. The display screen may be a common liquid crystal display screen or a touch display screen.
An embodiment of the present application provides a device detection method for a home appliance device, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101. and acquiring a point inspection mode activation instruction to enter a point inspection mode.
The display device in the present application includes: a normal mode and a point inspection mode.
The display device supports user operation in a normal mode and displays set contents, in the mode, the display device sends a 'common data requirement' instruction to the household appliance, the indoor unit replies 'common data contents', for example, taking an air conditioner as an example, the display device sends instructions of startup and shutdown, temperature regulation, wind speed regulation, wind direction regulation and the like to the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the indoor unit replies a reply instruction that a line controller completes startup and shutdown, temperature regulation, wind speed regulation and wind direction regulation; the display equipment supports the operation of development or maintenance personnel in a point inspection mode and displays a point inspection result, and in the mode, the display equipment can acquire the operating parameters of the household appliance.
For example, when the display device collects the operating parameters of the home appliance in the point inspection mode, the following two methods may be implemented:
in one example:
a1, sending a point inspection request containing the running parameter identification of the household appliance to be detected to the household appliance.
A2, receiving point inspection data fed back by the household appliance, wherein the point inspection data comprises parameter data obtained after the household appliance detects the running parameters of the household appliance to be detected.
Taking an air conditioner as an example, the display device sends point inspection request data (such as current return air temperature, outlet air temperature, liquid pipe problem, air pipe temperature, expansion valve opening degree, outdoor environment temperature, compressor exhaust temperature, exhaust pressure, suction pressure, compressor operation frequency and other parameters) to the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the indoor unit returns point inspection data, namely a numerical value corresponding to an operation parameter to be detected.
In another example:
and B1, sending a point check request to the household appliance to instruct the household appliance to feed back the operation parameter data of the household appliance.
For example, when the display device sends a request for point inspection to the home device, the home device may be instructed to periodically (e.g., every 30s) feed back the operational parameter data.
The click mode activation instruction in the application corresponds to a key operation executed by a user on at least one key on a key board of the display device, wherein the key operation includes long-time pressing, single-time pressing and double-time pressing, for example, the user presses a combination key on the display device for more than three seconds, after the display device detects the long-time pressing of the combination key, the display of the display device is switched from a normal page to a click page (hidden page), and the system is set to operate in a click mode. Of course, if the display screen of the display device is a touch screen, the click mode activation instruction may also be a touch operation executed by the corresponding user on the touch screen of the display device, where the touch operation includes long-time pressing, single-time clicking, double-time clicking, and sliding operation.
102. When the failure shutdown of the household electrical appliance is monitored, the parameter data of the operation parameters of the household electrical appliance, which are acquired by the display device before the failure shutdown of the household electrical appliance, are acquired.
After the display device in the application starts the point inspection function, the display device can inquire the running parameters of the household appliance at regular time (for example, every 30s) and provide the developer for checking. Meanwhile, because the display device is in the on-demand state, the household electrical appliance will also encounter a normal shutdown, such as: taking an air conditioner indoor unit as an example, when the indoor temperature reaches a set value and the like, a shutdown action is also triggered, but at the moment, the normal shutdown is required, and the display device performs logic judgment on similar shutdown actions and fault shutdown actions, so that after the display device starts a point inspection function, whether the current shutdown of the household appliance is the fault shutdown or not can be automatically judged, namely, whether the household appliance is the normal shutdown or the fault shutdown is automatically distinguished, and the ' instantaneous ' key operation data ' before the fault shutdown is stored.
103. And displaying the parameter data of the operating parameters in a display area of the display equipment.
After the parameter data of the running parameters of the household electrical appliance collected in the point inspection mode or the parameter data of the running parameters of the household electrical appliance collected last when the household electrical appliance is in failure shutdown are displayed in the display area of the display device, a user or a developer can directly browse the data. Meanwhile, when a user or a developer needs to inquire certain data, the user or the developer can directly and circularly consult the data through a menu on the display equipment. In addition, when the display device displays for the display lamp, the display device can also express the operation parameter data of the household appliance which is wanted to be known by the developer through the frequency and the times of the flicker of the display lamp.
It should be noted that, after step 103 is executed, the click mode can be exited to enter the normal mode. Specifically, the modes of exiting the spot check mode of the display device in the present application include the following two modes:
the first mode is as follows: acquiring a point inspection mode exit instruction to exit the point inspection mode; the click mode exit instruction corresponds to key operation executed by a user on at least one key on a key board of the display device, and the key operation comprises long-time pressing, single-click and double-click operations; or, if the display screen of the display device is a touch screen, the click mode activation instruction may further correspond to a touch operation performed by a user on the touch screen of the display device, where the touch operation includes long-time pressing, single-time clicking, double-time clicking, and sliding operation.
Or,
the second mode is as follows: and in the click detection mode, if no key is pressed on the key board of the display device for a preset time, exiting the click detection mode.
It should be noted that, if the click mode activation instruction and the click mode exit instruction in the present application are both key operations executed by the user on at least one key on the keypad of the display device, the two selected keys are different, or the key modes or touch modes executed by the two keys are different, so as to distinguish the two keys. For example, in the normal mode, the click mode can be entered by long pressing the A + B combination key; in the click mode, the click mode can be exited and the normal mode can be entered by long pressing of the A + B combination key.
According to the method, any additional hardware equipment and auxiliary tools do not need to be added to the household appliance, the display screen of the display equipment of the household appliance and the data acquisition function are directly utilized, the data of the household appliance in a normal operation state can be monitored, the running state data of the household appliance can be checked immediately before the failure shutdown, a control mode of control software can be conveniently evaluated by a developer, and the failure reason can be analyzed.
For example, if the household electrical appliance in the present application takes an air conditioner as an example, the air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and the indoor unit is connected to the display device to form an air conditioning system. As can be seen from the flow chart of the air conditioner detection method shown in fig. 2, the specific flow is as follows:
1) and after the installation of the air conditioning system is finished, the outdoor unit is connected with the indoor unit, and the indoor unit is connected with the display equipment.
2) And electrifying the outdoor unit and the indoor unit, and starting the system.
3) And the 'click check' mode is automatically entered after pressing the combination key of the display device for three seconds at the same time.
4) The display equipment immediately sends a 'point inspection data requirement instruction' to the indoor unit, the indoor unit replies 'point inspection data', and the communication is executed once at an interval of 30 seconds, so that the system running state data is obtained from the indoor unit, and inquiry and display can be provided; if the display equipment detects that the failure stops, the operating parameters of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit before the failure stops are automatically stored, and inquiry and display are provided.
5) And pressing the combination key on the display device again to enable the system to exit the 'point inspection' mode and return to the 'normal' mode, or enabling the system to automatically exit the 'point inspection' mode and return to the 'normal' mode without any key operation within two continuous hours.
